I'm very pleased with Choice Home Warranty. My refrigerator recently quit suddenly. I put in the claim and they had a repairman out within a couple of days (a miracle where I live), he identified the problem very quickly, ordered the parts and was able to have me up and operational again with a week. If that sounds like a long time, my previous home warranty wouldn't even have had a technician out within that time frame.

I have used the Choice Home Warranty plan twice now. Both times the individual service providers they aligned me with were professional, courteous and helpful in providing any information I might need. It took a couple of days longer than if I had call some major company on my own but I actually got better more satisfactory service and would request that same providers should I need help again with a similar problem.

The AC technicians were on time, very experienced, and friendly. They detected the problem with our AC system, and did the necessary repairs within an hour! We recommended Choice & their technicians to some of our neighbors, but unfortunately they were talked into buying a new AC system by AC companies costing them thousands of dollars! Thank you Choice for repairing our system & saving us thousands of dollars!!! .

Both washing machine and dryer broke down within a week of each other so I called warranty businesses and compared their prices. I chose Choice Home Warranty and after a month of using the laundry mat I made appointments to get each machine fixed. The repairman for the dryer came first and fixed it right away. Then the same day the washing machine repair man came and fixed it within a few minutes replaced the agitator and my machine was working again. They both did a excellent job and repaired them quickly.

The company named O's Home Improvement installed the water heater to my satisfaction. But he stripped the water valve to the house. Chicago came out and turned the water off from the main (street). Once the company named USA Water and Plumbing came and fixed my water valve in the house, I was left with the water heater not working (gas not on) and I didn't know how to turn it on. O's home improvement never responded. I therefore, called someone to come and finish hooking up the water heater. That's my only complaint. He could have just walked me through the process over the phone, but, he didn't respond! I even call Choice Home trying to connect with him. Overall, he did an excellent job installing the water heater and USA changed my valve quick and he was very professional! Thank You

I’ve had my refrigerator, my dishwasher, my toilet and my washing machine serviced . They came on the day and time specified and did a great job. The monthly fee to cover appliances, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing etc is very reasonable and I highly recommend it. I told my nephew who said he was definitely going to look into it and my brother.

Choice Home Warranty is a great company and I am happy to have them. I had three different situations filed all three claims. One was for an electrical problem, the other was plumbing and one for a refrigerator. All three services (separately) where performed, fixed and just charged at my contract claim rate. I had them for six months now and am pleasantly surprised and happy! I highly recommend!

Overall I appreciate how easy it is to file a claim and how smooth and quickly the process works. Once a company is assigned to the claim, the company information is available and I can communicate with them directly. One downfall is that you cannot combine related issues and have to file separate claims and pay for each, even if the same company is completing the work on the same day. Another issue is if the problem in the claim continues to be a problem, you can’t reopen the claim and update the information, you have to file another claim. All in all, I’d recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone in need of a home warranty company.

Submitting a claim through the Choice Home Warranty website has been a breeze—it's quick and user-friendly. I’ve been especially impressed with how fast they review and decide on claims; the turnaround time has been lightning fast. My only dislike is with the local repair services they assigned—none of the issues were resolved on the first visit. That said, every repair was successfully completed on the second trip, and I only had to pay the standard service fee for the inital visit each time, with no extra charges for labor or parts. All in all, it's a fair trade-off for the convenience and coverage.

First of all, Walter passed away. Please take his name off…it is upsetting to get messages for him. I understand you had no way of knowing this. Your service was very good. But,….recently the spring broke in my garage door and my car was in side the garage. It could not have been a worst time.. I'm had doctor appointment I had to,get to.And , my daughter was very ill and I had to go,to her house and take care of her.I called a local person that we used before and he come out that day and fixed it.$375.00.when I called your office, they so they do not reimburse for a situation like that. It wasn't real easy to make the claim s. I'm technologically challenged. I can do it now but the first time was not fun. It is easier to go online than connect with an agent. I'm not having much luck with my claims. The first claim was my microwave. A technician came twice but is still not working. It worked for about a day. The servings claim was my lg refrigerator. It needed some parts for the lower drawers. They hit reach other and don't close without force. The Trevor's cane and replaced the parts but it still hits. The boys for the technician was extremely rude and obnoxious and would not listen to me at all. The tech was great! He came back to fix it but had to go back and look at a schematic too determine if a part was missing. He was really professional. At this time my microwave is not heating and the drawers on the fridge are still hitting

My oven stopped working and my eyes on my stove top was arking and making noiand wasn't getting contaminated nope getting hot, I asked Stormy if they could replace the oven and stove and she said they couldn't, she fixed the stove but after 3 or 4 days after the parts came in and she came back and fixed it it all working but like 3 or 4 days later my big right front eye stopped working and still making arking and sparking noise and want come on, so what happens when my stove or eyes sparks and catches on fire when I. Not jer and burns my house down, cause to get the to come out and check on it again I will have to pay 85.00 again

I am so grateful to have purchased this product through Choice Home Warranty. They covered 100% of the damage part and negotiated the other part on my behalf. My A/C until was 20 years old and the handler needed full replacement . The handler’s parts and labor were fully covered. Now the compressor, though that was still operational and did not need to be replaced had to be replaced in order for Choice Home Warranty to cover the handler. I know this may not make sense to many, but it does to me. They negotiated the price of a new compressor and the labor to install as well. All in all, a 5 ton A/C Carrier Unit set us back $3,500. In my opinion, this was a great purchase. Thank you Truist A/C and Choice Home Warranty.
