They've always been right there for us any time we have had to use them. They're very friendly and they're just very very professional. I used it recently on my air conditioner. My experience with the guy they sent out was awesome. He addressed the problem immediately, no questions asked. He took care of the problem with no issues. Every time they have sent someone out, they've just been very professional and have addressed the problem immediately.

I am TRULY SURPRISED at how great Choice Home Warranty is. I sold Real Estate for years and when home warranty programs came about I tried a couple for my clients and was not happy. This was quite a few years ago. I am talking up a storm about Choice Home Warranty and I have it now on both my homes, even though the one I just purchased was built just six years ago. I have had to use the warranty program two times these past three months and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. So very much worth the very reasonable cost of this program. I highly recommend Choice Home Warranty.

The monthly fee is a bit High but I had service on my dryer and the technician found the problem right away it was amazing to see him take my dryer apart piece by piece I didn't know you could do that he went right to the park that was broken and fixed it in and out cleaned up his mess I would love to use them again hopefully I don't have to good job happy customer

Saw add on tv. Quick and friendly response when microwave would not turn on after our electricity came back on after hurricane here Florida. Called them they send a serviceman out to check it. Have to order a motherboard for it and should. be here in a week. It has been just over week but not heard any more . So I will be making a call to check on this.

CHW was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only problem was they received $100.00 from my CC when I called to report the problem. Then when the company came to inspect the problem, I had to pay them a $100.00 cash payment. I didn't understand why I was charged $ 200.00 for my claim.

Our washer went on the fritz. We contacted Choice on the App, which couldn't be easier. They reply immediately, assigning a technician to repair. The Technician came out twice repairing and or replacing parts. Neither worked, meaning it had to be replaced. Choice sent us a Gift Card by email to use to get help toreplace it. The whole process was very simple. We now have a new washer, that works great!

They seem to have a high Satisfaction rating. We are very satisfied. The dishwasher broke and at first they declined to fix it because they said that it was not normal wear and tear. May give them much credit since I appealed the decision and had them bring a technician for a second look and it was fixed. It now works beautifully and choice warranty came through.

Your representative, Hamady Kebe, answered all my questions regarding issues, and if it wasn't included or he didn't know the answer, he admitted that he didn't know. I found him to be an honest and a helpful person who even made recommendations that might work for me like contacting my provider of service to sign on with Choice Home Warranty as a contractor so I could work with my preferred contractor. I like that you have 24 hr. 7 days a week contact coverage.

I had to submit a claim for a water heater leak. I was contacted within 24 hours to schedule an appointment for contractor to come out. They suggested I contact the manufacturer which I did. The water heater was under manufacturer warranty. They shipped me a new replacement. I was able to cancel my appointment with Choice Home Warranty with no issues. The two times I have had to use them, it was amazingly seamless.

HAD A TOILET THAT WAS LEAKING. CALLED CHOICE AND TOLD THEM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY SAID I WAS COVERED AND THEY WOULD GET A PLUMBER TO FIX THE TOILET, AND CALL ME TO SET UP A TIME AND DAY.
