They've always been right there for us any time we have had to use them. They're very friendly and they're just very very professional. I used it recently on my air conditioner. My experience with the guy they sent out was awesome. He addressed the problem immediately, no questions asked. He took care of the problem with no issues. Every time they have sent someone out, they've just been very professional and have addressed the problem immediately.

I’ve been paying for years and finally needed to use the coverage and I’ve been very pleased. First the professional technician fixed my 20 year old refrigerator. Next my dishwasher broke down and a Lowe’s gift card was issued to me for about half the cost of a new one. Next my washing machine lid wouldn’t stay open and the hinges were no longer available so now I’m waiting for my actual Lowe’s gift card to be issued. This is unfortunately taking longer than my other issues and I’m still waiting for the replacement gift card. My only complaint is that the monthly price increased twice within this year and I was never notified. Now that concerns me.

You think why not all warranty companies are the same and then you find out that that statement is wrong they are not all the same I've tried several before I signed up with choice and I'm glad I did sign up with choice because they were better than all the other ones that we're bugging me on the phone all the time to sign up. One company told me after they took my money that they didn't have anybody in my area they wanted me to go shopping to find somebody to fix the problem and then the other company wanted me to pay the company that I found the full price and they would reimburse me for the work that was done, I said no thanks that's not what I signed up for and canceled with them. Next was choice what a difference choice made .... and I'm very happy with them.

Had never use such a service before but took a chance and joined. My first incidence of using- water heater was leaking. It was still in warranty from before I signed with Choice. The leak stemmed from a manufacturer issue but the tech Choice sent was knowledgeable and had the part on his truck and the fee was a flat fee. Since then, we had a plugged drain line from AC. Not an issue for Choice. We were charged for 2 people and a lot of time as the plumbing company sent someone who was NOT knowledgeable and we were charged $325 for what should have been to blow the clog out which maybe should be $175.00 max. They just lost a customer.

Technician arrived 930am est professional courteous and knowledgeable he didn't have a license permit or company identification he within minutes replaced the motor cleaned the area recheck the unit was running properly job completed 1030 I paid the deductible after the work was completed however I asked him to leave my old motor he forgot I contacted him about it he said he had disposed of it. If I could suggest one thing it would be more communication the day before other than that it was a an excellent service call. 100 percent strongly recommended this contractor service. Choice was very responsive to my concerns it took about a week from dispatch to contract they answered my call and explained clearly that they were reaching out to best contractors available in my area they email updated information very very professional as soon as contractors finished the job choice had text a job completed signature required as a homeowner it was a calming experience with patience it was excellent service. show less

When I called for service they immediately sent out an LG technician. He checked it out when he came out and told me the motor was dead and the fridge could not be repaired. They sent their report to Choice. Choice sent me a letter asking if I wanted to accept $816.00 for a replacement. I responded that I would accept that. They said they would send me an ecard for Lowes and I could just go there and get it. Needless to say very easy and simple to do. I would definitely recommend Choice Home Warranty to all.

I chose Choice Home Warranty because it seemed to be an excellent value. After the waiting period was over, the garage door opener stopped working. I called CHW and asked if garage door openers were covered. The answer was yes, file a claim. I did. In less than 24 hours, CHW responded and found a door company to diagnose the problem. The company sent their report to CHW. CHW that the opener needed to be replaced and authorized the company to replace the opener. The new opener is working after only 3 days from my call to CHW.

Soon after my renters moved in, the washer broke. It wouldn’t spin out the water. Choice sent a repairman to fix it- the first sent said it wasn’t repairable, but the second technician - directly from Whirlpool- noticed the door latch was broken and fixed it during his initial visit. Thankfully, it was fixed to my renters’ satisfaction Good response from Choice to send an expert.

I just made my first claim with Choice in the mid afternoon .I couldn’t be more impressed. The gentleman that I spoke to at Choice was very professional and understood my dilemma with my air conditioner. I was notified by email right away with the name of the company that would be contacting me and scheduling an appointment. That very evening the company contacted me via email and said they would see me between eight and 10 the following morning. The company that serviced my air conditioner was at my house the next morning right at 8 am. The service man checked out my air conditioner my filters I mean, he did everything in by time. He left a couple hours later. Everything was working perfect with my air conditioner. My thanks to Choice for working with companies like the one that came to my house. It was great.

I’m a former American home shield customer and their customer service was the worst I was with them for eight years so I canceled them after a nightmare,bad experience and after I search for a new warranty company which I came across choice home warranty. I’m not even sure how much time had lapsed since I’ve joined this company maybe a year and then my washing machine went out. You guys sent a rep out to my house. Couldn’t fix my washing machine and settled with me and gave me a a check for Cash to replace My washing machine it was seamless. It was efficient and it was something that your company did that Home Shield couldn’t do in eight years.

the technican that came was very thorough. When the city came they only said the leak was on my side by using his earphones and something they use to detect where the sounds are comng from. When our man came he actually kept digging in the mud until he found where the sound of the leak was. While he was still here I called the city, he talked to the agent. I told him i would call him after the city came back out. That same day about two hours later a person came out from the city said they will be here Monday and install a new meter. I will call High View Plumbing and let them know if that resolved the problem.

The Warranty Company is ok, my problem is getting replacement parts, tech came out to replace garbage disposal on 7-16 still waiting for disposal. Now he says it will be the 7/28 or29th before he will finally replace disposal. Why couldn't he have gotten a disposal at Lowe's or Home Depot. Job would already be done. Having to keep a bucket under sink, and dumping it is not acceptable

Choice Home Warranty has been extremely helpful and responsive to my repairs. Although, I am still learning how the process works with each repair, the results have been very good. There have been out of pocket expenses, however, the cost with the warranty coverage versus completely paying out of pocket appears to be reasonable and worthwhile. I especially love when I can request a vendor that is on the list who has performed work on an appliance that demonstrates excellent customer service and work. Learning the warranty process will take time to adjust to. The more claims that are submitted, you will be able to make your own assessment. So far my evaluation is very good. I thank everyone for their outstanding customer service, care, and support.
