Firstly I'd like to thank the company that returned to complete the job that was started July 3rd. Choice was not helpful at all. You guys paid no attention to the fact the job wasn't properly done. The company did. You guys told me I'd have to pay and additional 85.00$ .The company satisfied me. I'm wondering why I'm still allowing your company to go in my checking account. Your company needs to listen more to the customer. I'd love to hear from you!!

choice had an excellent service company come and take care of my garage door failure, not only was it fixed, it was replaced. The technician was very professional and worked hard to make sure the job was done correctly. I have been a customer for many years and without exception, things have been taken care of an a professional maner. The last issue was a dryer failure. Same service, same positive results. I have no complaints.

In general the service has been pretty good and the contractors have been competent. The issue that I have is that Choice won't approve replacing failed equipment with something similar. The recirculation pump had a timer but the only one approved to replace it was one without a timer. The only ceiling fan they would approve was builder grade so I ended up buying a better fan. The technician said they would refund me the $75 that Choice would approve. As yet, I have not received the refund. So basically it seems that if something needs to be replaced, Choice will only approve the cheapest option rather than replacing it with something similar to the original equipment.

We start a claim, the correlating tradesmen calls us makes an appointment they come diagnosed problem; does great work. Choice home warranty has been a very good experience for us. Bought a house during the winter and when summer hit the AC unit worked for a short time and then needed to be replaced. Choice sent someone out and agreed to replace the unit quickly. I didn't have high hopes going into this but my expectations were blown away. I really appreciate having gotten this warranty added in my closing. I'm beyond satisfied.

What I like about the company when you called.They helped you right away . You didn’t have to wait they took the information about the appliance ! They turn it to the service department they gave me approval for some body come out!When the service person come out they checked it and told me what was wrong. I'm fairly new to Choice Home Warranty and recently I had the opportunity to make a claim for my clothes dryer. I filed the claim online very easily and they contacted me right away to confirm everything. Within a day I had an appointment with a technician. The repair person was fantastic! She knew exactly what needed to be done. She quickly fixed my dryer and checked to make sure everything was working properly. She was clean, organized, friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for more.

We've been with Choice for years and value the service. From minor water issues to a new AC, they've had us covered. It relieves some stress to be able to submit a claim 24/7 online and have someone assigned usually within 24 hours. They have never denied an item listed in our contract. Speaking to a person about a claim submitted is difficult, but usually not required.

Once I reaches out to Choice they had a repairman come out in 2 days to diagnose the problem. He ordered the replacement parts for the dryer. We were very pleased from beginning to end. My out of pocket expense was $85.
Before contacting Choice I reached out to the Samsung and they did a video call diagnostic said we may not have the replacement parts and then offered me a discount on a new dryer.

Some of the things I like about Choice Home Warranty are cost and a variety of plans to choose from. I've used the plan twice and when needing a repair their online program was very easy to use . Just ad promised I was notified quickly with a response to a repair and scheduling options and a choice of cash or credit card. I'm very happy that I chose Choice and only sorry for having waited so long to commit.

Overall this has been a positive experience. I was offered to choose and contact the repairman I wanted and once approved and repairs completed I was to submit my receipt for reimbursement. There is a small learning curve to the process as a new customer but they communicate frequently and help you to successfully submit a claim for reimbursement. I am glad that I purchased the Home Warranty through Choice Home Warranty and have already signed up for another year. It has only been a few days since submitting my request so the check hasn’t arrived but I am confident that this will work just as seamlessly. Their Customer Support was quick and professional and eased any concerns I had related to the company and its quality of service.

I had an issue with my refrigerator. They did come out several times to work on it. It had a twofold issue. Inside top would stay cool. I had tons of food, spoil and almost had a gallon at milk, blow up. And also the ice maker would not work. The icemaker was covered under warranty due to a recall. Samsung declared the ice maker not repairable. So after that Choice, home warranty would not come and fix the Refrigerator cooling part. So I had to spend money. I did not have to replace my refrigerator.
Now the good part. My AC quit working right when we were having the heat waves. They had somebody out the next day to repair it, and all is good.
Overall choice warranty is very good. I think every time I have called. They have been here the next day.
And the online portal is great!

They communicated they received claim, gave claim number, gave updates on locating a vendor for the job. Once found gave time of service and all the vendors info. I had two calls so far. The dryer could not be fixed and a gift card was issued for Lowes, however, the amount for a replacement was only $388.00, which is not enough for a new dryer. I was very disappointed. The second one call was for a washer, which was repaired. It was my understanding that if an appliance could not be repaired, it would be replaced,not half replaced.

I had 3 problems in my home. My stove top burners quit working, my shower head was spraying the ceiling due to clogging I. The rain head and the previous owners left us with clogged bath tubs, sinks and a toilet that would keep running and not fill the tank. I’m pleased to say all of our problems have been taken care of. I had a problem with my stackable washer and dryer. The first time I called on it I bd was having water coming out the door. Only one man came out knowing that it was a 2 man job, he removed the part that you put softener or bleach in so every time I did laundry I had to dump the water that filled up in the drawer.
I dealt with that for 6 months and called back, 2 men came cleaned out the drawer put the part back in and out worked fine. It wasn’t about water pressure like the first guy said ! It was fixed with the 2guys that came last! I’m very happy

The communication between Florida Pro Services and me was very slow. Finally, once it was approved it went quickly and the technician (John) from Florida Pro Services was great. But, I was out of air conditioning for 10 days at 99 and 100 degree weather and I am 86 years old with a heart condition and being without air was brutal. I feel there should have been better communication with me. On day 11 John came back and got my air conditioning system going and all is well!!

I’m new to Choice, I’ve only used them once for a cooktop. Everyone was nice,. The only complaint I would have is the longevity from the time you call for something broke until somebody actually shows up. I can see where this will be extremely problematic in the summer if your air-conditioning broke.
So far so good. I have several houses. I’m giving this one year. If it works, I will get the warranty on all of them.

"They were very quick to respond. Repair man they sent was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time with new hot water heater and went to town to get the parts that he didn't have with him. He explained what had happened with old heater and what we could expect with the new one. He was very neat and cleaned everything up before he left.

Choice Home Warranty provided quick responses for my problems. Sometimes a week is too long to wait for a repair. I would like the assigned repair company to call and let me know that they have the repair order and see if they are able to get to me sooner.
This last problem, the repair facility never did call. Another company was assigned but this was another week. The 2nd repair facility couldn't find a clean out and poured a chemical in the drain to open it. he said that should do it but to wait a few hours for it to work and left. The drain did drain better but does fill up after a few minutes. Maybe he should have called back and verify that the problem was solved but did not. He was very polite and had a professional appearance. I would rate him with an 8 out of 10.
I guess I will buy a commercial grade drain cleaner and see if that works. I may need to locate where the drain clean out is. this may require me to hire a plumber ti do that??
