I've never had anybody give me any issues with anything, they've always just been helpful. I currently have two open claims that are being processed right now. One, because my stove like blew up and they actually came out yesterday and they're coming out today because they got approval from the start. A wire in the fridge is being replaced well, so we're doing a pretty great job.

Unlike other companies that charge exorbitant charges for different things. They have a rate that is lower than most. As far as the service charge, it's not excessive and it seems like the contractor that they work with was very knowledgeable on what the problem was and was able to fixed it quickly and came in a timely fashion within the window that was provided. As soon as I called and made the claim, the information was available online. They assigned the company and the company came out within two days. They followed up quickly and it was efficient.

The customer service is not good you can tell that the call is not being taken from the untied Sates and the employees have a limited knowledge of the English language. When I had a complicated problem the customer service person that answered did not understand what I was talking about and they put a work order in the wrong type of technician, which caused us a long wait for the problem to be fixed.

I have been very pleased with Choice Home Warrenty services since I purchased a contract from them. When I have needed services from them, I call, tell them my problem, I get a claim number assigned and wait for a call back, usually within 24 hrs, to tell me the name of the company who will be servicing me and the appointment time. I have to wait for a part a few times but my technicians have always be professional, courteous, explained the problem , then either fix the problem or let me know when they will return. I do pay a copay to get the service. I have been very satisfied.

I used my Home Choice Warranty for the first time in May, 2023 after subscribing to it 4 years ago. My HVAC was making a weird noise at only 6 years old. The repairman Choice set up for me came out quickly.I was charged a $45 service fee. My Goodman HVAC was still under warranty from the purchase, therefore the part I had replaced was free. I have signed up with Choice Warranty until the year 2026.

This company makes owning a home anxiety free. I know that if anything goes wrong I can call them and they can help fix the problem. As a single mom, this is huge. I pay the copay and that has been all. The technicians that have come to my home have shared with me how much each visit would have cost. It is way more than what I prepaid for the 6 years. 2 visits paid for the warranty and I have used it more than that. I love this warranty program and recommend it to all my friends.

I think they're that they do really well and they get back to you quickly and I mean they're pretty fair with their service and we haven't had no problems with them. We just needed to use it on our refrigerator and the guy came out and he checked it and he made a claim and they called and said that they they approved it and he ordered the part and came out and fixed it.

I've gotten timely results. The problems I had were fixed in a timely manner. The last time I used it was a garage door opener failure, so I called on a Monday and I received a call back that same day from Choice Warranty and I had a service person out to fix my garage door opener on Tuesday, which I thought was really quite good. I'm very pleased with the service.

Recently had to use my warranty when I noticed the air conditioning unit was not blowing cold. We called with the claim in order to get that fixed and resolved, to which it it was and we are now working fine. They were very prompt in their response and setting up an appointment time to come out for the service. I didn't have to wait several days like I had with a prior company. They were very fast and efficient in their response to the claim as well as the service person coming out.

Most of the time is pretty good. One time a service person came and he didn't fix it properly and I had to them send him back, he says he didn't do this, it was a different problem. Then I find out I have to pay another service fee but then the other person came in and fixed it. Most of the time they handle everything, but sometimes the person is not doing the service.

They have done really good job.Their website is really very good. I hardly have to call them and everything is available through their website. So the support system on the website has been really great. Our HVAC system was not working and they came back to us very quickly and fixed the issue very fast. So it was it was really helpful. They have good local network of vendors who come and help and fix the issues. Everything is very, very positive and we like it.

I am overall happy with how quick things happened, how nice the guy was on the phone that I spoke with and it overall it was a good experience. The A/C went out in the house and I called them at 7:00 o'clock on a Thursday night or Friday night. The next day they had a company out there, 11:00 o'clock in the morning fixing it. They rep answered all my questions. Somebody got back to me really quick. I didn't get the run around.

I got to pay every month and then I have to pay the service contractor when they come. I needed something with my faucet and he replaced it. It was great. They weren't easy to contact because you had to go through a lot of voice mails, and I would just rather have someone pick up the phone, address it and send somebody here. The company that came was awesome. They were great. To get someone from Choice was a bit of a hassle with the voicemail.

Our gas oven was running hot and they came out and recalibrated it and since then it's working perfectly. It's an old oven so it they really needed to play around with it and make sure that it went back to proper calibration and they took the time, and they got it perfectly done. They made sure that they stayed and tested it. They also gave my sister who does most of the cooking some tips about you know using a thermometer and and testing it and said you know if if it got out of whack again to call them right away.

It was very convenient to be able to request a repair or service anytime 24/7 and the responsiveness is good. I had a plumbing stoppage in the middle of the night. I put it in online. I received confirmation from the plumber that he received my message and that he would be here next morning. Before I took my shower, I already had the problem fixed.

When I call them up they speak to me very nicely, take the information, understand, and they always clarify what my issue is. They always send me a qualified person. The person arrives on time, takes care of the work, the job, and I'm satisfied. I had a leak in my the pipe behind the washing machine about a week ago. I would definitely recommend them. I've been with them for maybe like 10 years or more and I have never had a problem. I would highly recommend them.

The lady who originally took my claim gave me some information and it's pretty much happened the way she described it. Very prompt, very good. I had a problem with my plumbing. I had a drain problem. When I called them with my claim they got a professional out there within about 48 hours. The guy they chose to send was fantastic. I'm a professional in that work myself before I retired and he was excellent, very good to work, took care of my problem.

They had a provider or a contractor that was very knowledgeable and was very polite and worked very fast. I am extremely happy with the with the service provided. Just a couple weeks ago the air conditioner was not blowing cold air and found out that I was low on Freon. Actually was empty on Freon and the compressor wasn't coming on. So they sent somebody out and they checked out the system and refilled it and it's working fine at the moment. That was the only call for a problem, but the response time was very quick and I was satisfied with the the service that was provided and the provider.

I wanted to add another system to my my selected systems that were covered and they are very helpful in adding the additional system that I wanted to add and it was handled very well. I haven't required service with that particular system yet, but I just wanted to have peace of mind. So the customer service was very prompt in giving out a detailed information and additional pricing and all that and I was very happy with that. My furnace went bad and that was the first time I used them and their response was very prompt and service was good and installation was very satisfactory.

I haven't had the any hassle with them or anything. I had other companies and they wanted to argue about what they would and wouldn't do but with choice, the times I used them, I got service right away and I'm happy with it. A couple of weeks ago my washing machine went out and I put in the claim. The next day I got a notification about the repairmen coming. He came within one day and within a period of two hours he had it fixed up and running. He put a part in to fix it and it's been running perfect ever since. I really appreciate it. Good service.

I like that they usually send a technician within 1 to 4 days. I don't like that they don't replace with comparable parts (meaning if you have a high arc kitchen sink faucet, they replace with a low arc standard faucet. Or, ceiling fans are replaced with their standard ceiling fan). With some items, I was told I can purchase my own repacement part and they would install it and reimburse the cost of their item (it would be less than what I paid but at least I'd have the item I want. Their coverage is pretty good as they cover quite a bit in the house. I've been with them for a very long time, I know more than 10 years. I have compared a few other home warranty companies and Choice's coverage is comparable to others and a bit lower priced.

I had CHW for several years on my home in Winter Springs and had to use the service a few times with successful results. I have Moved to Fort Walton Beach, FL and renewed my contract for 6 more years. For the most part, I have had good service and it has proved to be a good value for the price. My only complaint is CHW seems to have a hard time finding local technicians they will work with. They have used companies that are 1 - 2 hours away. I have has technicians tell me in the past that CHW claims their rates are too high, when I have found they charge rates that are comparable to other companies. I know services can be expensive, which is why I purchased a Home Warranty in the first place. And CHW's main selling point is that the warranty will save you from paying these high costs. I think CHW needs to worry more about making sure they are getting highly qualified technicians, that finding the cheapest ones available.

They've always been able to find someone for me within 24 hours if I've had an issue. My HVAC unit quit working and they were able to get someone out here within a couple of days and they were able to fix it temporarily and then the home warranty ended up replacing the unit for me. They've just been easy to work with and I've had warranties in the past and different areas or different homes and I've had no problem with choice Compared to the others.

So far, only one claim, resolved, but all that was needed was the coils connected to the condenser of our refrigerator needed to be cleaned. the real question will come when something really needs to be fixed or replaced. I am new to Choice Home Warranty and so far it has been a great experience. My air conditioner stopped working. I put in a service call to Choice Home and had a technician (Bennett & Sons) showed up a couple days later. It was determined that our a/c was cheaper to replace than repair. We had to purchase the condenser($$) and pay for the installation ($$) but the warranty covered everything else. An a/c is a must in Florida, so thank you Choice Home Warranty!

I've had two experiences with them and they they both were very good. So as of now, I'm pleased with them. I'm happy that I chose Choice as my warranty company. I had a refrigeration problem and when I called them and a couple hours later someone had been assigned to my claim and then someone from the office that the technician their office called me to let me know exactly when they would be coming. They called me back to say that they would be there on the 21st, between 8 and 3 or whatever. So the technicians came out, they did what they needed to do, and I was pleased.

They get the qualified people out here to do what has to be done. Just recently I had a plumbing problem. The toilet was leaking. I wasn't sure if it was plugged up or if it needed a new ring or whatever. The fellow came out and after investigation he pulled the toilet and discovered the wax ring had gone bad and he was able to replace it on the spot and put the toilet back together. All the people that they send out here are very knowledgeable and have fixed my problems.

I've had a microwave worked on, it needed a new board and it was replaced, although it took some time to get the board. The same thing with our oven, the display computer had to be replaced and same thing happened there. It just took a little time to get the parts. The people that have been sent out to us have been friendly, they have fixed the problems and we have been very satisfied. When my stove quit burning and went out and they had somebody up here within the next day or two and he fixed it and and we were glad, because it's hard to do without a stove to cook. They are very attentive to what you tell them and they make sure that you know what's going on and they send a tracking number and they just they make sure everything is going right.

I needed to use my warranty a month ago because my refrigerator wasn't working properly and a technician was sent out immediately. I use the online claim request and it's processed almost immediately. I get a response within a very reasonable amount of time. I had to use it recently because my toilet wouldn't refill so didn't know what was going on so I had to call and put in a request for a plumber. About 2 weeks ago I had electrical problem. I feel my claim out Sunday morning 2 Days laterTuesday y'all emailed me and told me y'all were having trouble finding an electrician. You'll send me an email telling me that if I found one the fill out a form. The time I confirmed the electrician to make the appointment and come out and see the problem. Y'all got a hold of another electrician and I already told him that I already had somebody I guess when they notify y'all y'all close the case. So therefore I did not get a chance to fill out their form to try to get some reimbursement back. Thank you Louise Wilson

*possible mismatch* So far I've had one claim and it was pretty smooth, but it took a long time for the actual service provider to show up to my house to take care of it. I think it was close to like 4 or 5 days. It's a little expensive up front cost-wise, but overall I think it'll be worth it. I like that it feels like I've prepaid and that I'm able to get a reduced service fee.

Customer service was good, but for instance, when I asked about things that might be covered, they just kind of deferred me to the technician that was sent out rather than kind of answering my question directly. I had number of kind of electrical issues including a bathroom fan that wasn't working and so I contacted Choice and they scheduled somebody to come out. The have a good quality of service of the technicians they sent out. The technician they sent was fantastic.

Any interactions that I've had with the company itself have been good. I needed to use them for the dryer and the person that they sent out just couldn't do. He just kept changing the times and kept not showing up and then calling and saying you got hung up on another job. So we had ended up having to re-post it out for another contractor. Choice was fine. It was just that person that was not good. Any any other occasions, they've been fabulous. The people who've come out have been really good. It's easy to open the ticket an file a claim. It's certainly a good service to have and it's as as a general rule I'd say it's it's very positive.

The first time I tried to use them, I was having furnace problems and they were absolutely unable to come up with a service person to send out. They couldn't find one. This was during the holiday season and they ended up telling me I could pick one up myself and that they would honor my payment if I had to pay for it. So I was kind of unhappy that I had to do most of the work that time in order to get the furnace fixed. Since then they've been fine for any claims. The last time I needed to use it was for my garage door opener wasn't working and they found someone very quickly and he came out and did a great, a wonderful job to fix it. And there was absolutely no problems. I paid the amount that they wanted and they charged choice for the rest of it. So I was happy with it.
