We have used this warranty about 5 times since we bought it. When a problem arises, it does take longer to get a service man than it would if we called our own. Nevertheless, all service personnel except for one have been knowledgeable and able to fix our problems. Only one tried to tell us that there was no problem. We got another man and he knew exactly what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. We are pleased to have this service.

I checked home warranty ratings and seen Choice Home Warranty was rated number one and I was with 2-10 warranty and had the worst experience with them.
