I liked that when I filed a claim on Friday 03/13/26, for our water heater to be replaced as it was 12 years old and had begun making noises when heating up, they sent their plumbing tech out the very next day, Saturday 03/14/26. He arrived right on time and was professional and friendly. However, I was a little disappointed that the tech took all of 10 minutes to examine it and told us he would send his report to Choice and we would here from them on Monday 3/16/26 as they are closed on the weekends. We received an email on Sunday 3/15/26 saying they had received his report saying it didn't need repair or replaced.

Been with Choice Home Warranty for a couple years. This is the first time I actually used them. I was completely satisfied with the tech...he knew what the problem was and it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I could have used Choice a couple times before but it was necessary to get service faster so I wasn't able to use the service that I paid for...but this service was pretty quick and worked out very well.

CHW is good on their word and the monthly payment that I make has paid off without a problem recommend when it comes to your home appliances to sign up and enjoy the stress free knowing that you are covered when things go wrong. Made a claim within 10 days it was fixed and I live in a small town out in the Mojave Desert with eliminated resources when things break. Than you CHW for getting my refrigerator back and running!!

My policy was purchased at the same time as my condo to cover unexpected expenses in the first 3 years. Although I have not needed it, I recently had a failing valve on my washing machine cause a leek through an empty fixing hole in the top of the unit. I was able to call out a brand specific appliance specialist who resolved the issue. I could have done this using the website but the first use felt more comfortable as a phone call and they picked up and got it done. What more can you say?

Appointment was promptly made and initial visit completed. Unfortunately, parts are needed to fix my dryer. They have arrived and work should be completed today. The only question that I have is why a different service is used , meaning my dryer has needed service multiple times and each time I submit a claim a different service is used. And each time a new issue is found. Unsure if consistency in using certain service providers would help there or it’s just who is available the fastest and the age of my dryer. Either way I truly appreciate the prompt turn around time. Thank you.

The dishwasher control panel went out. The whirlpool repair man was courteous and professional. There was a part that needed to be replaced and so we had to wait for parts to be ordered but the company used was very good at keeping me informed of when the next appointment might be available based on part delivery. When the part was available, the installer rescheduled the appointment for service and install the parts and the dishwasher works perfectly. The repair man was very courteous and professional.

Choice is wonderful. I've had to have the plumber twice in the last week, for 2 different problems - a toilet that wouldn't stop flowing, and a blocked sink. For the latter they sent a very nice young man called Omar from a different company. He had quite a struggle withe the old piping and draining system from 1950, but he persisted, did an excellent job, and cleaned up afterwards.
