I would strongly encourage Choice to continue with the way they choose its vendors. Because I like the quality of the vendor and also I like the way things are handled. I don't know if you all have a phone app. I know I've put all my claims through a website, but I would think that if y'all can develop a recent phone app that would make things way easier because we can submit claims on the go. The biggest thing is to continue what y'all are doing. This is really good.

While I haven't had a lot of problems at my house, when I have called Choice Home Warranty, they have connected me with technicians who are skilled and honest. After the appointment was given to me, Mr. H called to make me aware of when he would approximately arrive. He arrived in a timely manner, listened patiently, examined the area within reason, resolved the issue, and inspected everything before he left. He also made sure that I could reach out to him if I had any other related issues.

Choice home warranty worked quickly to find a technician and dispatched him out to evaluate my air conditioning issues. The technician tested and discovered that my a/c compressor was bad and sent the findings to Choice. Choice quickly responded and had my a/c unit replaced and covered most of the expenses at a fraction of the cost to me. Now I have cold air-conditioning again and I didn't have to pay a huge Hvac fee.

Able to contact by phone a CHW representative within 15 minutes. 5 times faster than previous warranty company. Response time for CHW to identify and have service representative contact me was within 48 hrs. Service company arrived and fixed AC blower motor within the day of service. I’ve had another warranty provider HSA for nearly 10 years. I’m only sorry that I didn’t find CHW until recently. I now have 2 houses with CHW.

So far I’ve had to use my warranty twice. The 1st time perfect and smooth. Had a tech at my house the next day. The 2nd time the same thing. This time the tech and his company lack of response to me and Choice Home was terrible. Choice home asked me to give them 24-48 hours to contact them. After the 48 hours and nothing the reassigned my claim to another company, and told me I did not have to repay the come out fee since the other company didn’t complete the job. So far so good in my book. Handled things very professionally.

I had a bad experience with the company who came to look at my garage door opener. The gentleman had no idea what the issue was and told me there was nothing he could do. He then called his office and spoke with someone on the phone who said they would call Choice to see if they could make another visit which didn't make sense to me. He then asked for the service call fee. As he was leaving, he drove through a temporary opening in my fence that was waiting to be repaired and across my lawn! Soon after, I received an email stating that another work order had been put in with the same company. Needless to say, I cancelled that work order and stated that I never wanted that company dispatched to my residence.

This is the second claim I have filed. For this one, they scheduled an electrician the day I filed. That's great, however, I would have appreciated a phone call to confirm that was convenient for me. Luckily I was going to be home. If I had missed that email, what would have happened. I called the number immediately and asked if the technician was going to call when on his way. The man said he would tell him. I heard nothing. When the tech arrived, he said he did call. I never received anything. Come to find out he called my husband's cell. He was busy, didn't know who it was from, so didn't think it urgent. When he arrived, he replaced the burned outlet, but didn't have a cover. When you know the job is an outlet, I would think you would have all pieces of equipment available. So he left. When he didn't return, we called. He said he forgot his wallet and had to go home. He was kind, polite, but said the way the drywall was put in, it would be deepset. I had another outlet put replaced and didn't have that issue. I am happy no fire issues, but not real happy how it looks. The previous claim I made was for a broken DW. Despite them telling us they would replace it, they gave us very little money. I was able to get it increased by $100, but didn't come close to the cost of a new DW [and we didn't get the most expensive ones]. It was very frustrating and had to wait a long time for the e card from Lowes. Also, as a comparison shopper, I was frustrated that we were restricted to Lowe's only.

I used my warranty for my garage door and a technician came out right away and repaired it. They were timely in getting my claim filed. I mean the only thing I would have to say is that I was put out quite a while for them to come and fix my problem. But then it ended up where the person that came out ended up coming out much sooner than what was anticipated. So it worked out.

When we bought the house, the warranty was included in the closing costs and then we renewed it. The garbage disposal got to where it wasn't working right. They sent a guy out to look at it and he looked at it and he said that it needed to be replaced. That was on Friday. He was back Monday to replace it and he was very knowledgeable and just a great overall service experience.

They have been very good. We've had a couple different difficulties in the last four months and they have gotten to us and got it fixed and just like that, it was great. So the customers and the people that come out are very, very good. Our washing machine broke and the guy was out here the next day. He said it would be three to four days before the part came in and they could get it and he showed up within three days because they found a part at another store so that was very good and very fast.

They got the work done and they're reasonably priced. I've had to use them twice. The first time I had a warranty which basically says you can either replace it or repair it. They couldn't replace it or repair it. They just gave me half of the money of what it cost me, so I don't know which way that was. They are not very attentive to the problems that the customer is going through.

I've used it twice recently. One was for my dishwasher and the other one was for my air conditioning unit and they were very efficient. The customer service responded very quickly and the technicians came out and kept their appointment. They were there when they said they would be there and got everything done very quickly. They also called me and gave me updates as to what was wrong and how they fixed it. It was really good.

I like the price and coverage. They have been very responsive when we've had a claim and we've never had to wait very long at all. I was putting a new ceiling light in and I didn't have power all of a sudden for some reason so I put in the claim and they had a guy out within minutes. Probably about 30 minutes and he fixed the problem. But I've had another problem where he fixed the problem while creating another problem that he didn't know about. I've got to call Choice Warranty and tell them about that and see if we can get that problem solved.

When I bought the house they had a one year full coverage on it and I've just continued it because they've done fine. They're always responsive. Just a week and a half ago my refrigerator door wouldn't seal so the guys come out. The only drawback is they have to order the parts, so we still have to wait until that comes in and then they'll come back and get it taken care of.

They're very attentive to whatever your needs are and any questions you have. They answer them and they also don't have a problem with trying to upsell you, which I think is a great characteristic to have for a company. I recently left Choice, believe it or not, to go with another company that had a better price and it was no comparison. I dumped them like two months after and went back to Choice for their quality of service. I just recently had to use it for my A/C unit. Originally Choice Warranty gave me like a two day lead time before the technician would be there, but they called me the same day and they came out and took care of the problem. They have a great network of technicians there. They're good at what they do.

They get right back to you and they make it easy for you to process the claim. I used my warranty to fix my dishwasher. I was contacted right away to have a service guy come out within 24 hours. My dishwasher needed a part replaced. They mailed it right out to me. The only downfall is service did not call me back to reschedule the part to be put back on so I've been waiting a little over a week on that side of it, which I'm not happy about, but as far as the initial serviceman coming out to diagnose it and order the part that went very speedy. But on the flip side, waiting for somebody to contact me to put the part that was delivered to my home, they've kind of fallen through on that part.

You all have been great. The problem has been with the service people. They are good at their jobs but this last time it took over a week to get an appointment. Then on the day of service, they cancelled with no real communication and no reason. This all done by text. Then it was another weak for them to come back. 20 minutes later he said it was unrepairable. It’s been 3 days and no word from sears. You have been communicative which I appreciate.

Choice home warranty is great, but the company 417 Mars wasn’t the best to fix my built in microwave. The door spring piece had broke and came off, so he drilled another hole in the door and put the spring back in, but the door is way too loose. I had him come back and check it, but he said it was supposed to be that way which it wasn’t before.

I don't like the fact that if you have an emergency situation that must be taken care of immediately and you cannot wait for the approved contractors to come out, that the company will not even consider paying at least what they would have paid to their approved contractors for a situation that was definitely a covered repair. There should be some reasonable accomodation. Other than this, I have been pleased with the other times I have used Choice Home Warranty.

Over the weekend we discovered that the gas oven and broiler didn’t work. We contacted CW They replied in 2 days but service tech visit was 8 days later. Unacceptable with holidays approaching. I contacted the service tech that day. He understood our situation, rearranged his schedule and was able to repair it just 2 days after the call. Scott was very patient and knowledgeable. Nice job.

Although it took several days for a repair service to 'pick up' our claim for repair of our microwave, after they did the repair was done in a timely manor and very professionally. I'm not sure the repair would have cost any most out of pocket than the $65 trip charge, but overall I have been satisfied with the home warranty the few times that I have had to use it.

Two or three years ago this fellow came, I had some smoke coming out of an outlet in the kitchen and he says to me. I can replace this, but you need to have them all replaced. So I said, well how much is that? He was going to replace the one that was smoking because it was defective, but he wanted me to do all of the outlets. I had three more. He said it was going to cost me $1200 and I just just didn't sit right with me. So I didn't do it. I recently did it because I had an electrical problem in the kitchen and I just decided to be safe and make all of the outlets.

I'm happy with them for the most part right now. I needed to use it for my A/C. Of course it's the summer time it went out and then they came out and repaired it and fixed it right on the spot. Didn't have to wait for parts. They're very responsive. When I submit a claim, they respond almost instantly and I really enjoy that. If I have any issues, I like the fact that I can send them an e-mail and they're right on response, and come back quickly.

It took a very long time for them to get somebody out here. Not too long ago my air conditioning went out on a Sunday night. I called in and of course there's no one there Sunday evening. So I placed a request online and I didn't have anyone show up to my home until late afternoon on Tuesday. I was without air conditioning in 95 degree weather here for 2 1/2 days. The service once they got here was very good. I think they're getting a little pricey.

When we started they didn't have a lot of good vendors that could handle the problems, but they've changed. We have more people in my little area. I live in a smaller town. The customer service is good and the vendors come out in a timely manner that's improved dramatically from my my latest experience. They get things fixed very quickly. The communicate pretty well.

I like that you can put in your claim anytime online, and they're pretty good at getting back to you on that and giving you a time. Recently my air conditioning motor broke, but it was replaced last year and so they they brought a new company and this company did a better job than last year. He was just helpful and he did it the same day even though it was kind of running late. They seem to answer my questions, sometimes it's not like right away, but they seem to communicate back with the vendor.

They've been really good. There's only been one little problem and everything else has been good. I just did my air conditioner started to act up and I called them. They sent a repairman out, said it was working, but the parts that were needed were starting to give way. They weren't as good as they should be and he's coming out today to replace them.

Very positive. I've had to use it twice. Once on my clothes dryer. The technician called within an hour of me making the claim and was able to get there the next morning. He repaired my dryer very promptly. He didn't have to order parts. It was a good service. Second time was on my dishwasher which was a positive experience. The technician was able to get back within the hour. All repairs were successful.

I've never had anybody give me any issues with anything, they've always just been helpful. I currently have two open claims that are being processed right now. One, because my stove like blew up and they actually came out yesterday and they're coming out today because they got approval from the start. A wire in the fridge is being replaced well, so we're doing a pretty great job.

Unlike other companies that charge exorbitant charges for different things. They have a rate that is lower than most. As far as the service charge, it's not excessive and it seems like the contractor that they work with was very knowledgeable on what the problem was and was able to fixed it quickly and came in a timely fashion within the window that was provided. As soon as I called and made the claim, the information was available online. They assigned the company and the company came out within two days. They followed up quickly and it was efficient.

The customer service is not good you can tell that the call is not being taken from the untied Sates and the employees have a limited knowledge of the English language. When I had a complicated problem the customer service person that answered did not understand what I was talking about and they put a work order in the wrong type of technician, which caused us a long wait for the problem to be fixed.

I have been very pleased with Choice Home Warrenty services since I purchased a contract from them. When I have needed services from them, I call, tell them my problem, I get a claim number assigned and wait for a call back, usually within 24 hrs, to tell me the name of the company who will be servicing me and the appointment time. I have to wait for a part a few times but my technicians have always be professional, courteous, explained the problem , then either fix the problem or let me know when they will return. I do pay a copay to get the service. I have been very satisfied.

I used my Home Choice Warranty for the first time in May, 2023 after subscribing to it 4 years ago. My HVAC was making a weird noise at only 6 years old. The repairman Choice set up for me came out quickly.I was charged a $45 service fee. My Goodman HVAC was still under warranty from the purchase, therefore the part I had replaced was free. I have signed up with Choice Warranty until the year 2026.

This company makes owning a home anxiety free. I know that if anything goes wrong I can call them and they can help fix the problem. As a single mom, this is huge. I pay the copay and that has been all. The technicians that have come to my home have shared with me how much each visit would have cost. It is way more than what I prepaid for the 6 years. 2 visits paid for the warranty and I have used it more than that. I love this warranty program and recommend it to all my friends.

When I call them up they speak to me very nicely, take the information, understand, and they always clarify what my issue is. They always send me a qualified person. The person arrives on time, takes care of the work, the job, and I'm satisfied. I had a leak in my the pipe behind the washing machine about a week ago. I would definitely recommend them. I've been with them for maybe like 10 years or more and I have never had a problem. I would highly recommend them.

They have done really good job.Their website is really very good. I hardly have to call them and everything is available through their website. So the support system on the website has been really great. Our HVAC system was not working and they came back to us very quickly and fixed the issue very fast. So it was it was really helpful. I got to pay every month and then I have to pay the service contractor when they come. I needed something with my faucet and he replaced it. It was great. They weren't easy to contact because you had to go through a lot of voice mails, and I would just rather have someone pick up the phone, address it and send somebody here. The company that came was awesome. They were great. To get someone from Choice was a bit of a hassle with the voicemail.
