Very bad 👎 I put in s claim for microwave. A technician was sent to my house to collect 100 dollars. Since then, I've never heard anything. My microwave wasn't repaired. This is s big scam! Anytime I call the company too nobody responds.

I've had it for almost a year, paying $52 a month and never used it until my central air went out a couple weeks ago. Now they want me to pay over $5,000 to fix it! That is not what I got this coverage for. I paid for complete coverage! Their answer was that I should have read the small print that doesnt cover some of it.Iam beyond angry!

I am very disappointed with this warranty company. I recently had to replace my stove that they refused to fix. They gave me a paltry $420 toward a stove that I had to buy for 4 times that amount for a stove to match my existing appliances. They promise a lot but don’t come through. I will not be renewing my policy.

Have used service a couple of times, never can get straight answer or enough info. Had a big issue when trying to get info on heating system, tech came and forwarded information to choice, was told better to get new system, they sent pricing info which was fine, questioned how old unit and new would be removed/installed, couldn't get straight answer. Asked if a hole would be cut in roof because that was not a listed charge. Tried to tell me both would be done through interior attic access.

It took over 2 weeks for choice to get me a technician( the first one didn't even come to ky home and it took over 10 days to find another one )and then made the technician come out twice before the approval of my claim. Then short changed the technician, who quit before doing the job . Choice closed the claim when the job was not completed. When i texted it in rhe claim, i was told it was closed and i had to reopen a new claim. My kids have a 2nd policy and choice has not fixed any of their claims. When i first joined choice was very responsive and 5 years later, so nitpicky.

If I could leave negative scores I would. I am waiting four weeks for a hot water repair. And now they are telling me that they want to charge me an additional two hundred and twenty something dollars on top of my monthly payment and the seventy five dollars copay. And I now am being told that I have to wait two more days until a case manager will have an “opportunity” to discuss this with me. But wait , there’s more I am being allowed a fifteen minute window for the discussion to take place.
