I spoke with Seth H. who was great! His customer service is excellent! Choice Home Warranty has great pricing and an added discount for seniors 55 and over. We were also offered a 6-year plan with a promise of no rate hikes during this time. This company covers everything our current company covers at literally a fraction of the price, 75% to be exact. I appreciate the time and explanation of the program. Also, Seth is now our personal agent and gave us his direct line for any questions or services needed.

tech was great. Company electrux did not show up on first appointment. Called them and they said they made a mistake. I waited all day nd called twice and they said they were coming. This was not good. Next visit was good. Tech was good. Company Electruox is having problems within their office. I lost a day and waited from 8:00 to 5:00 and they did not show up.

I have always got my claims completed. Usually, I file a claim on line successfully but on occasion a call is required fir claim completion. The customer service folks are helpful and curtious. I've been with CHW now for about 4 yrs. and plan to continue unless my services change for the worst. It's too many home warranty companies available to accept anything but good, dependable service.

We moved from American Home Shield to Choice Home Warranty last year. We have liked the value we receive for the monthly fee. The only downside is they refused to fix my microwave, saying it was normal wear and tear; which, I felt was false, as the handle broke and that, in my opinion, is not normal wear and tear. They have fixed the other claims we have put in for our washer and our free standing stove.
