They initially had problems with them finding a plumber in our area to come out to our house. It took over a week, and I eventually had to threaten to cancel my contract. I was frustrated because I received an automated message saying that I could find my own plumber and they would reimburse or support the service. When I called, I explained that this was not what I had been told when I purchased the plan. I was assured that they would handle these arrangements for me. The manager I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. She asked me to give her 24 hours to find a plumber, and if she was unable to do so, I could cancel my contract. I agreed to that arrangement. She was able to find a plumber within the promised timeframe, and the plumber who came out was excellent. Because of her efforts and the quality of the service provided, we decided to give the company another chance.

I am very happy with the services that I myself had received overall for my claim. The response from the technician was rapid; I mean next day! He did an excellent job and completed it utilizing what he had on hand, instead of having to wait for ordered parts. It was perfect. Choice has also seemed to have improved big-time. The Customer Service rep was very polite and helpful. My husband and I have had Choice for a couple of years, and since his passing, I can't thank this business enough for helping me through my own first-time customer and claim process. Ive been with Coice for a little over a year. I had a couple claims honestly that they didnt cover entirely (Plumbing issue). I was going to cancel my policy but decided to stay for a few more months as a just in case security blanket. Well, my AC unit stopped blowing cold air on a Saturday so I submitted a claim. I was prepared for a run around and a long wait time and figured somehow I was going to come out of pocket big time. I was wrong! They had a tech at my house early Monday evening which by the way was Memerial Day, and sure enough they had it fixed in 20 minutes by replacing the capacitor on this very old unit. Choice Home Warranty delivered on their promise to the contract and this is why I will stay them.

I've had a yearly Choice Home Warranty since 2021 but had never placed a claim. Then in Nov'25, I upgraded to a 3 1/2 yr coverage plan, which was more advantageous for me. Shortly after, I finally needed to file a claim for plumbing problems. Because of different issues, it took about 1 1/2 months to get everything resolved, including following up to get reimbursed for replacement of my bathroom faucet. Sent receipt for item and check, including tax, being sent which should be received within 30 days. Hopefully, I won't experience any other problems requiring another claim to be placed soon!

My experience with Choice Home Warrenty was excellent. They dispatch the service personnel within 24 hours after the claims is raised. Their approval is very fast and the repair will get completed within maximum of 4 to 5 days (if they have to order for parts). If possible, they complete the repair the same day during the first appointment. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

From our first experience with choice warranty we would highly recommend choice warranty. We got immediate response to our problem with our washer. The technician showed up in less than a week. He had to order a part which only took a few days for him to come back and finish the job. I am a widow and bought a Choice Home Warranty. I don’t have specific dates, but CHW has helped me out more than a few times, Dishwasher repair, plumbing clogs. I have two new faucets, Thank you! My most recent is my furnace!!! YIKES!! My home warranty says it is covered… I have been able to age in place thanks to to this warranty. I've had to call Choice Home Warranty twice for service. The first time I needed a new refrigerator, and I had to wait a whole month before I received the gift card for Lowes to purchase another one. Fortunately, I had another refrigerator in the garage, but it was very inconvenient to have to into my garage every time I needed something out of the refrigerator. Plus, I did not like the fact that I was limited to shopping at only one store. My second time was just recently to repair my washing machine. This transaction went very smoothly, however, I don't think the part that the service man fixed was the part that needed replaced. It's still making a lot of noise when it agitates.

My policy was purchased at the same time as my condo to cover unexpected expenses in the first 3 years. Although I have not needed it, I recently had a failing valve on my washing machine cause a leek through an empty fixing hole in the top of the unit. I was able to call out a brand specific appliance specialist who resolved the issue. I could have done this using the website but the first use felt more comfortable as a phone call and they picked up and got it done. What more can you say?

Appointment was promptly made and initial visit completed. Unfortunately, parts are needed to fix my dryer. They have arrived and work should be completed today. The only question that I have is why a different service is used , meaning my dryer has needed service multiple times and each time I submit a claim a different service is used. And each time a new issue is found. Unsure if consistency in using certain service providers would help there or it’s just who is available the fastest and the age of my dryer. Either way I truly appreciate the prompt turn around time. Thank you.

The dishwasher control panel went out. The whirlpool repair man was courteous and professional. There was a part that needed to be replaced and so we had to wait for parts to be ordered but the company used was very good at keeping me informed of when the next appointment might be available based on part delivery. When the part was available, the installer rescheduled the appointment for service and install the parts and the dishwasher works perfectly. The repair man was very courteous and professional.

Choice is wonderful. I've had to have the plumber twice in the last week, for 2 different problems - a toilet that wouldn't stop flowing, and a blocked sink. For the latter they sent a very nice young man called Omar from a different company. He had quite a struggle withe the old piping and draining system from 1950, but he persisted, did an excellent job, and cleaned up afterwards.
