Every time I've had to use it, I just filed a claim. I call it in and in one or two days the repairman's already here. I've had an excellent service.

They will only repair sertain things, and not replace anything!

A couple times I needed to have my refrigerator fixed and they come out and they said well they don't do ice makers. A couple of times I had somebody come out and look at my heat pump and the guy came out and put some freon on it. I wasn't happy with the amount of money I gave but you know that's the best I could do. Customer support is sporadic at the moment.

The Claim Reimbursement Process worked for my case. I was able to find the right contractor to repair a discontinued system.

They recently replaced a 9 year old GE Refrigerator after it was determined my compressor was shot. In less than 4 weeks I received 90% replacement check for a new Whirlpool Refrigerator that is larger than my 9 year old GE..They are excellent with follow up to be sure you are satisfied with the technician they assigned to address your issue.

I needed a warranty to replace a microwave, which they did not replace. After a long period of time, they sent me an email saying, I got a credit at Lowe's Home Improvement. That's not acceptable. I had to go ahead and buy the appliance. They gave me a credit 30-something days later. I think the claim's resolution people are not doing their job correctly.

Furnace replacement, approved, however, forgot heat element, waited 2 months to complete this claim. Iam am thankful for replacement but took to long, several calls, to get claim finished.
