IT'z A Breeze Inc gave bad service. They showed up on time only once. Did not have the right equipment and smell like marijuana. Did not check the AC unit thoroughly. It took from June 7 to 21 for me to realize I need to get it reassigned to different company to get it complete

Exelent way they took care of my gas stove, service tech was very friendly, careful removing hardware troubleshooting it also consulting the managment on its issue and found the problem rather quickly, being the ignighter was malfunctioning, and he had the new one to replace it.👍great job

Mr. Electric and Simler plumbing were wonderful. Completed work in timely manner and were extremely professional and trustworthy. Sears maintenance wasn't a pleasant experience. Serviceman was unresponsive to questions . My A/C went out on June 17 and finally repair was completed on July 2nd. They seemed t not care that Temps were i. Upper 90s to lower 100s. I've always liked Sears maintenance, bit this was unacceptable. I wouldn't want to have them service anything again.

My firs experience was whennmy aerobic septic system alarm went off. When we signed up e were told they could snd out local companies to assist but it wS going to be two weeks on the septic system. We couldn't risk it backing up so we had to spend $500 to have it repaired by someone local. When our dishwasher broke, it took nearly two weeks to get someone out but the repair person was great My next call was HVAC related and they fixed one issue and said I'd need to file another claim when we discovered another problem. Again, took a week. So, a 1 and a 5 comes to a 3 star review My previous home warranty was always out in a couple days. We changed because Choice was cheaper. Maybe now I know why.

Home choice warranty is a good company. I only had 2 bad issues with this company one was with my garage door they denied me warranty coverage another one was with my light fixture stating bad maintenance how would I ever know to maintain the light fixture and garage door. They did approve my dryer but still waiting on payment for 3wks now. Only if they had fast payments payout.

I was shocked with your caller who tried to sell me a new plan, when I had already purchased an extended plan of 7 years; because at the time I assumed that I would need more assistance as my house aged. We’ve had a mostly good experience with Choice Home Warranty—it’s saved us money and covered several issues in our home. My brother, on the other hand, hasn’t had the same success. One downside we’ve both noticed is that service can be slow, and sometimes the contractors don’t seem to fully listen or take time to properly diagnose the issue. I also wish we had more choice in who comes out. Overall, it’s been helpful for us, but it’s not perfect.

When I was told if it could not be fixed ,it would be replaced,I thought it meant you would replace my unit. Not just give me a money option to replace the unit myself. That is the whole reason for having the warranty so that I do not have to replace ot myself. I am not skilled in electrical and am too old to handle the task alone. I am a senior citizen & the whole reason I choice this hone warranty was for the help & convenience of have a skilled professional fix my problems. This is not what I am being offered on a unit I did not know was 23 yrs old. The regular oven works great! The man you sent out did a really good job & said the part was too old tol ķ

It's complicated, I thought that when service was provided and the product was approved, I thought that I did not have to worry about replacing it myself. Yes, my system was approved but for the amount of the approval was not enough to cover my replacement. So because you do not want mismatch appliances in your home, I ended up having to pay out of pocket cash as well. I think that you need to explain to senior citizens what the Replacement Process means in more details. Because the e-gift card is less than what the merchant is selling for your replacement and you have end up paying the difference

Choice Warranty was quick to respond to my refrigerator not making ice. They got back with the name of the vendor to service my claim. The vendor was pleasant and courteous on the initial visit even tho there was no call when they didn’t show up the day schedule due to over scheduling. I didn’t hear from the vendor again until 2 weeks later. During that visit the vendor was rude and in professional. I reported to Choice and they contacted the vendor while I was on the phone. I expect the part to come in and be installed by the vendor.

The warranty was sold as a 5-year package to lock in rates. Essentially, that also locks the purchaser from going elsewhere if it doesn't work out. Contractors are hit or miss. Sometimes great, other times, horribly under trained. Customer service is outsourced to a call center in the Philippines where no meaningful decisions can be made at their level if there's a problem. When an appliance is not repairable, they do offer good fair market value for a replacement in the form of a gift card. The catch is that it takes up to 30 days to receive it so be prepared to live without that appliance until it arrives. (It took 30 days to the day: 2 days for scheduling, a week and a half for a decision after approval of the amount, the rest was waiting time for the card to be emailed. Overall, I'm glad I have it, but it could be a lot better.
