So far I’m having a great experience with this home warranty company. At first I was skeptical because the representative who signed me up hung up on me when I didn’t want to use choice warranty for both my properties. I didn’t even know I was signed up until I got an email but I have since submitted a claim and it was a smooth process. The service fee was $100 compared to $85 I pay with my other home warranty company but since no issues so far I have no regrets. The vendor/company used to take care of my issue was awesome so kudos for using good companies thus far!

I’ve had choice as my warranty company since may 2020. Overall the service has been a blessing. You submitted claim, it has gotten approved fairly quickly and then you make the arrangements with the company they pick to do the work. The one thing I’ve learned is that the date and time the technician is supposed to come differs from when the technician is actually going to be there so always follow up with the technician.

They willingly agreed to a cash replacement for my item, so that I could take advantage of sales at other locations. They are immediately responsive (within 24 hours or less) and quickly assign a local company to contact me. Should there be a question regarding approval for a specific repair, they are equally as quick getting back to me. I have been nothing but pleased with the service and professionalism. The man that came to service our sink disposal, was pleasant and knowledgeable on how to repair the system. He didn't not speak English and asked if we could write any questions on our cell. He answered our questions as best he could. I would highly recommend him.
