My only real complaint is the length of time it took to get the the payments.They're very nice people that took care of me well. I just had to use it because my washing machine died and also the dryer. The guy came and he was able to fix the dryer. It was simple and but the washing machine had died so they gave me some money towards my next one. What they gave me wasn't enough to buy it outright but it paid about two thirds of it. They're very responsive. Good quality.

I've had two times to use this warranty and both times I was helped right away. The services provided took care of our needs. We did not have to wait for the service providers they came out right away and took care of the issues. the oven was fixed and ready to use within afew days waiting for the parts. On our plumbing they came out right away but we are still waiting for the issue to be approved to be fixed.

I have their home warranity for my protection if ever needed and yes, I needed them. They respond to me in less than 24 hrs and had someont to come see me in less than 36 hrs. I amiagine it is where you live that make a difference on that time. Well, I can tell you my problem was finalized in less than 72 hours after the tenichain left who was very knowledgeable and kind. Choice is just who they say they are and when I made my Choice I was finalized in 3 days.

My sister recommended them to me. I used it for my ice maker. The repairman came and fixed it. He had to ordered the wrong part so it took a couple of days but he was knowledgeable and friendly. The only negative is they scheduled me for when I wasn't going to be here so I had to call and reschedule. They automatically schedule instead of us being able to pick a convenient time.

At the time they had the best deal. I've had other home warranties and Choice is by far the best one I've had and I've had them the longest. There are no issues with them. They come in a timely manner and follow up. I don't have to wait in a long line online. They gave me all the information I needed. Fast service and good follow up. Home Warranty is a good choice for the money you pay up front. Sixty five dollars for professionals to come out to your house and diagnose what the problem is. Then the professional share the problem with Home Warranty. They coordinate if items are covered or not. Then let's the owner know how much you have to pay and what will be fixed or replaced.

When my furnace started acting up and was not keeping the house temperature the way it should be and so I called to have the furnace looked at. They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem and worked as quick as they could in getting it resolved and the only delays were the two parts that they had to wait on. We had an issue just last week with our furnace and I called late in the afternoon and there was someone here by ten o'clock the next morning. The person that they sent was extremely professional he came prepared with a mask and he knew exactly what the problem was and he took care of it immediately, he was very polite, he was actually neatly dressed, and he fixed It. Other than that there were a few people that came that we're not great but on the whole different.

There was only one time with my air conditioner and we had all the company here on Christmas day because it was so warm here in Texas. The gentleman that came out he showed my husband how to wash out the outside unit so that it would not do that again. It's a really good warranty. One of my toilets was broken it took about three to four days for somebody to get here but once they got here they fixed it within about an hour and it's it's working great. Most of the time I would say that It's a bit difficult when I'm trying to get you know somebody to come out here and sometimes it's a little difficult to get somebody get the point making appointments through the customer service line.

They're very good company and I'm really happy I have them. Every time I've had a problem they acted immediately and they were able to send me somebody to repair anything that was damaged. I had a problem with my plumbing, they fixed that. I had problems with my refrigerator, they fixed that. It's been multiple times that I've used them and they were just wonderful. So far they've been a good company to have when you have things that break. So far everything just fine. There's only one time that there was an issue. Recently I had kitchen faucet changed and my dryer went out and they changed they fixed it and that was just this year. Last month and before that I had a hot water heater that went out and they replaced it with a new one. I had some AC worked also by a year or two years ago they also fixed that.

I keep renewing my membership. From our perspective we've been very pleased with everything that's been going on with choice. Every once in a while one of the service companies does not show up on time, however the majority of the time we spend very happy. They accepted the information and sent out the appropriate technician to fix the problem. Our garbage disposal quit working, we called to ask for a technician to be sent out. They sent a technician out he came and fixed the problem, we paid the 60 dollars and it works perfectly now and we're very pleased. The negative is that we had to pay over two thousand dollars to have our air conditioning fixed.

They've always been really easy to work with. We made a claim I believe it was on a Friday and by the next week we had a technician out here. They found out that it needed to be replaced so they got the parts and the following Thursday they were here to install it and had it up and running that was within a week of filing the claim. The people that they use are quick and have been very professional and always they have also followed up after we had issues to make sure that it was heating and everything was working fine

They were quick, No problems, they fixed the thing in there and I haven't had a problem with any of the contractors yet. I've had three or four calls starting with my pool and if they needed a part the parts came fast, the people came faster. I'm really happy, I used to have American home shield but I got rid of them because there was problems. I'm happy so far. I had a pool pump fail and they replaced it with a rebuilt works fine now. I paid sixty five dollars, that's all they charge me and it would have cost me a hundred to have the poor guy do it.

Just a couple weeks ago I needed plumbing, so I called them and they got me in touch with a plumber and he came out and was very courteous and he took care of everything. Initially, the process was terrible!! Both one at CHW was willing to look at the attached emails, repeatedly stating the template had to filled out. The team.playe is not consumer friendly. It took 6 attempts to finally make it go thru!! I was so frustrated by the 4th day, stllino heat, no progress whatsoever with CHW. Expecting 20° weather in 2days, I just had the heating company and replace the part. Which they did the next say AND I had heat!! I paid out of pocket. Besides the fury of neither party willing to work together, what about the poor souls that honestly could not pay out of pocket!! That made me most furious with CHW, preferring policies over doing the right thing!! Surprisingly, I received a check for most of the cost. THANK YOU!! Your company has redeemed itself!!

My realtor recommended Choice to us when moved in three years ago. All the technicians they send have really good reviews. I also look before they come. The warranty is very good. It covers everything we want covered. We are retirees in our sixties so it gives us extra security. The last time we used was because the furnace wasn't working. They came the next morning after I put in a claim. They had to order a part and somehow it was messed up we had to wait a week. It wasn't really anyone's fault. A real person answers when you call on the phone. They have support online as well.

I found Choice Home Warranty through an internet search after BFS abruptly left the area where I am located with no notice. They are an excellent company and respond quickly with qualified personnel. I have a refrigerator in good condition that is 20 years old. When the compressor went out, they did not offer me some small sum to replace it. They paid a technician to come out and replace the compressor. The refrigerator works like it is new.

Quick solutions to the problem. Two weeks ago I had to use it twice. One for the microwave, it could not be sent so they they are going to send me gift cards. My garage door opener stopped working and we called them and they had somebody contact me. We made an appointment, they came out to repair the opener, got it to go up and down and left and told me that I had thirty days and if it didn't work to call them back. They left me a business card with information with the phone number and sure enough two days later it wouldn't go up and down, so I had them to come back they had to replace the door opener they said it wouldn't work. We've had to call Choice three times and twice they have gotten contractors out here to look at and take care of the problem but once they couldn't and we had to go elsewhere to get work done. I was real pleased with the first gentleman that came out to work on oven because he was from a certified contractor. The folks that came out and do my garage door were as far as I can find out were not certified, he didn't have the name of the company on the vehicle and that was a little disappointing.

For the most part it's been good, but there are people that come out to our house but don't see my error really qualified to see some of the jobs. We've actually had one instance where someone came out and they said they couldn't do it and dropped so we had to pay the sixty five dollar service fee and then they had they closed our claim and then I had to file a new claim for the same problem to get someone else to come out and I had to pay another sixty five dollars. We've had a couple of instances with the air conditioning and someone came out but they didn't have the ladder so they laughed and they have to reassign it to someone else.

The contractor that Choice sent out was very very very responsive. He offered to come earlier than when I was supposed to have my meeting with him. When he came he was very cordial, gave us his phone number if anything else went wrong, and gave me a call back. We were happy. I have not had any major experience with them and only used them that once. The garbage disposal had stopped working and the contractor came out the same day and fixed it within five minutes no problem.

My AC quit working and it only cost me sixty five dollars to get a pretty awesome repair. They are very responsive to things. One time I put in a mistake and they called me and explained the change. It is a good price, I got a military discount.
