The company itself is great. Very responsive to our needs. Showed concern for our issue. The last issue we called about, the technician that was sent only did half the work he should have. Our main line in the basement was backing up. There are tree roots in the pipe. The technician was told this and he only snaked the pipe to get the water to go down but refused to bring in an auger to chip out the roots. He said he would come back on his own time to do that and charge us $250 to $300.

Takes to long to get an appointment. I had to pay $ 200.00. for two visits by the thec for the same problem. The first company Tech didn't fix the issue. and had to call again for different company to come and had to pay each company $100.00 for the same issue. Why was the same company not called to come out and fix the issue,that they did not fix the first time.

Had a garage door malfunction technician was great and replaced the sensor that was broken, but found he had to rewire it from the sensor to the unit. That part of the warranty was not covered no wiring. I had to pay an extra hundred dollars to get it wired. Choice said no go.
