I am so impressed with this company and their chosen contractors. I was hesitant to purchase a warranty but it has paid off already!. Filing claim is easy and response and approval fast. I recommend this company highly. The contractor Jonathan from Air Infinity did an excellent job installing my HVAC system and went above and beyond to help me with the whole process. He has genuine concern for his clients and desire to perform his best for them. Finding a young man with such ethic and devotion is refreshing and a blessing to his clients. I thank Choice Home Warranty for their ease and attention to excellent service. They are a blessing!

I am very unhappy with Choice Home Warranty. I tried to get my microwave repaired or replaced for 5 months. Then they tell me that they wouldn't cover it after I paid out a total of $130 in service fees. So I had to order a new microwave & pay for it myself. I told them that I wanted to know how much I would get back if I cancelled the 14 months left on warranty for both of my homes. She told me I would get back $4!

Your customer service is rude. No one returns call. They didn't pay for my AC have me $450 or if 12,000. Blamed me when the company they outsourced to kept cancelling appointment & let me mom & I who are disabled to suffer in 90- 105 degrees weather. We were suffering. I went to work after being out on disability still sick where there is AC. What about my 87 y/o disabled had to be home in this heat that she got dehydrated. Couldn't cook. Had no appetite from the heat. Almost passed out. But who cares definitely not this company who was rude, inhumane, didn't care

I had a dishwasher that was wrongly diagnosed for the problem; Choice Home Warranty wouldn't allow a different diagnosis from a different repairman - they required that the original diagnosed problem be resolved first (with proof), before they would authorize the correct diagnosis. I spoke with someone in claims who said a leaking dishwasher would not be covered. I ended the contract.

However, after 15 days, the company reassigned the case to another technician, who then claimed there was no issue at all. This back-and-forth and lack of communication caused unnecessary delays and confusion. The customer service could be improved by ensuring better coordination between technicians and providing consistent updates to the customer throughout the process. the issue is still not resolved and case is closed

I had a problem with dryer your technician came and checked it out. I paid him the $75 and from that point never heard from him, tempted to call him and finally reached him and he said he was waiting for approval from CHOICE to proceed with my repairs that never happened . In the meantime, instead of waiting for him, we purchased a new washer and dryer. If this is a representation of the contractors that you hire for repairs, something needs to be improved immediately. I’ll be contacting you in the near future to cancel this contract with CHOICE

The promise to replace appliances is a joke. I had a washer go out. I was told repair was too expensive and they sent me to Lowe's (with a promise of a gift cert w/in 30 days) after I paid for the new machine and delivery and install myself. The "gift cert" for more shopping at Lowe's did not cover even half the cost. I will never use this company again. The only other claim I had was for a minor repair, and after my $85.00 payment, they agreed to cover the repair (probably $25.00 extra payment to plumber.l)

Every submission was a challenge…. Always something to decline or ask for more information., or require a new submission because once the assessment was done and found to be an issue with a different appliance ( dishwasher not working but was because it was a garbage disposal issue and then I was going to have to pay another service charge for the garbage disposal) It was always something like this.

Since the beginning , I had issues with communication with this company. I now have a gas leak that they sent HVAC and a handy man. And now two other plumbers, the first submitted report to review and wait approval. And now they sent a second plumber and we are passing through the same issue. If you have gas make sure you inform your self on red tags and if your gas company provides them or do them digitally. On the other hand, they did send a plumber for a water leak Liberty Drains. He was fast efficient and highly professional. 5stars on my book.

I’m not happy with it at all my stove was looked at and they said it wasn’t a problem with it and it was the was it worked they will order me some more burners for it but I never received them but was charged 75.00 to tell me that I could’ve did that myself and saved me some money. The locks on my doors was supposed to be changed but they only made new keys I could’ve bought them on my on and saved 75.00 he didn’t put a key lock on the front door just changed the key to the top lock I’m not happy at all with this service. I called I had a freaking flood in my home on Sunday 10/06/2024 from the sink due to my pumping and or the garbage disposal or dishwasher being put together wrong. They said I with be charged for three different people coming out to see what the problem is with the water running all over the place. I have dishes stacked up I can’t wash and the appointment for the plumber is not until 10/16/20204 I’m deeply pissed off i think this service sucks to high heaven this way the seller paid for your service because they knew I was in shit to my knees with this house and was going to make you some money.

Has not been the greatest experience. I had a claim about my refrigerator and you sent a tech that I had to pay. He did a quick fix and said that it would freeze up every few months and it did. We put up with it for months before we purchased another one. Now recently my ac unit went out. A tech came and fixed it then told us that if we did not get a maintenance contract with them then my warranty would not fix my unit that he said was 40 yes old. We just got the house not too long ago and you guys did not say that. But we will see

The pool technician date given to be by Choice Warranty and the date of the pool company text did not match. I ended up wasting 2 days waiting instead of only the one that was sent directly to me from the pool company. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET ABOUT THE UNPROFESSIONAL WAY THIS WAS HANDLED. This is the second such instance with the contract company and Choice sending different dates. Please get your system fixed or reach back out to the contract company to update and modifications.

Don’t want to fix what’s broke. AC blower bearing separated from assembly and they claimed it was not normal wear and tear. It was excess buildup. The unit is only 6 yes old and the unit next to it is 8 years old and it doesn’t have “excess” buildup. They will refuse any repairs over 100 dollars on first time out forcing you to have to wait until they get a second approval. Provided it doesn’t cost them too much. Had same problem with water heater only s temp fix. Coil was leaking on 8 year old AC and all they would approve was to add stop leak. A temporay fix. I’m not getting the leaking part replaced. Had to wait for second approval just to get stop leak added. Great in 105 plus weather. What do they care. Don’t waste your money with this company

I've told you before Jessica, I had to bring another person to fix what your person messed up. He was not knowledgeable about his task and left me in a mess. Furthermore, he argued with me when I told him it wasn't right. When he left my home, a blind man could see that the Dishwasher was WAY out of level. The front door panel cannot be closed and won't stay closed when the appliance is out of level. He needs some more training. On the plus side he was a nice pleasant individual.
