They've always been right there for us any time we have had to use them. They're very friendly and they're just very very professional. I used it recently on my air conditioner. My experience with the guy they sent out was awesome. He addressed the problem immediately, no questions asked. He took care of the problem with no issues. Every time they have sent someone out, they've just been very professional and have addressed the problem immediately.

Choice responded quickly to my claim (A/C broke down in 104 degree weather) and scheduled service call. The issue I had was the repair company Choice used. The repairman showed up as scheduled and was professional and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem, told me he was going to get approval to repair my A/C and would be back the next day or day after. Three days later, I tried calling repair company for a status but they would answer their phone and their voicemail was full. Send electronic message to Choice and received a response and they scheduled the repairman to come two days later. In all, it took one week for my A/C to be repaired. It was a simple repair - replacing a fan motor. Choice could use a better repair company.

Coming home from vacation to a freezing house is every homeowner's nightmare. We walked in last night and realized our heater had completely quit while we were away. I immediately hopped onto the Choice Home Warranty portal and registered a claim. I was worried it would take days to get someone out, but they assigned a technician within hours. The repair was done on time, the tech was professional, and my house is finally warm again. So glad I had this coverage in place—it turned a stressful situation into a quick fix. It's for this claim a vendor did pick up fairly quickly. However the copay that choice told me I had to pay did not match the amount that the vendor said it was going to cost. There was a difference of $300 and Choice could not tell me where they came up with their copay. But they told me I had to pay it. When I talked vendor he said they never gave that number so choice was requiring me to pay more than the vendor wanted. The vendor said agreed to a lower price because that's all he needed. So if I would have paid the amount Joyce said I had to without questioning I would have overpaid by $300. And Choice did not offer a reason to why there was a difference

I chose Choice Home Warranty because it was listed as the best home warranty company. I already had a home warranty with a different company, and it was time to renew, the cost had gone up, and Choice was less expensive for the same coverage, so I switched. When I had to make a claim, I was pleased with how quickly they responded, but things went down from there. My contractor was finally assigned - it took 2 days - but he was unable to do the needed repair because his tools were being repaired, so it would be at least a week before he could get here, and I had raw sewerage leaking into my basement at the time. I contacted Choice and was told I could get my own contractor and have him make the repair, but I would have to have choice approve it before any work could be done. This did not make me a happy customer, and I almost demanded my money returned so I could contract with a different company. I cooled down, jumped through the required hoops for Choice, got the repair done and last week received my refund check for paying the contractor. I am a bit disappointed that there was no one available to do the work in my area, which is what I was assured by the salesperson I talked to when I joined. I will see how much difficulty I encounter the next time I have a claim.

I was very pleased until I had a problem with my AC and the service man ,told me to send a video of what was happening to it , then he call me back and said that they had told him that it was nothing that had to do with CHOICE ,so it was nothing he coul do ,and he never came to look at it physically , I called a friend ,who gave a phone number of a friend of him , and he man came back, and fix it with a small part , he charged me $300 ,and it's been working for month ,four other times i call for my stove, (twice) and then 2. different times for my cloth washer and they were taking care very soon by some very profesional and nice workers

Their response to my claim was fast. They had a contractor assigned and provided me with the contractor information within 48 hours. I was contacted by the contractor and appointment made within 72 hours. Parts had to be ordered and the service tech scheduled and met the final repair date. The contractor was over 2 hours from my location but made all appointments on time. The previous warranty company that I had had for 15 years didn’t always have service contractors who would service my area and I usually had to find my own contractor and pay for the work that needed to be accomplished and then argue with them to provide reimbursement.

I had to file two claims last month. Both went smoothly. The appointments were scheduled fast. The work was done by two different contractors and both were professional and fixed what needed to fixed. It was easy to ask for service online. They didn’t make me tell them all my serial and model numbers for my items. They also didn’t send me emails and phone calls making me call them back. I didn’t have to do too much work to get them send help. I really appreciated how easy this was. My last home warranty company was extremely frustrating and always tried to get out of paying. So far, I’m happy with Choice Warranty. It’s amazing when people do their jobs.

In still waiting since the ending of Dec. 2025 for my dryer to be repaired. They haven’t gotten the part yet. I’m getting very frustrated with them. Because I have to keep calling to see what the status is I can’t check on my portal because it says my claim is closed. Apparently after 6 days it automatically gets a closed status if there is no update inputted by anyone, according to customer service. I find that to be crazy and don’t agree with that but I can’t change it. So far I have yet to be satisfied with any claim that I’ve placed with this company. And I have placed three claims.

My heat stopped working on our house just a few months after we bought it. They did send a technician quickly but it stopped working again a few days later during an ice storm. We couldn’t get in touch with the technician or company so had to call someone else. Choice did say they would most likely cover the cost but we are having trouble getting the second company to complete all the paperwork required. I have a paid receipt but that isn’t enough. Hopefully we can get it resolved.

This is my first time with Choice Warranty. I think it’s a good company so far. I just had one issue recently and it was with my dryer quit on me so I had they had to send a repair man out and everything went well except he didn’t take the parts so I was stuck with trying to get rid of them and I’m still working that.issue but I recommend Choice Warranty to everyone.

Furnace went out, our service that tuned up the a/c and furnace quoted nearly a $900 fix, we called Choice and within 10 minutes we had a referral for a company to fix the furnace. The company Choice sent arrived on time, and replaced a $10 part and the furnace fired right up and has been working correctly since! We only had to pay the $ 75 service fee. We will be using that company for our semi annual check ups from now on.

I've had a yearly Choice Home Warranty since 2021 but had never placed a claim. Then in Nov'25, I upgraded to a 3 1/2 yr coverage plan, which was more advantageous for me. Shortly after, I finally needed to file a claim for plumbing problems. Because of different issues, it took about 1 1/2 months to get everything resolved, including following up to get reimbursed for replacement of my bathroom faucet. Sent receipt for item and check, including tax, being sent which should be received within 30 days. Hopefully, I won't experience any other problems requiring another claim to be placed soon!

We had plumbing/water issues in the shower. Before I called Choice Hoke Warranty (CHW), I called in a few other plumbers. I was hoping to save the $75 fee initially. They either didn't know how to fix this problem or were scamming me for massive payments that I felt were not nearly warranted. When I called CHW, they immediately dispatched the plumber from one the local vendors. What surprised me most was the fact that he immediately came in with all his equipment and diagnostics/cameras and immediately stared to diagnose the problem. The previous plumbers came in to look and assess, but didn't even bother to bring in their tools first. They were almost looking to first diagnose whether I would be willing to Pay their exorbitant rates. This vendor however (from Innovative Plumbing Everyday LLC) was amazing! Instead of trying to play me (scam me) like a fiddle - he immediately went to work and diagnose. Within an hour the entire job was done! No haggling, No negotiating, No BS. Furthermore, the technician's name was Ivan/Vanya. He was exceptionally professional and extremely capable. If I ever need to have a plumber on site again - I will beg CHW to only send me Ivan. I could not be happier with his work ethics and his ability to resolve the problem effectively - without any BS. Excellent choice of an amazing Vendor; contracted via CHW!!!

What I like about choice home warranty was the quick service that I got on the phone but in reality the service that I got from the technician was very lacking. The gentleman never showed up when he was supposed to and then he was late when he finally did show up and it's been a few months now and I still don't have the electric hook up to my stove or my kitchen or whatever else needs fixed. He was supposed to be here on December 30th and he said he called me but there's no record of him calling me so I have no idea what's up but I do like choice home warranty because they live up to their promises and I am very thankful that I got them I also do hope to see my technician very soon like he said he would be here.

We had washing machine that went bad in December 2025 that came with the house in 2006. We purchased the home in August 2015. Everything work well for 10 years. We notified CHOICE per contract. 2 techs visit and said it count not be repaired. Choice advised that the tech's could not locate a model # on the GE washer. So, now Choice advised they could not repair or replace the washer without a model #. We did not cause the problem of no model # on the washer. So Choice gave us a check of $300.00 for a new GE Profile Clothes Washer from Lowe's that cost $805.71. So Choice paid 37% and we paid 63% plus $75.00 service fee. That is a total cost of $580.71 to us when it should have been cover complete by CHOICE contract minus the $75.00 service fee. We had to go 6 weeks without a clothes washer and the expense of the new washer. To this date no one from CHOICE has ever told us when making the contract that we needed to be responsible to have or even know the Model on any of out appliances. In closing, we are cancelling our 6+ years contract which is now remaining just over 5 years still remaining. We will also advise the other neighbors that we got for CHOICE to cover of our problems since December 2025 with CHOICE over the last 2 months. I've had two issues that Choice has taken care of during my warranty period. The first was a garage door opener which wasn't operating due to a radio signal failure. It took a couple weeks before I could get a technician to my property. He fixed the issue but used used parts to do it. The second issue was a repair on an oven lock which was preventing the oven from operating. Choice contracted with Sears Home Appliance Repair who were very professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. It ends up that the older model stove can't be repaired so we're currently waiting for choice to send us an electronic gift card to Lowes to purchase another stove. Overall, it's been an a decent experience. Hopefully the gift card comes soon because the stove is in a rental property.

I called in and Chris, the customer service representative, was pleasant, responded to my questions, then offered additional information about CHW. The service person we had was excellent. He found the problem and had the part with him. That almost never happens when you live in a small town like we do. Choice Home warranty sent a repairman that was one hundred miles away. We had to wait two weeks to get our furnace fixed but it was worth it. The repairman was polite, knowledgeable, and prepared. Done in one trip. We will use them again.

The service person was on time. Diagnosed the issue and proceeded to complete the repairs needed quickly . When pulling the dishwasher out, he took his time to protect the flooring from being scratched or damaged when moving it to be worked on, and when replacing it back in its spot.

orginally i thought it was a good idea; but I never use it for the first 2 years of a 5 yr deal. When i realized that i could have used it when my furnace and heat pump went out and had to be replaced I tried to get them to help. they said it was to late to turn in a claim. $13000 mistake. Later I contacted them about a dish washer after 2 months they found a repairman who came and looked at it. He reported back that it would be cheaper to replace than repair. Choice depreciated it and paid me like $ 185 towards a new one. So i went out and bought a new one $600. gave the old one to a recycler. A year later that old dishwasher that was to costly to repair was being used by someone , they had never had it repaired and it was still working. (bad advice from repairman) $400 dollar mistake. That same repairman fixed my icemaker before he got a mile down road it quit working. However last month i called and reported the icemaker problem and a problem with my microwave within a week a repairman scheduled and looked at both appliances. He is trying to find parts for the icemaker and did repair the microwave. For that thank you choice home repair
