Had two claims that were valid and denied. My third claim was a hot water heater which was replaced. In the end it cost me the $75 service call and the cost of the cheapest water heater available at Lowe’s. In total it cost me $570 for replacement. Gee, what a deal!!

I have been with them a couple of months and never had a problem until recently. I opened a ticket for an issue i had with the AC. I was forced to pay the $80 up front. Needless to say Choice warranty kept the $80 and never bothered to send a technician. Needless to say I will not renew in March.
