I can get faster service on my own. Not saying cheaper service. But when you file a claim on a garage door opener and you get a service appointment for 2 weeks later. And they think that's a service?? You would think customer service would reach out to you and see if like maybe your car is locked in the garage and you would be without a car for that long. No there was no communication at all except feedback requests. Well here is your feedback. I never give feedback until the service is complete. But you wanted it so here you go. Effective immediately i want my contract cancelled. Do not attempt to charge my card again.

I am extremely DISSATISFIED with this service. Not only is customer service lacking, the contracted service providers are also of inferior quality. The AC company told me I had a loose wire connection and waited 3 days to tell me they were denying coverage. I had a different company evaluate it. They told me it was a burned mother board. When I called them back, they refused to covet it as I did not have THEIR contractors evaluated it. I live in Florida with my 90 year old mother and pets. Two weeks without air after 2 hurricanes is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Currently I have now been waiting 3 weeks for an electrical repair. It was approved but yet again the inferior contractors did not initiate service once they were advised, made appointments to do the service and failed twice to arrive. When I called, I was told they had skipped my house as they did not have the outlets or switches on the work van. The second time they never showed up. Neither instance did they bother to notify me. As soon as this service is completed. I will be canceling and demanding a refund. To add insult to injury, my case manager has yet to return a phone call or an email. Thus company and its contracted service providers are awful. I am extremely disappointed.

My 1st ever claim was very confusing with the emails that were sent to me. CHW kept giving me appointments for the repair vendor that were not correct. I finally had to coordinate with the repair vendor directly. The claim was completed in a timely manner and the repair vendor was amazing.

I just had to have a new water heater installed after 3 repair visits. The claim was submitted, the appointment scheduled, technician mae the visit, decided it was in need of replacement, put the report into Choice, I got an email from Choice with my estimate which I approved, choice ordered the parts the technician would need and by 5:30 pm-SAME DAY- I had a new water heater installed! That’s service! Thank you Chiice and thank you to a great technician on the local team!

Today, Mr. Rafael A. from One Source Plumbing came earlier than expected and expertly replaced my broken garbage disposal from 1/3 to 1/2 horsepower unit. Thank you so much for your most reliable and assurance of service delivery. I was not mistaken to buy your plan till 2028 and even bought another plan for my extended family in another different residence, also till 2028. I alsoplan to renew my plan after 2028. Thank you. ...had a problem with leaking toilet; they sent a guy from Fiore Plumbing...showed up way late....he did not have proper part and told me what he did should work. Well, toilet leaking again, I called plumber back and sent him photos as he requested...he said he would call back in 15 minutes...never heard from him again...now I have to spend another deductible to get it fixed properly...I do not blame Choice, since the plumber screwed up...now I must get a different plumber.

I didn't like the fact that when I have a claim, it takes up to 72 hrs to get assigned to a technician. Also, these technicians are only approved to do the work if it is less than a dollar amount. If it is over that amount, they have to call in seeking approval. My first claim was for an appliance and it was deemed that the part was too expensive and that they would just give me a gift certificate for a certain value to apply to the replacement instead of covering the replacement 100% which is what I was led to believe that a home warranty was to cover. This is not the case. There is also a "service" fee that you pay each time which basically equates to the technician fee you would normally pay for a technician to come out to your home. So with this, I am not seeing the value in a home warranty unless it is for minor issues.

I like the price of choice warranty, but not the service. My service calls are answered promptly, icemaker wasn't covered, because it wasn't a wear and tear situation (understandable). Next issue leak from the shower into the bathroom closet, plumber arrives access the problem , then was abominate for the $75 up front. Then proceeds to say he has to get approval from the Choice Warranty to fix the leak. In which the approval came at 7:30 that night, with the leak not being fixed until 7 days later (More Problems, More Damage). I will be returning to my previous warranty company once this contract is up. I did have these issues
