I had American Shield, but you guys were offering a better deal at the time - 3 or 5 years ago - for really good price so that's why we switched. We had to have a new AC and furnace in 2020 and course things were delayed because of the Covid. The people that came out and put in I think the heater first...that or the AC. And then they had to wait for the heating coil. When they came to install it, they were all very courteous and professional and got the job done. Everything was working just fine. We had them out again maybe two months ago. It's a good company, I would recommend them to anybody. I would recommend to everyone that they have a protection plan on the things in their house. They come in, they do the job- fixed it and then it's working good - and they're on their way. I've had to have them send people back to fix things

We've only been with them for a couple months but all of our contract with them has been very positive. They're very professional and they're very responsive. Responsiveness is something that's very important to me. I look for that characteristic or that quality. The only time we've had to use it was for a problem with our garage door opener and they had a guy out here. Originally, they told us it might be a day or a day and a half before they could get someone out here, but they have someone out here the same day. And again, they were very professional, very knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem fixed it in 20 minutes.

They were very professional. My sink irrigation system which is a garbage disposal went out. And I just called them on particular day to inquire whether or not that was something that was covered under the warranty and they say yes. Three days later I received a call from the provider that was gonna provide the service that came out the next day and it and easy it was no drama, no stress and it was pretty quick and they and the repair people were very professional. I'm a senior, I live alone and it was very important to have someone to come out that I feel comfortable with and safe and that was a rapid response to what my needs were.

I have contacted Choice Home Warranty twice within the past 3 months; the first issue concerned my Hot Water Heater but was resolved within 24 hours and I contacted Choice notified them I no longer needed their services. The second call concerned my home's gas boiler heater only heating half of the house. Once again, I contacted Choice and was given an appointment immediately, the service technician arrived before the scheduled time and was the epitome of professionalism. He listened to what I had to tell him, He was shown the heater's location and he went to work. within the hour he was in my home I could feel the difference. The back of the house was just as warm as the front of the house. He then to each level of my home and confirmed in each room the heater was working properly!h

They've been very good anytime. I've had a couple of calls that I had to make and they got it taken care of. Any problems we have had have been more in the people who did the service for Choice that we're having some difficulties but not Choice, Choice Home. We're in the middle of the service arrangement now where something happened with our the light in our oven but when the man came to track it he found that there's a immediate replace of the control panel in the back of the stove and you know everything's been taken care of, first class as far as I can see. Tthey've been expedient and they sent good people. I think it was a good price that I paid and I'm getting good service.

They chose people to come that knew exactly what to do, exactly when to do it and I didn't have to wait around a whole long time or anything so I you know I appreciate Choice in this matter. We had a clogged sink that also backed into our kitchen sink and when I called about it the guy was prompt coming in and he fixed the kitchen sink right away and it very pleasant. I didn't have to lose any work time for it or anything. Their customer support is great. I have had to make a few claims and I have not had any problems. The people they sent out are professionals and get into us right away. I've had only good experiences with it.

They were very prompt we had the problem and they had contacted someonet o come out and he came out within two days and everything just went very well. We have the the maximum policy and they handle things very well, I'm pleased with them. I think the cost is is reasonable and will continue. We signed up for five years with them and I'm just I'm just very happy with them so far and I would recommend other people. They were very timely and how they handled so I was appreciative of them. They are very good concerning what we we needed done. They've always been very easy to get a hold of and helpful.

When I needed help with concerns or whatever they answered all those questions, were very friendly and even gave me better rate than what was quoted on the website. They can work get done and the y are eputable, very nice how they come out and they keep you up to date on whatever you need. Our dryer stopped working, it was making a loud tumbling sound and I went on the website to submit a claim, got an appointment within twenty four hours and the people came out like within seventy two hours to diagnose the problem. It was very easy process. I'm very pleased with the service. It's really well worth it. I would recommend this little friend or family member for sure.

I would recommend them, they have been true to their word true to their promises. Everything was done quickly and proficiently. The people were very professional. My garage door wouldn't go up and down consistently, it would sometimes stop in midstream and I have to push it again and I called and quickly someone came out and they fixed it and told me that if it wasn't working again properly within the next thirty days that they would come out again. I did have to call him, in fact I just called yesterday and I haven't heard back from them as of yet which I'm a little concerned about. I haven't had many claims at all but whatever I had they took care of very promptly and efficiently and I was very satisfied with the results.

I really haven't have had a great experience overall. I was a little disappointed last year when my deductible was forty five dollars for a call and then all of a sudden it was changed to seventy five dollars and I didn't know. But when I called they changed it back so that was a great experience, but then this year went up again so I just felt like that was a really big jump. In general I have had nothing but great service. I would recommend them if someone is looking for a great warranty. I had a problem with my washing machine, I had a problem with my garage door opener, a problem with the toilet and all of those things were fixed. There was one thing that wasn't covered but overall they've been great over the last few years that I've had them.

I have had good customer service with Choice Home Warranty when I submit a claim it is normally worked within two business days of then sending someone out to correct the problem. When I first started with Choice Home nty my monthly payment was lower and the amount I had to pay the technician was lower and it has since then gone up. To me it's a little pricey but I'm trying to continue with Choice Home Warranty the last Issue was taken care of with no problems. Other things Iv had issues with I had to come out of pocket for which caused me a lot of money and I'm still paying for. But overall, I'm satisfied with Choice Home Warranty services.

I would recommend them to anyone that was looking for a home warranty policy. They do have the have quick response. They get back almost within twenty four hours with a response and a scheduled technician to come out to your home. So far I've had really good service things from the technicians that they sent. And I only have one claim that we are going around about terms of they're honoring the warranty but that's it. I haven't even finished claim specialist yet about it so I don't know how it's going to now but everything else they've been really good about, about either repairing or helping to replace with a portion of the cost. Quick response and the customer service people are very friendly and respectful and even if you're frustrated with something is broken down and and they do follow through on their on their commitments for your warranty. I have used it several times since I've had it and they have sent out qualified technicians to look at the item and make a recommendation for repair replacement you know and In all cases except for one I've had quick response. Either offering money to help replace the item ,I had one conductor heaters go out after I moved in and they offered me a a settlement amount to purchase a new one and it didn't cost cost cover a hundred percent covered about three quarters of it and so there's I'm still waiting for the check it does take a while I guess sixty days for you to get the money back but you know check back in sixty days. It came through the way it's supposed to but so far I've had good response from there. From their people and their online. Claim filing system to work pretty good I think I had one that had trouble going through the other said let it more than once but when that happens they help you. So it's useful

Great policy compared to what I was being serviced with before. I just like to with the fact that they have solid companies that they collaborate with because the customer service with those companies are like just as good as any other service if I was to pick him out myself. My garage door broke and they came out within twenty four I think it was twenty four to forty eight hours, and the company came let me know some additional options that I could take in regards to upgrade and I was able to do that and my garage is actually better than it was even if it was to just do it with the way back the way it was before. The cost of the the monthly policy and then the actual deposit you can't beat that price for both of those things and the coverage that I'm given. So I mean it's been really good, I've had to fix a lot of things in my house. Whenever I have a situation or issue is usually resolved within twenty four hours or at least initiated like start there the process within twenty four hours.

I've had great experiences and so far they've had to come out to our repair my garage door and I had to call him back and they were nice they were courteous they were able to get me with someone right away it didn't take a days or weeks. I called on a whim see and I had someone out to repair it. Unfortunately it's still not working, so I called again yesterday and I have someone coming out this Friday again to repair it and look at it so I'm kind of happy with the rapid service that that that I'm getting. With American shield, there were times when I had to wait more than a week to get someone to come out.

They're efficient, effective and professional, timely. They're here when they say they'll be here and all of those things are important. Most recently we used our warranty for our washer it required four different parts, three of which have come in. The tech was out here he did the job with the three parts that he had and went a step further by enabling my washer to work with close monitoring until the final part got in and with the transportation delivery problems that we're experiencing now nationwide. We've had to reschedule that visit now twice because the part is not in but we understand. But at some point in time it will come in and when when it does I will notify Choice Warranty to get to check back out here for an appointment so couldn't be happier with the status right now, he certainly has done all he could do. It provided the services and covered the appliances that we were looking for.

I used my warranty for my garage door opener, the opener failed and I made a call and within 3 days they scheduled, but I had to postpon it because of personal reasons, but the work was done within a weeks time and it's all perfect. It was very easy and very hassle free and the person they assigned to me worked with my schedule very easily so there was no problem scheduling. So far I'm a new customer but whenever I call for anything they were very positive and they were very nice and explained everything very well. The technician that came out was very professional, he came on the time that he said and he fixed it. It went pretty easy and a nice service.

Very positive. Refrigerator ice maker broke and they came out and diagnosed the problem, it was just two step process because I thought it was one part and it was another part involved, so they had to come back and assess that one, once they fixed the one part the first part guy didn't fix the problem so they came back and did a second assessment. It was a different area of the ice maker it was two circuit boards involved so the second one that was causing the problem so once they replaced that the ice maker worked perfectly. They've always been prompt to respond and it always worked out in the two times I had to used. In fact I am in the middle of a claim right now and I'm waiting to for parts to come in but the assessment was done in a matter of days. They were able to identify the problems, of course I had to wait for parts but eventually the item was fixed.

We are very appreciative of the timely responsiveness and the overall care that's provided by the person that we worked directly with, the Choice representative. The young lady that we worked with is extremely responsive, she gets things done she's extremely knowledgeable and she listened which is the most critical element. They get the job done, they're not one of these companies that is only interested in the company, the level of customer service is excellent. We had a problem with the dishwasher, I called and she sent someone out the same day and they were able to identify the problem. The recommendation was to replace the dishwasher and it's totality and she made that happen very quickly.

When I bought my current property I had American First who raised the rate considerably so after seeing a commercial for Choice I gave them a call and the rate was good. The service people that come out do a good job. There is also room for improvement but I think the customer service is superb. When I need something, I call and I get a callback from someone who is going to come and service the appliance. One time it was for the dishwasher another for the garbage disposal and another time the fridge. I haven’t had any bad experiences with them. I like that they sell thirteen months of service for a twelve month price and the premiums are much lower than anywhere else. I would recommend them.

I had to use it recently in my dishwasher, water was all underneath my sink I don't know what happened to the dishwasher garbage disposal and they came out right away and they said they have to replace it They replaced it I had to pay the service fee and it's working fine. For the most part I've been totally satisfied with customer support. I just only had one problem with the young man about nine months ago when I called I had a problem with them. Other than than that everybody else has been very professional and helpful. I have been very satisfied and pleased with the work that they have done and I hadn't had any more problems with the issues that they had to come out for. The people was very professional.

They answer my calls and once they got a technician out very quickly to find the problem the technician did ask for an additional service and it was denied and I'm not sure why. It was an air conditioning issue and he wanted to do a leak test and that service was denied. They wouldn't approve it I guess because I'm a new customer, I'm not sure why they couldn't tell me either, but you said you need a leak test but it wasn't done because it wasn't approved. I'm happy so far like I said I just don't know why they didn't approved the leak test, but the service was provided quickly the technician came out quick and fixed directly too.

I have used the warranty for my washing machine and dryer. My washing machine was replaced. The only thing I did not like was I didn't get enough funds to replace the washing machine due to the price increase my machine. The technician that came out did have to come back out on the second time due to it wearing out again so but I was pleased with both the technician and resolution from those two reports. Also I had a still a ceiling fan, a two ceiling fan replaced that technician was great as well because the the the ceiling fans were just gone. The technicians were very nice, respectful and good at resolving the issues.

I'm very satisfied because they take care of stuff that needs to be done. Our air conditioning wouldn't come on and I called and I got a fast response and the second day it was fixed and I appreciate service like that. I got a fast response when I called about the problem the next day they sent me an email tell me when my appointment was which was the problem and they and the technicians that came out where fantastic. It was a simple problem of a loose wire in the thermostat so, it wasn't a major repair or anything but they were excellent, they were they were very helpful and explained stuff and they were very courteous.

It covers a lot of the Indoor appliances and it's really helpful because sometimes things break down and you might not have the money and and for the most part I've been able to get my claims covered. There's only been one or two that they didn't cover. Every time I call and whoever takes my claims have been very professional and very considerate. I've been pleased so far with the service. I've been with Choice for three or four years so, so far so good. Just recently I had to use my warranty for a garbage disposal problem and I was able to get a new one and the service person came out he was very professional, he was prompt, and they got the job done quite fast so I was pleased. It does save me some money so I've been pleased.

There is something dripping in the basement from one of our pipes and the unfinished section number basement and I submitted a claim on the app and a local professional showed up and they resealed everything and I haven't had any issues. I haven't had any complaints, the local professionals that they assign to my or that it's been assigned to my claims have come out really quickly and addressed my issues and provide me with phone numbers in case there are any issues. I haven't really had too much contact with the customer service because everything was super seamless and easy with the apps. They have a security system partnership with guardian and I forgot to add another camera and the day of the installation when I called in the customer service quickly contacted guardian and made sure that they had complete the installation of the external camera and I didn't really have to jump through any hoops. It was very seamless on and they were super helpful.

It's not perfect but is very good and could use a little bit improvement. Pretty much for my experience it has been pretty good and they resolve my issues. I have used my warranty probably two or three different times. Once was with a problem with my toilet and the first technician couldn't fix it. It took him too long to get the part but I called choice home warranty and let them know and they scheduled another technician. The second time was I had a problem with my garbage disposal and they sent someone out and that was fixed. With the exception of one or two technicians everything has been pretty good. I've had some scheduling problems with the technicians, but other than that lately it seems to be on track and on board and whenever I put in a claim within a few days they contact me. So far I think it's gonna work out fine for me. The rate was good the service fee is not bad and so far I am pleased with the service.

Whenever I call, I get immediate service. If they cannot provide the service that they use, they will let me use someone that I know and then they will take care of that bill. When you call, they assess your situation and provide the service needed in a very timely manner with professional people that come to your home that are very professional, very considerate and get the job done. Just two weeks ago, my refrigerator door and my freezer tray were messed up, so I had to replace the tray and the door handle and they also fixed my ice machine as well, it was fixed in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would tell anyone that does not have this to purchase it because it is a very good service for what you pay for. It saves you hundreds and hundreds of dollars in the long run. I'm extremely pleased with Choice Home Warranty and I would recommend it to anyone.

We've used our warranty twice so far. One was a light not working in the freezer or the refrigerator. We were contacted promptly, he came out had to order a part, came back within a week, and got it fixed very promptly. The second was the dishwasher that was not functioning properly. They came out, did some cleaning work on it, and fixed the problem the first time. Their customer service was very prompt, they immediately responded to my concerns, and their people that they have selected contacted me immediately and were timely in their response. So far I've been pleased with them. I've used other home warranty people before and I actually was very pleased with them. The price that Choice came in with was significantly cheaper than who I used previously and so far I've been pleased with their work.

The salesman called and offered me everything I was looking for in a warranty, so I decided to go with them. The support was very good because every time I called, they were respectful and gave me great service. My unit upstairs was blowing only heat upstairs and not downstairs so we called them. The technician came and looked at it, and showed me that I had my vents closed and they were really dirty. He showed me how to take care of it and was very helpful. When it comes time to renew my contract, I will definitely be doing so because I'm very happy with them. I've recommended three people already who have signed up with Home Choice because of the great service they have.

Bought my first house and wanted to make sure that I had some backup in an event something happened that I needed help with. I’ve had some great experiences though I would like the ability to choose the contractor that is coming to my house because I’ve also had some not so great experiences. The last person that came to my house I would love to have them back for additional issues that I have and I don't have the ability to make that happen. I had a problem with an outlet that was not functioning and went online and put a request in to Choice Home Warranty and pretty sure it was like the next day or two days later I had an electrician here who did a great job had me taking care of another time.

When I was looking for warranty companies, their rates seemed very reasonable. I had some problems in my house. I called them up and within hours they had a guy come out and it took a day to fix everything. He bought parts needed and came back the next day to replace them. I was very happy with it because it only cost me $45. I also had problems with the toilet constantly running. They had a plumber out within a day and it also only cost me $45 once he had fixed the problem. When I talk to them on the phone they're very professional, extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and ask what the problem is. Within a half hour they had emailed me back naming the company that was going to come out and when they were scheduled to come. Because of this, I really appreciate their customer service department.

Truly appreciate the services I have received so far. When I have a problem, I am able to get someone out here to look at my problem and get it fixed. It is easy to use and they are responsive quickly. I had a leak in my kitchen and I put in a request online. I receive regular updates on how it is going. They allowed me to choose my own plumber because it was going to take longer than a day to get someone out her. I found someone within five hours and the guy fixed the leak. Everything was great. Choice is outstanding compared to last company. With them it took two months to get something done and I would sit on the phone for seven days.

My daughter has had choice for many years and has loved what they are able to do for her and when my husband died I was looking for a home warranty. The service I get and the knowledge they give me has really calmed me down. I am in my 80s so it is important for me to feel competent and understood and know that I am getting the right information. I think the service is awesome. I called choice when I had a leak in my water system and they sent wonderful people which I appreciate. They were truly gift from God. With covid-19 I was terrified but the person was following guideline and I followed mine. I feel really good. I have told my neighbors about how wonderful Choice is.

First, one should not ever expect a "home warranty" company to automatically pay 100% of any and all charges incurred (less the deductible) of a home system repair. I only say this because, when doing our own research before choosing a home warranty company, I read many negative reviews on many companies offering this service where it was obvious the major complaint was that the particular home warranty company did not pay 100% of the repair tab. Yes, for example, Choice Home Warranty covers any equipment (covered under the policy) regardless of age. However, the age of the equipment does come into play, as in consideration of it's current value. That is to say the homeowner can't expect CHW or any home warranty company to pay the total cost of a brand new refrigerator (for ex.) if the one that has failed was 20 years old. In other words one must have reasonable expectations. Second, we have only been with CHW for approximately 2 years, yet on the two occasions we had a system break down (a dbl oven and a clothes washer) the company was very responsive to our needs, finding a repair service we were pleased with and making sure the repairs were completed in a reasonable time frame. And, while we ended up having some out of pocket expense, overall we were happy with CHW and their services. Finally, our monthly premium is quite reasonable when you consider the potential cost to repair or replace some systems/equipment can be extremely costly!

They're very prompt in taking care of your claims. The response time is very quick and I've never had to wait longer than a couple days unless I was not available for them to send somebody out so I definitely would highly recommend them. Just recently my dishwasher wasn't emptying and I called to see if they could come out and take a look. They came out the next day to fix it. It was in and out, like maybe 30 minutes. They're always very polite and seem knowledgeable with what they're doing. The always send me a text or email follow-up to see if everything's still okay. Every time I call them, they either call me back or send me an email or text that day, depending if it's not a weekend. And they're out the next day to service whatever it is that I need.

They return your calls promptly and try to help you with your problem. Their customer service people seem to be prompt and fairly efficient. My bathtub drain was running slowly and I called and they sent a plubmer out. I wasn't impressed with the company that they used with the plumbing issue. The man did not wear a mask in my house and he refused to take his shoes off. He had no shoe coverings to protect my family from the COVID-19 germs and he ended up using plastic bags t ocover his feet that I provided but I did not appreciate the fact that he refused to be safe in my home. Next time I'd like to choose my own plumber.

Everything was easy. The first time was my garbage disposal went out and they set up an appointment, came out and within an hour's time my garbage disposal was replaced. And secondly, my kitchen sink was leaking and they replaced my faucet in the kitchen. The first day they came out they had to order the faucet that was installed in my kitchen. It was different from the one that was on there but I think it's a better faucet anyway. But when they came out it was done in about an hour and everything is working fine, very appreciative. They're easy to contact, they follow through on everything that was offered to me without hesitation. I didn't have to call back, there was no problems with anything.

Well a couple of times at the beginning I was not happy with it at all actually at the beginning I was really I had really bad experience because when I request the service I needed immediately I was give it like to wait week, a week or two for service that was needed on the spot so I was really unhappy with that so I had complained about it that was corrected but I would say the last couple of times that change I got the service as you know as soon as possible I was in the same day but it was it was soon enough, it was soon enough so I got the service I wanted and on a timely manner not exactly no, day one or day two but it was reasonable so I was okay with that.

They were reasonably priced and gave me a discount for purchasing multiple years in advance. The people were all well prepared for my questions. It went quickly and smoothly. People arrived when they said they were going to arrive. Everything about their service was top notch. I've only had to use it once and it just happened to be less two weeks ago and my washing machine went out and I called the number someone answered the phone quickly and handled my claim they had a plumber out there or repairman for the washing machine was out I got response in twenty four hours and they were out two days after that the man fixed it and was gone we had no problems with the washed machine after that.

I haven't had a bad experience with the experiences I had even though they didn't pay all the claims, that it was probably in the contract, and they explain why even when I had an issue with them not paying the claim when the contract was clearly against me. They came up with the resolution to help me out, they met me halfway. Each time I called, the very same day in a few minutes I received an email with my claim number and shortly after that, most of the time within two hours, I was getting an email telling me who my contractor was. I just had exceptional customer service. I find that everything is really quick. I don't have to wait for service.

They answered all my questions, call me back, and I didn't have a problem getting in contact with them. I was a little disappointed because my conditioner wasn't covered because my heating unit was not covered so I had to come out of pocket for that. That was a little discouraging but recently I did have them come for a small plumbing problem that I had that was taken care of and I was happy with the company that they chose. I also did use them once when I had a problem with my hot water heater. I was able to get someone to come out and fix it because I needed to have hot water before they could assign somebody and they did. They have reimbursed me without a problem.

One time I had to use my warranty with the garage door. There was a company in Kingsport, TN to come to fix it and they came back three or four times and never did get it fixed. They kept charging me every time they came out, which I have a letter from the email stating that there would be no charge for the coming back out and the guy was really rude. So we finally got it resolved after they called someone from North Carolina to come over here and fix it and they fixed it and said there was nothing at all fixed right on it. They said it was just taped together and no wonder it wouldn't work half the time. They fixed it and we haven't had any problem and the home warranty gave me a refund for the times that we were charged when the people from Kingsport were charging me. They have always stayed behind us as customers.

The quality is excellent. When I put in a claim they use the contact company and they contact me in response and will come out to serve me in a reasonable time. They communicate with me on issues of concern on a regular basis when I put in a claim. One time I needed to have my garbage disposal repaired and a service man came out and took care of that and replaced it. Another time I had issues with my microwave. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix it for me and they said that they were not able to replace it so I was disappointed with that being that I was a long time customer I was not even offered twenty dollars toward purchasing another one so those are two different situations.

Great value, better price than American Home Shield and I keep renewing because they have treated me very fairly. The first time I used them was for the garage door and the gentleman was extremely professional polite knew exactly what had gone wrong got his parts shipped to him and it was great. He got the job done in minimal time. When I had some roof damage they answered the phone immediately. They got in touch with the roofing repair and he called me back basically within an hour and we schedule the date and time to get that repair done. They have a great plan for buying a 3 year warranty and they give you a bonus for another half a year.

They were very responsive. I actually had two incidents. I bought my house. The first one was covered, the second one was not. Every time I've dealt with them, they were very quick to schedule contractors to come out to the house. They were very pleasant to work with and really seem to have it together. My garage door came off the rails. And I called Choice and they had somebody lined and came out the very next morning and took care it. I didn't have to do a lot of paperwork. It was just a good transaction over all. My air conditioner and heater broke and they contacted the company to come out and fix it for us. They have fast response time and availability of contractors to do the work. The customer service person I've dealt with the most is excellent. Knowing the customer's needs and really taking care of it.

I called customer service and they handled setting up the appointment and everything. When my claim was denied I called back and they told me they didn't have anyone I could talk to. My realtor told me there was a name and number on my booklet they gave me at closing. So I called her and she set me up with someone who was wonderful and explained everything. But I had to go through that whole process to get someone to explain to me why they were refusing my claim. My only complaint is that it should be easier for a consumer to get to the right person to talk about their case because customer service really can't tell you anything.

I was with choice for a couple of years and I decided to go somewhere else and I realized how good I had it and I came back. I wish I had stayed and I am glad I am back. They have always been courteous and very responsive. The last time I used it was with the dryer and someone responded to me within a few hours to schedule something for the following day. Choice didn't fight it at all and covered it 100 percent. They kept their promise. They are very professional and the technicians are very professional and I am very satisfied. They've always provided great technicians, they've covered everything that was in the contract, and have always gone above and beyond to make sure that my appointments are done within a twenty four hour time frame. Over the summer I needed to use the warranty to cover a capacitor that went out for my AC unit and they covered it. They actually were able to track down the part because the part was being delayed and I had to escalate the issue. They handled it and were able to track things down for me. My experience was positive. Anytime that I've had to call them about an issue, they've always been able to take care of me with great customer service. Anytime I call them, they are available. I've never been on hold long and they also have the option to go online and submit your claim. They give you thirty days if something isn't working, to call them and have a technician come out and repair it or make sure that it isn't working properly. So I've had a really wonderful experience with them.

They were very fair to me. I had a case where my furnace died and I needed to do an emergency repair. I didn't go through the proper procedure because I didn't exactly understand that they have to approve the person for the work, so they lent me some of the money that I needed for my repair. Next time I needed something, they sent somebody out the next day and it was done right away. I was very satisfied with the outcome of that. They do what they promise they will do and I don't have any complaints. I was so satisfied with this service that I got a service for my daughter who is a new homeowner so I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
