I'm very pleased with Choice Home Warranty. My refrigerator recently quit suddenly. I put in the claim and they had a repairman out within a couple of days (a miracle where I live), he identified the problem very quickly, ordered the parts and was able to have me up and operational again with a week. If that sounds like a long time, my previous home warranty wouldn't even have had a technician out within that time frame.

I have used the Choice Home Warranty plan twice now. Both times the individual service providers they aligned me with were professional, courteous and helpful in providing any information I might need. It took a couple of days longer than if I had call some major company on my own but I actually got better more satisfactory service and would request that same providers should I need help again with a similar problem.

The price is amazing for all that it covers and the claim process couldn’t be any easier. I would HIGHLY recommend Choice Home Warranty for anyone who has any type of appliances/hot water heaters/gas fireplaces/HVAC/sump pump or almost anything else you can think of and are responsible for its repair. A flat fee for a service call with a repair or replace policy. If you file a claim, they send out a tech to repair or replace the product, but if it requires multiple visits, it is all covered under the flat fee you had already paid. I bought another house and the first thing I did was get a policy for the new house, but I did much of anything else. I wouldn’t own or rent without coverage from Choice Home Warranty!!!

Choice Home Warranty has been a very pleasant experience. Im surprised at how efficient, polite, precise and actually I've gotta say "excellent" they are. Every step was handled with ease. Initial call, next step; contacted within 24 hrs by repair company, appt. made. They showed up on time, called first . Inspected washer, ordered part. 3 days later, called, made appt to install part. Did it. Washer works! Exactly how it should be. I've had 3 different HW companies since buying this home. First Amer. expensive, cost kept going up, didn't even have a claim. 2nd Select, horrible. 3rd Sears, really bad. Choice will be my HW company forever. They make me believe that a company can still be excellent at what they do! No BS.

The only thing we’re having difficulty with is getting returned calls when we have an issue! The installation of our new HVAC SYSTEM WAS PERFECT AND CLEAN!! The only problem was we did not get the ac system we were told we were going to get? We asked the installation company to tell CHW WHY, with no avail!! We expected a higher seer rating but that did not happen!! But all in all we are very happy with the new ac!!! They acted fast and we did not have to suffer long at all without ac!! I would definitely recommend CHW BECAUSE OF THE RISING COSTS FOT A NEW AC SYSTEM IS CRAZY AND GETTING WORSE EVERY YEAR ! So we are extremely satisfied with the job that Snowflake ac and Choice Home Warranty did!!!!

Submitting a claim through the Choice Home Warranty website has been a breeze—it's quick and user-friendly. I’ve been especially impressed with how fast they review and decide on claims; the turnaround time has been lightning fast. My only dislike is with the local repair services they assigned—none of the issues were resolved on the first visit. That said, every repair was successfully completed on the second trip, and I only had to pay the standard service fee for the inital visit each time, with no extra charges for labor or parts. All in all, it's a fair trade-off for the convenience and coverage.

First of all, Walter passed away. Please take his name off…it is upsetting to get messages for him. I understand you had no way of knowing this. Your service was very good. But,….recently the spring broke in my garage door and my car was in side the garage. It could not have been a worst time.. I'm had doctor appointment I had to,get to.And , my daughter was very ill and I had to go,to her house and take care of her.I called a local person that we used before and he come out that day and fixed it.$375.00.when I called your office, they so they do not reimburse for a situation like that. Very very disappointed. Very very ,,,

It wasn't real easy to make the claim s. I'm technologically challenged. I can do it now but the first time was not fun. It is easier to go online than connect with an agent. I'm not having much luck with my claims. The first claim was my microwave. A technician came twice but is still not working. It worked for about a day. The servings claim was my lg refrigerator. It needed some parts for the lower drawers. They hit reach other and don't close without force. The Trevor's cane and replaced the parts but it still hits. The boys for the technician was extremely rude and obnoxious and would not listen to me at all. The tech was great! He came back to fix it but had to go back and look at a schematic too determine if a part was missing. He was really professional. At this time my microwave is not heating and the drawers on the fridge are still hitting

My oven stopped working and my eyes on my stove top was arking and making noiand wasn't getting contaminated nope getting hot, I asked Stormy if they could replace the oven and stove and she said they couldn't, she fixed the stove but after 3 or 4 days after the parts came in and she came back and fixed it it all working but like 3 or 4 days later my big right front eye stopped working and still making arking and sparking noise and want come on, so what happens when my stove or eyes sparks and catches on fire when I. Not jer and burns my house down, cause to get the to come out and check on it again I will have to pay 85.00 again

I thought Choice was improving until I had a real claim. The company is only paying me a small portion for an appliance replacement which should of been fixed. The lack of customer service and doing the right thing by the customer was not in the conversation. Referring to legal documents and the reason why the would not make an adjustment has really set me back on how awful this company is. I would recommend anyone who is considering this company to run away literally.

I signed up and paid for 5 years service. My first claim was on December 3, 2025 requesting to resolve a kitchen sink backup. I was waiting for a plumber 5 days. The plumber was not able to find the main pipe and did not finish the job. I never had such problems before and thinking that plumber resolved the problem I gave 5 stars review, but around 10 days I called again. This company did not resolve my claim until today 01/08/ 2026. They do not have professional plumbers and their customer service is terrible. I want my money back.
