When I purchased a home, I wanted to make sure all the appliances were taken care of, that someone would take care of me. The guy that came was very professional. He 100 percent cleaned the area. All my questions were answered. I did have a hard time getting the gentleman in customer service to understand me. I don't know if there was a language barrier. The service is a little expensive but the job gets done.

When you have an issue its pretty much resolved pretty quick. Customer service has been really great, I had an issue with a technician missing two appointments and they immediately rescheduled a new technician so that that was real good customer service. I've been with them for a year and I have used them twice and I and each time I use it has always been a hundred percent satisfaction.

The response that they came out to get the right thing they left it was simple. It was very easy to work with choice warranty. Been very happy with them. I went online signed up and immediately somebody called me, so it was great that they came out and they fixed the garbage disposal. Every time we've called somebody actually answers and when we go online and we communicate somebody would call us or get back to us so it's very responsive.

Usually I don't have to call but when I do call they respond right away. Our clothes dryer was not heating up correctly so I filed a claim and the next day the technician came over and he said he had ordered some parts and he'd be back in like a day or two he came back in a day or two just like he said and replaced the parts and everything worked out fine. Definitely worth the money. Very trustworthy

The cost for the year is very reasonable and I think it's a good value, the only thing that I would like to be able to do is call my own technician. If I've ever needed to call had a question or concern my call was directed to the right person and they were able to answer the question or resolve the issue that I had. Just recently I needed to use the home warranty for an air conditioning issue. The company came out and he ordered the replacement part. We are still waiting for him to received that replacement part to come back and finalized the the issue.

Choice Home Warranty has a fast and efficient claims service that is easy to maneuver. In addition, I have always found the repair people they have sent to fix the appliances and home systems to be skilled, honest, and respectful. My only reservation is that when you have an item they deem to be not worth the cost of repairing, they will offer you an amount to go towards the purchase of a new appliance. The amount the offer is “take it or leave it” non-negotiable. When they wouldn't pay to fix our washing machine, we took what they offered because we thought it was better than nothing. You are kind of caught over a barrel when your appliances go kaput.

Thanks Choice Home! Anthony W. was Amazing. I requested a Hvc technician and he responded the same day. He did not have to until the next day. He called got details of the situation and. Came out to look. Got perceptions on the issue and what tools would be needed and what had to be done. Came back the next day and did an excellent job. My AC is now working! In the Attic which did not work for a year or two. Thanks again.!

To be honest with you originally last April when we had the pandemic. We had a major issue where there was a backup in the basement and I was trying to contact the company and I wasn't able to. I was a little upset and my wife just got out of the hospital we had a major issue with the backup and they told me they had instructions on the internet due to the pandemic. There was a backlog of calls if you have an issue please complete the form on the internet and some of them so I was upset because at that time you want to just get the problem resolved and you don't feel like filling out the form and so I contacted my own company paid the 300 dollars to have it done and that that's at that time I was ready to just drop Choice Home Warranty. Well I did contact the company a couple months later and they felt bad, they were pretty good customer service, so what she did was she reduced the amount of money that I would have to pay down to like 65 dollars. Then I had to use it because we had an issue with our refrigerator and the representative the repairman that they sent he was excellent. He went above and beyond my expectations. Both my wife and myself are elderly and there are things we can't do disabled and he helped us out. The guy was really good, Jeffrey, as repair service excellent, excellent person good personality and he did an excellent job too. It was a relief that he gave me an appointment for the following day. I was very satisfied with the work he did.

Choice Home Warranty has been very helpful and very pleasant people talking to. So far I used my warranty twice. One was for my fridge, it wasn't working and you gave me a brand new fridge. The second one is for my plumbing and the people came up to two days later. Even the people that they sent today to do the repair were very nice, very helpful. I had to pay a higher service visit fee than my friend that referred Choice Home Warranty to me. I logged into it thinking that I would be paying less, but to be fair the agent did tell me that it's going to be a higher price, so I signed up lately. When I had to call, the service was perfect and I didn't have to call in again, so I'm happy so far. I had to use my warranty for when my AC broke down and then my microwave had to get repaired and the technician was able to comeback with in forty eight hours. My experience has been good. Filing a claim has been pretty easy and the service is on time.

Had a busted valve on my shower, couldn’t turn the water off. This was a little after midnight. I was able to contact a rep to request immediately, she was polite and professional. By 7:30am a plumber was calling and was at my home by noon. Had the the problem fixed in 30 mins! I was happy to have my water turned back on before I missed it too much.

Filed first claim promptly responded. Only thing I do not like and did not see anywhere to provide feedback. When warranty is about to expire the overwhelm calls from sales team can be quit annoying. Understand trying to make sure renewal is done before expired. I repeated myself stating I am working with a rep. My words were left unheard. Calls everyday. Wish notes could be put in the system based on what the client request.

Price is a very reasonable monthly fee for the services. They respond in a timely manner. You know exactly who is coming to your house. I feel comfortable with it. The last time I used it was three weeks ago and my Air Conditioning wasn't working. It was on the weekend so I had to wait until the Monday for the claim to be approved. The came on Tuesday. I was really satisfied.

Anytime we have issues they get resolved quickly without without any hassles or anything. We thought the dryer might be going out or something and and they sent a service technician out within like three days. They were able to fix it . They've always been responsive and they're a great company. They are very very quick to answer and they understand what the problem is when they set up the apppointment. I had a leak where the water was coming up under that floor and they sent someone and they cut a hole in the shower just put a patch over it and it was taken care of. Customer support whas answered all my questions and everything's gone well so far. They're still working on that but they were very helpful because it gave me an option of hiring somebody myself or letting them choose. They couldn't find anybody so I found a local person that could do the repair. We're using it right now. We just had it happen last on the 27th of August The air conditioner went out and so far they're still working on it. It's not done yet, but so far it looks like they're doing a great job. They've answered all my questions and they're very timely on what they're doing.

My very old hot water heater developed a leak and I called Choice Home Warranty. A plumber was dispatched right away. I was expecting to get a reduced payment based on the age of the unit. Instead I got a message that a new water had been ordered at no more cost to me.. Plumbers charges andwater heaters like my 50 gallon unit are not cheap and the replacement unit was an updated model. My only cost was the standard $65 service call fee This was way better than I expected.

After speaking with the representative that kept calling me, I saw the cost savings from Choice Home Warranty. Choice Home Warranty is always answering their phones and are pretty responsive but their contractors are not as good. When I had an issue with the refrigerator, the person never came and when I reached out myself, he never responded. The person who came out for my garage door was very helpful though.

Choice is a good company. I have been recommending them to my friends and family. Anytime I call, they are always there to do what needs to be done. About three or four weeks ago my ac broke down and they were able to send me a technician. He told me it was the condenser and I had to wait about two weeks for it to get fixed for the order to come in. As soon as it came, they fixed it. It was unfortunate that I had to pay out of pocket but I am glad they fixed the issue. The technicians are very professional and do the work.

Coverage is good. The fee for each service is good. When I call or go online for a service request, I very quickly get an idea when the technician will be here. The technician that fixed my air conditioner was very goof. Most of the calls have been taken care of by highly qualified technicians. Most of them put their mask on and wear shoe coverings. Great, reputable company, I feel like everything is covered and the rates are reasonable. When my AC was blowing out warm air, they were able to get someone out in the next 48 hours. I put a claim in the automated system and within five minutes they sent me an email with the name of the company that would be coming out and the time they would be there.

Speed of response to claims, speed of response to technicians work and/or parts needed requests, speed in finding another service company when the original assignee failed to perform. Would have been a 5 star except for the fact that when a company failed to perform, the customer had to pay another service fee charge for the new company. No information as to penalty for the nonperforming company. When customer provides detailed response to CHW about technician problems, response from CHW routinely fails to address the problem issues at all. But, CHW did select a replacement company that was absolutely first rate!

Choice Home Warranty was extremely prompt in response to my air conditioner service, so I guess I'm really rating the repairman they sent to my home. He was several hours late on the day of appointment and did not call to keep us informed. I had to call him. He finally showed up hours later and took the air conditioner motor and the squirrel cage and said he would be back the next day with a new motor. He did not return until 3 days later and was again about 6 hours later than scheduled appointment. My husband has asthma among other illnesses and the heat was unbearable! Maybe Choice Home Warranty needs to choose the repairman that represent them more carefully. This one brought his 2 or 3 year old child with him to fix my air! And he lost 2 of the screws to my indoor unit, but told my husband that all the screws were put back in. He didn't know he was seen dropping the screws and looking for them, but not finding them. Now we have to finish putting our cover back together as it should be. How professional is that?

At the very beginning of the pandemic the. A/C with out. They measured the area, even placed the condenser outside. It then took several trips back to my house. Several ending with got the wrong part, or I just realized this wooden beam needs to be cut. We can't do it you have to call a carpenter. Then we're short staff due illness. I understand most of their excuses were valid. But since it took so very long approximately 2 1/2 months for me to get any kind of air in the dead heat of the summer. A reduction on their co-pay should've been offered for the inconvenience. Even when I asked if I could get something taken off the bill since it took almost 3 months they said no. I think there should've been some kind of goodwil

I am glad I did because every time I call them, they give me a response within 24 hours and someone is at my house within 48 hours to fix the problem I have. This was the case when my AC unit didn't work and they came to fix it within 2 days. All I had to do was pay the $65 service fee! Our friends recommended us to Choice Home Warranty, so we signed up! Customer service responded quickly and whenever we had minor problems, they resolved them in no time. We used our warranty when the motor went out in the furnace. I called Choice and the following day someone came out, took measurements, and had a motor in there up and running the day after that. I was so pleased and they even took off their shoes before coming in my house, not leaving a mess. The people they send are always respectful to my home and do an excellent job.

He told me I would get two free service calls and when I used it the first time, they had no record of it, my saving grace was the customer service person. Choice is the best fit for us. They always try to help me out even when they don’t know what I am talking about, they try to figure it out for me. I had a problem with my GSI and I said the wrong thing. I said it was something with my garage and I needed an electrical person but he noticed something was wrong with my garage door and he fixed that which was awesome because I was going to have to pay him any because he came out. The people that come out know their contract work and we are satisfied with them. It is very cost effective.

The first time we called, it was the dishwasher. It had water in the bottom of the dishwasher and he came out and discovered that the garbage disposal had a loose connection and was causing the dishwasher not to drain properly. He diagnosed it within fifteen to thirty minutes and was gone within an hour so he was prompt. He was courteous and he was very knowledgeable.

They've met all my needs, they take care of all my issues. I have something pending right now--the dishwasher was broken and someone came out to fix it but they said they needed the parts. But then it's been two weeks without and hearing from the company or anything, so we called back Choice Home Warranty about it and they took care of that situation and they called us and said they're gonna replace the dishwasher and they're supposed to give us a gift card for so much money to replace it.

They responded to me immediately they sent somebody over I believe the day after my complaint and that person diagnose the problem unfortunately he diagnosed it improperly. They sent a second technician over for it's a different problem which didn't exist. So electric and had to come back a second time to fix the problem. I'm not too happy with that. I ended up having to pay twice for the same repair.

This last experience, we had a failure on our electric stove in the kitchen we called in the claim and within an hour so we got the call from the service provider. The actual service technician was going to come out that was really a good response. The individual did come, he was very thorough, and did a great diagnosis then really found the root cause of the problem, and he put in the follow-up paperwork to get the right replacement all in all it was really well done and very professional.
