They are not quick at getting the work assigned. Once they do get a company assigned, it’s the cheapest, lowest quality company around. The company doesn’t even have a website to leave a review for. They came out, refused to do any work, and still charged me the fee. Highway robbery.

Good contract pricing but poor service with two bursts in the same pipe and they refuse to replace the pipe. They will repair the burst but will not replace the pipe. How many bursts have to be repaired to have a replacement?

Have the plan for over a year. First claim they need to replace the dryer outright, but will only give me half the price of what dryer cost now. Replacement should be average or standard cost of what they are in stores today.

They’ve been great for minor things but barely cover the cost of major replacements. We’ve had a furnace and fridge go out this year. Barely covered 5% of the furnace replacement cost. Fridge was better at 40%.

This company is a scam. They do not provide replacement coverage as advertised. Their valuations are based on computerized figures that make no sense. I have a Viking stovetop worth $5,000, and they offered me only $590, saying “that’s the way it is.” Completely unacceptable. Stay away from this warranty company.

Last week I sent a text to CHW on an issue with my AC. They gave for First Home Solutions to replace the motor. This was over three weeks. Attempted to contact FHS by text and phone to determine status of replacing the motor. As of this date no reply. Last week text to CHW requesting their help. Text acknowledged by CHW advising that someone would contact me. Again no reply.

We paid the service call , choice than quoted at price of more than the hot water heater would cost for installation. We ended up buying the water heater and had it installed ourself and they did they us a check for 350.00 dollars on a 500.00 water heater plus installation so it ended up being more costly than if we did it ourselves. Since than I have canceled my policy buyer beware after all the money we paid on monthly payments they wouldn’t hold up there end

CHOICE WARRANTY IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER !! THEIR MISSION STATEMENT IS " DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET OUT OF PAYING" I WAS THEIR BIGGEST SUPPORTER UNTIL THEY WANTED TO REPLACE MY $265 FAUCET WITH A $70 DOLLAR ONE..THEN DIDN'T EVEN PAY ME THAT. Did not agree with customer service agent who decided to only pay out for a compressor on my hvac system, even though a very qualified technician provided documentation that stated the entire unit needed replaced. I was going to continue being a loyal customer before this decision but I'm shopping for a different warranty company.

But I am disappointed in that Choice did not share in the expense of the replacement of a thirty year old appliance that was rusting out.

Bad experience! Stay away from Choice Hone Warranty. They send out the worst contractors who take your service and then try to cheat you into equipment you don’t need, misdiagnosis your problem or never show back up to fix the issue. This company let me go 42 days without heat in the coldest part of winter- while negotiating w a tech who was trying to charge me $5600 out of pocket to fix furnace. I got my own tech to come out and all I needed was a new thermostat $200 fix! Every claim was a hassle, they never fixed a leak I had on an outdoor pipe on my pool equipment, they sent a plumber not a pool tech. The worst experiences continually! Don’t waste your time nor money!

I place a service call on my water heater and mine you my property is in Albany, GA. The rep inform me it’s going to take time to find a technician for the area. When they finally found one, I met him at the property. He did his diagnosis and reported to them I need a new water heater. They waited over a week to email to say that are reassigning it. I called to ask why? They said, they need to get a second opinion but on the original phone call they had to find a technician to the property which they were having a hard to fined. Instead of them believing the technician they sent, they whether for me to keep waiting until I decided to get my technician diagnosed the same problem. I was told I have to fill out an re-imbursement form and my technician has to fill out a diagnosis form and they will have to approve it before he can start the work. They are aware I need this completed asap before the tenant moves in to the property. Choice home warranty is not in their client corner but make sure the fee is taken out of my account each month. I’m very disappointed in this Warranty Company.

The repair for my dryer has not been completed. The service tech had to order the new motor. But he has not returned to install it. I got in touch with him but he said he was short handed and would get to me soon. So job is incomplete. On AC the claim was DENIED stating the blower/motor was not working because of unusual wear and tear. That is complete nonsense. Your company serviced the AC in Feb and nothing was found. Now I am told unusual wear and tear. No a happy customer.

I placed an order to have my microwave serviced on 5Aug2025. I was told the part would be ordered the same day 5Aug and they would return the following week to install it. That never happened I reached out to Georgia Appliance Pros and was told they would order the part it was the 28Aug and it could possibly be delayed because of Labor Day. Well today is 12Sep still no call to service my microwave which was supposedly ordered 5Aug. When I tried reaching Georgia Appliance Pros is refer you to another number which is not in service. I reached out to Choice and was talked to like I was bothering them. They were very rude, one representative told me she would reach out to Georgia Appliance which she did but they only send emails. Choice should know who they have working with them because they have lost a customer. Oh and I forgot t mention they take 46.00 from my account every month and I have to feel like I'm bothering them because I check to see what's going on with my service that I've paid for.
