The company itself is great. Very responsive to our needs. Showed concern for our issue. The last issue we called about, the technician that was sent only did half the work he should have. Our main line in the basement was backing up. There are tree roots in the pipe. The technician was told this and he only snaked the pipe to get the water to go down but refused to bring in an auger to chip out the roots. He said he would come back on his own time to do that and charge us $250 to $300.
