I have been trying to put in a claim and customer service has been great about helping me through the process to make sure the claim is put in correct for my Septic needs. I put in a request 3/13/2026, however my septic did need pumping so i had to hire someone for the job, i will be putting in for reimbursement soon, I am in need to have my septic looked at for leach field repair. I currently have an open claim for this work to be performed. I called the company to reach out to Choice Home Warranty to accept the job for this open claim for processing.

Our air conditioner was not working. We were glad that we had Choice Home Warranty because calling a heating and air company would have been expensive. The technician was kind and got our system working. He offered to come back if it stops working and not expect pay! The timely manner of the Choice Warranty reaching a tech is as follows. Called on a Saturday filed a claim and the tech was at our house on Monday! We are appreciative of the fast service!

In still waiting since the ending of Dec. 2025 for my dryer to be repaired. They haven’t gotten the part yet. I’m getting very frustrated with them. Because I have to keep calling to see what the status is I can’t check on my portal because it says my claim is closed. Apparently after 6 days it automatically gets a closed status if there is no update inputted by anyone, according to customer service. I find that to be crazy and don’t agree with that but I can’t change it. So far I have yet to be satisfied with any claim that I’ve placed with this company. And I have placed three claims.

My heat stopped working on our house just a few months after we bought it. They did send a technician quickly but it stopped working again a few days later during an ice storm. We couldn’t get in touch with the technician or company so had to call someone else. Choice did say they would most likely cover the cost but we are having trouble getting the second company to complete all the paperwork required. I have a paid receipt but that isn’t enough. Hopefully we can get it resolved.

This is my first time with Choice Warranty. I think it’s a good company so far. I just had one issue recently and it was with my dryer quit on me so I had they had to send a repair man out and everything went well except he didn’t take the parts so I was stuck with trying to get rid of them and I’m still working that.issue but I recommend Choice Warranty to everyone.

Great experiences. Some vendors are better than others. Had one that was ok, but he did things wrong. We found out when the item broke and had a different guy come out. Twice to fix what the other guy did wrong. All in all they did things in a timely manner.

The service person we had was excellent. He found the problem and had the part with him. That almost never happens when you live in a small town like we do. Choice Home warranty sent a repairman that was one hundred miles away. We had to wait two weeks to get our furnace fixed but it was worth it. The repairman was polite, knowledgeable, and prepared. Done in one trip. We will use them again.

When I needed help with getting my dryer repaired the process was user friendly. I input my information and needs, I got a response with in 30 minutes telling who the contractor would be and the day and time to expect him. Later in the week he arrived as promised and diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

The service person was on time. Diagnosed the issue and proceeded to complete the repairs needed quickly . When pulling the dishwasher out, he took his time to protect the flooring from being scratched or damaged when moving it to be worked on, and when replacing it back in its spot.

We've had to make several claims, three (3) for our refrigerator, and two (2) for our dishwasher, and CHW always comes through. It's so darn easy to make a claim. One of the claims for our refrigerator, it needed a new board, and CHW quickly approved the repair. I highly recommend CHW.

orginally i thought it was a good idea; but I never use it for the first 2 years of a 5 yr deal. When i realized that i could have used it when my furnace and heat pump went out and had to be replaced I tried to get them to help. they said it was to late to turn in a claim. $13000 mistake. Later I contacted them about a dish washer after 2 months they found a repairman who came and looked at it. He reported back that it would be cheaper to replace than repair. Choice depreciated it and paid me like $ 185 towards a new one. So i went out and bought a new one $600. gave the old one to a recycler. A year later that old dishwasher that was to costly to repair was being used by someone , they had never had it repaired and it was still working. (bad advice from repairman) $400 dollar mistake. That same repairman fixed my icemaker before he got a mile down road it quit working. However last month i called and reported the icemaker problem and a problem with my microwave within a week a repairman scheduled and looked at both appliances. He is trying to find parts for the icemaker and did repair the microwave. For that thank you choice home repair

I felt like I was used and had to pay $75 for coverage that wasn’t gonna be covered, but the second time I was very happy they covered the repair

Choice Home Warranty is a great company to work with. The unfortunate part is the contractor that they sent out to assess the issue is not a great company, nor are they knowledgeable. They were trying to come out to address the issue that should've been handled by the warranty and get paid as a side job. The issue fell into the scope of our coverage. Yet we still have no resolution.

Most things are good customer service is friendly. Trying to get service in my area is difficult but when they finally do find a rep to come they are professional and timely. Although it takes a while. I was out of heat for almost 3 weeks during a very cold snap. I still have not had a microwave and it has been going on since October. They needed to send out a rep who looked at it made his repair details for them a second time to say they will reimburse me for buying a new one. I requested a check and I am still waiting for it.

I liked that when I filed a claim on Friday 03/13/26, for our water heater to be replaced as it was 12 years old and had begun making noises when heating up, they sent their plumbing tech out the very next day, Saturday 03/14/26. He arrived right on time and was professional and friendly. However, I was a little disappointed that the tech took all of 10 minutes to examine it and told us he would send his report to Choice and we would here from them on Monday 3/16/26 as they are closed on the weekends. We received an email on Sunday 3/15/26 saying they had received his report saying it didn't need repair or replaced.

One of the best home warranty companies out there! I’ve been resigning up every 3 yrs here in south Florida since 2018 and the service just keeps getting better. You never know when an appliance will fail, but one has a great piece of mind knowing that once you open a claim with Choice Home Warranty, on average a contractor is assigned within the first 36 hrs, sometimes quicker! In 2026 the service fee is $75 per claim, just to note. I also love how you can track the claim and get immediate responses to you questions on the online portal! Most people don’t realize that you can call the assigned service repair tech, and if they took the claim but you realize they can’t respond in a timely manner, you can request CHW to assign another company. They will tell you there’s no guarantee to get a faster response, but in my experience, it’s usually within 48 hrs, again, my experience. Great customer service…A++++

The technician called and setup a time to visit to investigate my issue. CHW quick response for the technician to move forward with the repair. I paid my deductible and everything was all good. My experience with Choice Home Warrenty was excellent. They dispatch the service personnel within 24 hours after the claims is raised. Their approval is very fast and the repair will get completed within maximum of 4 to 5 days (if they have to order for parts). If possible, they complete the repair the same day during the first appointment. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

He had to order a part which only took a few days for him to come back and finish the job.
