Once I called and told them my problem, they acted on it immediately. I had a problem with the door to the dishwasher and he fixed that immediately. I also had a problem, I have a bed that is motorized and the motor vibrates for comfort and that part was not working. So they had sent somebody out to take care of that also. They are prompt in what they do. Sometimes things can be resolved, other times they cannot, but I don't think it has anything to do with home warranty when you are unable to resolve a situation.

I've got a roof leak. Extra payment on it. I call customer support to complain and they said you don't have that option. Yes I do, I pay for it. And then he says yes you do but it's a note from Phil so you need to get a hold of him so we can update our files. I've called him for two weeks, still can't get ahold of him. I'm not too happy about paying for something that I can't get a response on. I did have a previous claim. Our refrigerator went out and it was handled very good, professionally. Here really quickly fixed. The people that did it were very professional.

When you put in a call or a ticket or a problem with your service, they immediately take the information and have it expedited. Sometimes less than thirty minutes. That's top of the line for me so they are extremely fast and the turn around time for the provider to come out is excellent. They sent professional, experienced technicians to your home who maintain very good report with explaining and making sure that the work is completed appropriately on a one-time call.

They've been really good. I had an issue with one of the people they sent out. They made the situation right very quickly. I've only used them twice. The first time the people they sent out were very disrespectful, ended up cussing me out over the phone, and when I called they sent someone else out and took care of the issue right away instead of trying to lie to us like the first people did. And then the second time I used it they sent someone out and he came out to fix the problem without issue.

I've only had to use them one time since I bought the coverage. I had a water heater that kept popping or tripping and I had to resetit and it would trip again. They sent a guy out within a couple of days and he put two new elements in and a new thermostat and got it going again. The guy was knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual and did a good job.

I had a clogged sink and they sent over a plumber. Choice took care of everything over the phone and had very good customer service. I only paid $65 and I guess they paid the rest. I'm pleased with how responsive they've been every time I have a call. I've had it for 6 years and they've dropped the price for me. I've never had a bad experience with them.

After I renewed my contract, I asked the young man who helped me, I believe his name was Brent, if he could send me a receipt via email what his particulars for keeping in touch with him if I needed him. He said he would do that and that never happened. The washing machine would not spin so I called Choice Warranty. They sent a repair man out I think two days later he fixed it. I paid my copay and everything has been fine every since.

I used it in the first year on air conditioning issues and everything was resolved and we renewed for second year. In January or February, came home and had a spring break on my garage door and it was comforting to know that we got a phone call. It was very easy to get a claim online. I had a response; whoever the local repair person was had reached out and we have set an appointment within probably the first two hours. They are a customer service oriented company.

When I first moved into the house that I'm in now, I had an issue with the HVAC. I called Choice Home Warranty and the lady that I spoke with, I can't remember her name right now, was very professional. She was very courteous and fast. Within a day or two they had a heating and air technician out there to resolve the issue with absolutely no problems or glitches whatsoever. Everything was handled very smoothly.

I've had several different claims and every time I call, my issues are dealth with. Last year I had a plumbing issue and they sent that gentleman out that day and very professional. He called me fifteen minutes before he headed my way plus I already had two different messages from Choice Home that they've been contacted or when they would be there. They were very professional and iferthing was fixed. he was good the entire job and left approximately an hour later. Very pleased with my warranty.

I've only had to use them a couple of times and they've always been very helpful and courteous. We used it for the commode just about a month ago. Honestly I was expecting them to say that's not covered but they said no problem somebody will contact you within twenty four hours. They came the next day and it was just forty five dollars. The plumbers they sent out were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Choice customer service has been great. Everytime I call choice they are friendly and happy to help but the last service tech they sent out did not communicate and was rude. We had our furnace go out and it was 20 degrees so we called choice. They sent a guy out to evaluate it and he waited 29 hours before sending paperwork in to choice. They approved it immediately. He then waited another 2 days before coming out and fixing it. So we were without heat for 3 days. It only cost us $45 so we saved money in the end but the technician was not prompt or polite so we did complain to choice about that.

They are prompt with responding and getting any appointments schedule. I needed an electrician for a light fixture that wasn't working. I called it in and had an appointment scheduled within 24 hours. I would like them to read reviews on the companies that they select before they referred them. Sometimes the reviews are not positive for the providers they use.

You can call in and actually get somebody where as some of these other companies you're on hold for an hour at least before anybody talks to you. We had a problem with the toilet and they called us within twenty minutes and they came out the next day to fix it. Everybody that we've dealt with has been very nice, knowledgeable and got the job done the first time.

I had American Home Shield and they sent me a salesman when I had a problem that I could have done that myself so I changed companies. Choice Home Warranty responds very quick. I had an electrical issue. I put a claim in at ten o'clock at night and there was somebody at my door at eight o'clock the next morning. They sent somebody who is knowledgeable and kept my house from burning down.

I have three homes and a few claims over the years. It's taken a couple of claims right now. I'm in the midst of a claim on my dryer that we're almost three weeks since the last visit and we still don't have it fixed. So I need to step in and get Choice involved because it's taking too long to get the basic part for our dryer. I think we used it on some pool equipment and something with regards to our controls and they came out and repaired it and it was a good experience. We always receive our calls very quickly from Choice that they've acknowledged the claim but we receive a call within twenty four hours from the contractor that's coming out and normally it's been a good experience until today.

I had a plumbing issue so I went online and they called us to tell us they're going to find someone to fix the plumbing issue. But there was confusion and I had to go back and forth and explain why the plumber had the high rate. And I still haven't received the check from the customer service yet. I had a plumbing issue and the sink was backed up and that's why I needed the warranty. Everything turned out good. Anything that has broken, they have replaced or fixed.

I had a problem with my furnace. So they told me to get any plumber and they would repay me for a visit but they wouldn't that. When the time came for them to pay me, they said the person was not cooperating and so I was out $150. The equipment was apparently easy to install. The service men that they do send are quite good. They come in and fix the problem and they're done.

Our air conditioner and heater broke and they contacted a company to come out and fix it for us. My oven also broke and they would only work with one vendor down here and it ended up that I just had to pay for it myself because the vendor insisted that you be there and this was a rental house and it was like a couple hundred miles away so in that case, it wasn't a good experience. Fixing the heater went really well. It probably had something to do with people that approve it. The company that I wanted to have fix my oven refused to work with Choice Home Warranty because they said they were difficult and they took too long.

My washing machine quit spinning, leaving sopping wet clothes in the washer. When I called and explained the problem I was having choice immediately responded. They found us a technician and had them call us and set up an appointment time to have them come and fix the problem. They were right on time and contacted us before they came. All I had to pay was the $60 service fee. It was great.

I'm very impressed with the customer service. There was one incident recently where I had replaced the P-trap underneath my sink and they denied it but when I called and complained in a very respectful way they did send me a check for a hundred dollars so I thought that was fair. Most recently I had some water in the basement and the leak was coming from the humidifier in the furnace so the plumber was sent out by choice and they were able to find the leak and repair it.

One of the technicians didn't quite have the equipment that he needed to finish the job and said he would be back but it was about three days before he contacted us and we did have him come back. I wish they would send out a technician of our choice instead of their choice.

I have had it for some period of time and I have had an excellent experience with the service. They act very professional and are quick to respond to my needs. The people who come out are very professional and extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I had a washing machine quit working and they were able to determine that it was not able to be fixed and the gave me an amount of money back which helped me to purchase a new machine.

I always had wonderful service. When I call, right away, within a day or two days, the service is always polite. Last week I had trouble with my toilet and I called them up and they sent the plumber and he repaired it within ten minutes and he was very clean and neat about it. Always right away we get the plumber or whatever and then within a couple of days they're there.

My last two calls were answered immediately and they sent competent people to repair them. My hot water heater was not producing any hot water. We found Choice and they immediately got back to use and gave us the name of the contractor that would be coming out. They were here the same day and repaired it. We've had two experiences with Choice and bot instances, they returned calls immediately and provided contractors that did the job. I would call that excellent service.

We called on Monday and they repaired it I think on Tuesday or Wednesday. It was done adequately and the service technician was excellent. They get back to me regardless of whether it's a holiday or weekend and I'm a satisfied customer. Over New Year's Day, my refrigerator went out and they had someone to my house for the repair within eight hours. I've had two calls to them since I've owned my condo and they were right there and immediately took care of my problem. Both of them were dealing with plumbing and I did not want to have any problems with water leaks. They came the next morning. The first was my sinks were clogging up and they were fairly new. They came over and fixed both sinks and had them unclogged. The second was just about three or four weeks ago. My toilet seat had broken and we noticed the water leaking. We turned off the water immediately and called Choice. They had somebody here the next morning and it was fixed.

They get right on the job requests. The last time I used Choice, it was my air conditioning system, it wasn't heating. I called them and they set an appointment up with one of their contractors and they came out and fixed the problem. The first time they came out, I had a different guy, but it didn't work the way it was supposed to, but the next guy that came made everything work right. He didn't really fix it, and I had to pay a service charge and about a month later, I had to call back and pay another service charge. I don't think I should have been paying two service charges on that.

They were prompt and they get to work right away. They took about a week to come back and replace the part. The gentleman that came out for my dishwasher, diagnosed that he knew what it was, he said he would turn a report in and that they will go ahead and cover the replacement cost for the dishwasher, which they did. I was able to buy a new one, but it wasn't completely covered. The first time they came, they were prompt, very professional. The second time, the gentleman came and diagnosed the problem right away, but he said he wouldn't get approval from the company. He ordered the part and it took over a week to get it back and replace it.

I've gotten two or three incidents where I needed it for assistance and they responded in a timely manner with quality service people who are courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual. I had a problem with my garage door opener. They contacted a service and he responded and put in a new garage door opener and got it working properly. I was very satisfied with that service. They respond very quickly to any situation that might arise. Normally if I call them one day, within the next day, I've got somebody here to correct the problem that exists.

My garage door broke and I got a call within and hour or two from a garage door mechanic who came out and fixed it. They've approved everything except my heater which was 40 years old so they didn't pay for that.

Unfortunately the few times we've had to use choice over the last year we've had to have multiple technicians return to repair the same work. We had an issue with the air conditioning condenser. They dispatched a service agent. Within a couple weeks the same issue repeated itself and they re issued another agent out at no additional fee. They have great customer service they just need to work on their quality control for their technicians that they dispatch.

It would have been replaced if necessary so I'm very fond of the service they provide. The repairman was very prompt and courteous. The quality of work is very good and even my heating system is better now than it was before. When my heater broke I called Choice and it was easy to set up an appointment. Within one hour the heating company called me and the technician came the next day. He ordered parts and when they came in he was able to fix it. It was very fast. I like that they work with several local companies which creates competition and fast response.

When we first moved into our house we had problems with the AC and the company came the next day and got it up and running. It was wonderful. All the issues I've had have been dealt with in a timely manner. I had one technician show up late because he was misscheduled but other than that the service was good once he got here. I needed to use the warranty another time for a leak and was told the shower was connected wrong. I thought they could maybe connect it for me but they told me they don't do that so I had to do my own but he did fix the leak on the bathroom in the first floor which saved me money.'

Electrical over my sink was not working and I think the next day I had a technician out and he correct the problem. I've used another company several years ago. The last time I used them was for a refrigerator repair and it wasn't cooling and I didn't want my food was spoil. I'm very happy with the service. The quality of the technicians can vary a little bit but in general is good. When I had the air conditioning fixed, they were here the next day and it was all very well managed. The majority of the claims that I've placed were attended to in a very brief time, though there were a couple of claims where it was not clear whether the service was covered and I wasn't too happy when I had to pay.

I really like this plan but have 1 thing to say that hurt me deeply. My central air went out and was unrepairable. I had just had a massive heart attack and it was middle of summer. I called you you sent a repairman and he said was not fixable. Then you hit me with a brick you said it was consider ed upgrade and the warranty didn't cover that. When I bought the plan you said it was covered as I told you how old it was. Then pow I was so angry I couldn't see straight. I had to borrow the money from my son who was about to marry. His fiance was so mad at me I didn't get any time with my son and since they've been married I have only seen my son 1 time for 15 minutes. I don't believe I will renew again heartbroken.

They do a great job and are very professional. Customer support is very prompt, courteous, and they take your business right away. We've had to use four or five times over the course of the last three or four years and it had always been prompt and excellent service. We used the warranty within the last month. We had a stove stop working and they gave us an appointment the very same day and they came out the next day.

I had experience with two other companies and I didn't get the follow up I anticipated so I switched. I was able to get the claims off pretty seamlessly with choice. When I call them they get in contact with somebody. They usually call me that day or that night with someone that will come out. They will also put it on my computer with the contractor name and number. They come out, survey, and then they tell me what's wrong with it. They either fix it then or order a part. They are very nice people. I've been using them so long a lot of the repair people know me.

They were real prompt. The lady I talked to on the phone to get the warranty was very nice and very helpful. The people at the plumbing company that I used were very nice, very helpful, and very prompt. My garbage disposal wasn't working and they came out the next day and checked it and they installed a new disposal. Choice doesn't ask you 50 questions about what happened and why I need this. The just call the plumbing company and they come out and check everything.

I think they are very careful about what sort of services they provide and many of the service providers are not very dependable. One time our furnace didn't work so I called. They immediately got me in touch with a person who came to the house. We needed a new motor for our heat pump. He said he had to go order it and he'd be back. Never heard from him again. I called Choice after a week and said this guy wasn't doing a job. They then said find somebody locally and we had to submit a bill then they paid it. Never have we had a person come to do service that is not complaining about choice home warranty.

Every time I've had a problem I've called them and they've come through for me right away. The last time my refrigerator was making some noise and was making ice. I called them and they called a repair man right away. He explained to me that the reason it makes ice is because we leave the door open too long. They have qualified and knowledgeable repair men when I need them.

Seem to be responsive. ..When I call or email, I get responses back to the email or a phone call back. We've had to use the warranty several times. I've also been a customer for over three years now for the basic appliances. The time frames for the repairs work out well for us. I had to use the warranty for the washing machine and things worked well. It needed a couple of different parts in order to correct the issue and the technician was able to get approval on the parts and get them installed for me in a reasonable time frame.

Aalways get right back to you and get you scheduled right away. I'm having a refrigerator problem right now with the ice maker but it's been ongoing. It's older and I don't think they can get the proper parts. There was a problem with my microwave and they decided instead of fixing it, they would just send me a check to replace it. They've always been prompt and sending somebody out, even if they had to order a part. It was ordered and installed it in a prompt fashion. I just find them very easy to work with.

Never had any issue with the customer service. They've answered all my questions and were very courteous. I used the warranty twice. One for my microwave and one for my washing machine. Both times, it's been very good experience. They've answered all my questions. I even had trouble with my service pack and they got me a new service pack and things got done pretty quickly. It was fast and easy. I just made a phone call and they took care of the rest. They've just been very good and did everything they told me they would do.
