Very poor service from previous warranty company. Haven’t had anything done by you people. This is the first time. So far things have been going good. I was supposed to hear from someone yesterday or today so far nothing. But they said new disposal should be installed today or tomorrow and I still haven’t heard anything. So I can’t leave you a star until I hear something from somebody thank you very much.

The technician came and looked at the refrigerator and realized he needed a part. Did not have the part with him but the next day he was able to acquire one came back and the refrigerator is fixed.. I have used home choice warranty several times and they always do an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend this to any other home owner looking for a house warranty.

Our air conditioner quit Saturday, July 12,2025. Using the website I submitted a claim Saturday evening! Sunday morning we had an email with an appointment for repair by Save Now Cooling LLC for Tuesday, July 15, 2025. The interior temperature of our home was 91 degrees. Since that would be another two days without air, I called Raymond, the owner of Save Now Cooling LLC asking for a better date. Even though his company was busy with many other appointments, he said he would try to get a repairman to us sooner than Tuesday. Monday afternoon Scott arrived, diagnosed the problem and had the air running within 10-15 minutes. We would highly recommend Save Now Cooling LLC to anyone who needs air conditioner care. They are our company for our home now. We are very happy with Choice Home Warranty and Save Now Cooling LLC.

Customer Service personnel were helpful by addressing the issue with the original serviceman Choice sent to fix my dryer . Hevsited multiple times and wasnot able to fix the problem but he did want me to pay him $200 for a cleaning I did nopt need. Once I got tot he right department, the CHoice rep understood my dilemma and sent another tech who was able to fix the dryer onhis first visit in less than 2 hours. I was disappointed inte Claims department who told me I woudl not be able to get a new service tech without paying an additional deductible. I amglad I found a phone number direct to CUstomer Service lest my overall rating woul have beenmuch lower. The time I spent with the initial tech resulted in multiple visits to the laundromat that could have been avoided.

After switching to Choice, I made a new choice to contact all my hundred of clients and told them they may want to switch when their term ended. I like the company, but sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to get a part. My bathroom sink was looked at on February 18th and said they would be back in a week. On March 11th I received a call to come replace the faucet lines. Was told the repair person was really busy. I understand that, but I had to have a leaky faucet for almost a month before it was fixed. I had to keep dumping the bucket I had under my sink. Not a major problem, just annoying. Customer service is great and this is the start of my second year with Choice. Still going to stay with them, just wish the process was a little faster.

The repairman was amazing. He fixed the dishwasher and 6 days later came back to fix the clothes dryer. It was stacked dryer so he brought help to move it, Fixed it in short order and it has been running non stop since he left. Excellent service from Choice. They react immediately. The company itself is great. Very responsive to our needs. Showed concern for our issue. The last issue we called about, the technician that was sent only did half the work he should have. Our main line in the basement was backing up. There are tree roots in the pipe. The technician was told this and he only snaked the pipe to get the water to go down but refused to bring in an auger to chip out the roots. He said he would come back on his own time to do that and charge us $250 to $300.
