Dislike the fact that it was times I couldn't get in touch with Choice to find out my claim status. It is misleading to advertise 100% availability and the phones shut down at 5pm! Be transparent up front about your availability. Online is availability but not for everyone. If you are going to offer use of client's technician with reimbursement, give the client time to respond before it is withdrawn. Again your availability is important.

I am frustrated with the "outsourcing" of customer service and feel the "language barrier at times created or creates a lot of issues, for me specifically with my claim. I have been waiting since June 27th for a repair. An appointment was made without my knowledge or seeing if I had work the day it was made, I called to rescheduled and asked that they have the company doing the repair call me. 6 times an appointment was scheduled, 3 times the tech never showed and I was told "he didn't want to travel that far for one job" the other 3 times again I asked that I be called when it was to be scheduled so I could either take off work or make sure someone was home, never received calls, never got a return call. tried to leave messages on the companies voice mail it was always full. They finally got another company who did come out and they were very nice, kind, thorough, and at this point 3 weeks waiting on a part. I hope this isn't going to be another company that does the same as the first.

Our microwave light kept blowing out and then eventually stopped working. Submitted a work order and in about 10 days a technician came identified the issue ordered a par and returned in a couple of days replaced the board! Works perfectly! Fast response, trained and professional technician! Perfect!

I contacted company online. They did email me back within a day and said I would be contacted within 48 hours by their referred repair company. It took 48 hours and then another 1-1/2 weeks before they could come out. That’s a long time to be without a refrigerator. Then we were told that it’s a LG warranty problem and I had to contact LG. I gave the 4 stars because of the wait time. The repair guy was very nice and knowledgeable but couldn’t fix it because it was the compressor under LG responsibility.

When I called Choice Home Warranty they were very nice and helpful to me . The Tech was very friendly and he always have a smile on his face . He kept me informed that he was running late and about what time he would be at my house. I liked that. I will recommend Choice Home Warranty to someone else. Keep up the good work. Also when the Tech found what was wrong with my washer he told me what it was and that he would have to order the part but when it comes in he will let me know and come back and put it on.

Had an appointment within two days, included name and telephone number of plumber and date/time for the repair. I purchased my home warranty from Choice Home Warranty. The people who did my loan never said a thing to me about a home warranty. After 3 years, i found out I had actually paid for one thru them. I really hated the way I was treated by them. So I purchased my warranty for 5 years and only used them three times now. I feel they are well worth the investment and as long as I can afford it, I will continue purchasing it, even if I pay on a monthly rate instead of a yearly. All three times I've been treated fairly and courteously I purchased the original April or May of 2022. One call the lady tried to tell me I did not have a warranty with them, I got it out, gave her the information and asked to speak to the sales department. Setting up my repair online was a pain for me. That could have been because of things they asked in the set up or because I'm 71. I'm not sure anymore. I have already made a pest of myself because I keep telling folks to get their home on a warranty and to call Choice.

I called choice warranty for three different things on Thursday. My washing machine kept coding power failure, my ice maker on my refrigerator stopped putting out big ice and only shaved , and a dishwasher wasn’t heating up properly. The technician arrived on Friday. It was a little difficult setting up the appointment because of scheduling differences, but we got it pretty quickly. They accommodated me and I was very grateful for that. The technician was nice and patient. He fixed my ice maker right then and diagnosed my washing machine. The parts are already ordered for it. Come to find out my dishwasher is heating properly. If you have plastic dishes for your children sometimes they don’t dry like regular dishes 🤣. I’m very happy with the rapid response and professional service.
