Our air conditioner quit Saturday, July 12,2025. Using the website I submitted a claim Saturday evening! Sunday morning we had an email with an appointment for repair by Save Now Cooling LLC for Tuesday, July 15, 2025. The interior temperature of our home was 91 degrees. Since that would be another two days without air, I called Raymond, the owner of Save Now Cooling LLC asking for a better date. Even though his company was busy with many other appointments, he said he would try to get a repairman to us sooner than Tuesday. Monday afternoon Scott arrived, diagnosed the problem and had the air running within 10-15 minutes. We would highly recommend Save Now Cooling LLC to anyone who needs air conditioner care. They are our company for our home now. We are very happy with Choice Home Warranty and Save Now Cooling LLC.

So far I’m having a great experience with this home warranty company. At first I was skeptical because the representative who signed me up hung up on me when I didn’t want to use choice warranty for both my properties. I didn’t even know I was signed up until I got an email but I have since submitted a claim and it was a smooth process. The service fee was $100 compared to $85 I pay with my other home warranty company but since no issues so far I have no regrets. The vendor/company used to take care of my issue was awesome so kudos for using good companies thus far!

I’ve had choice as my warranty company since may 2020. Overall the service has been a blessing. You submitted claim, it has gotten approved fairly quickly and then you make the arrangements with the company they pick to do the work. The one thing I’ve learned is that the date and time the technician is supposed to come differs from when the technician is actually going to be there so always follow up with the technician.

I have used Choice Home Warranty about four or five times in the last three years. It’s incredibly easy to go online and enter a claim. They are immediately responsive (within 24 hours or less) and quickly assign a local company to contact me. Should there be a question regarding approval for a specific repair, they are equally as quick getting back to me. I have been nothing but pleased with the service and professionalism. This is one of the best investments I’ve made.
