I have been a member for the past few years and so far i haven’t had any issues with their staff or services. For the most part all the contractors have been working the issues at the house without any problems. Only bad experience i had was that i had to pay twice the flat fee for the initial issue i was having at the house. Other than that i am fine with them. The flat rate went up. Convenient and economical for a single parent budget.

They are ok for a home warranty company but when the cost to fix something is large like fixing an ac outside fan or inside heating furnace etc., they find a way to. It pay most or none of the cost. For instance, with my ac fan outside, they said a tear in the caged outside fan was abnormal and they would not pay to replace or fix it. The outside unit at the time was 20 years old and they wrongly accused me of doing so something to it. For my inside furnace they paid less than 50% of the overall cost and would not breakdown what was being paid for. For smaller things they are ok. We are about to leave them.

CHW, is the best home warranty company I have ever had. Whatever I have a warranty on CHW takes care of it. I have never had a problem with CHW solving problems regarding my home situation. I highly recommend CHW for anyone who needs a home warranty.

Range repair went great. Washer repair was not so great. A hose and a door seal needed replaced. Technician took photos. Submitted for authorization. The claim was initially declined. I appealed. When I spoke to the adjuster I asked her if she had reviewed the photos. She had not. After a tense discussion she approved the claim. The rest went great

Very simple process from start to finish. Scheduled service on line was given a service date and time. Tech came out took a look, next day received quote for replacement of Furnace as it wasn’t repairable. Choice covered about 75% of the cost.

Prompt quick response to my most recent claim. My icemaker broke on my refrigerator and repairs were completed within about a week only because they had to order a part. If parts were available to on initial inspection my claim would have been completed within a couple of days. My claim from start to finish was handled very well.
