Choice Home Warranty is a reputable company that is true to it's word. If they can't fix your item, they will replace it. Their repairmen are knowledgeable and efficent. I have had occasion to use their services more than once and would recommend Choice Home Warranty without hesitation to anyone.

I had a great experience with the service! They were fast and reliable when my water heater boiler erupted, arriving in less than an hour. They also quickly fixed my microwave when it started turning off suddenly. The technician was knowledgeable and efficiently addressed the issues. Highly recommend!

I've had mixed experiences with customer support. Often, I have to wait for a callback, which can be frustrating. The first service visit I scheduled had a lot of miscommunication, but the subsequent visit went smoothly. Recently, I needed a furnace replacement, and I'm still waiting for it to be installed. Overall, it's been a decent experience despite some hiccups.

Overall, I've always received good service for my appliances.

I had a mixed experience with the service. While they were prompt in fixing my shower issue, I faced delays with the refrigerator ice maker repairs. The first time, it was just a filter replacement, but the second required a more extensive fix. Overall, the service is good, but communication could improve.

I had an issue with the appliance repair service. They didn't communicate well and arrived without notifying us in advance. Additionally, the washer malfunctioned and wouldn't stop running. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lack of communication and unresolved appliance issues.

I've used Choice Home Warranty multiple times and have consistently received good results. Their responses are quick and efficient, making the process smooth whenever I've needed assistance. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service.

I found it difficult to reach customer support, and the technicians often cite loopholes in coverage. For instance, they refused to honor a claim due to rust, which seems unfair when the appliance has been functioning well. However, I did have a positive experience when they fixed my broken toilets promptly.

Overall, I'm very happy with the quick turnaround and responsive support, despite some minor problems I've encountered.

I've generally had a positive experience with service. They responded well to issues with my air conditioner, stove, and microwave, making necessary repairs. However, I was a bit disappointed with the compensation for my stove, as it didn't cover the full cost of a replacement. Overall, their service has been wonderful.

I had a great experience with Choice for my AC issue in Tucson. They were very responsive and had a technician out quickly. The service was prompt, and my problem was resolved efficiently. I was very happy with their support during this hot weather!

I had a frustrating experience with the warranty service; they often found reasons to deny my claims. However, when I finally got through, they diagnosed a recurring issue with my refrigerator and managed to fix it. Overall, the service was hit or miss, but they did resolve my problem in the end.

I had a mixed experience. While the service was generally good, there were delays in getting a technician assigned and a long wait for my water heater replacement during an emergency. They struggled to find parts for my washer and ended up offering a store card that barely covers my expenses. Overall, I’m unhappy with the handling of urgent issues.

I had a great experience with Choice Warranty. They responded promptly to my air conditioning issue while my daughter was visiting. The technician arrived the same day and fixed it quickly. I also had a plumbing issue that was resolved within two days without any hassle. Excellent service overall!

I've had a great experience with their service. They're usually fast and reliable. When my water heater malfunctioned, they replaced it quickly and without any hassle. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded, sending someone to replace it within just a couple of days. Highly satisfied!

I had a frustrating experience with my home warranty provider. When my air conditioner's circulation motor failed, they initially claimed it wasn't covered due to the manufacturer's warranty. After researching Florida's new law, I had to prove it was expired. They seemed aware of the law but made the process difficult. Despite this, I re-signed for another term, hoping for better service next time.

I had mixed experiences with the service. They were responsive and reached out to me, which I appreciated. However, I faced issues with communication during the repair of my water heater. The technician didn't inform my tenant properly, leading to missed appointments. Overall, while the service was good, communication needs improvement.

Choice Home Warranty has been fantastic in responding to my needs. They quickly addressed my dishwasher issue and sent someone out within two days when my refrigerator broke. Although the repair couldn't be done due to part availability, they efficiently provided funds for a replacement the next day. Highly satisfied with their service!

I had a plumbing issue at one of my homes, and they scheduled a visit promptly, fixing the problem quickly. I also had an air conditioning issue while my daughter was in Florida with her family. I advised her to call Choice Warranty, and they came out the same day and resolved it. Overall, their service has been excellent and timely!

I had some issues with my refrigerator, and the technician diagnosed the ongoing problem efficiently. The claim process was smooth, and I was contacted by a technician within a few days. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and the prompt response to my concerns.

I've had mostly positive experiences with my appliances service. They promptly fixed my refrigerator and dryer, but I had an issue with my garage door opener that they wouldn't cover, leading me to buy a new one. However, their technician was excellent—very customer-oriented and explained all my options clearly.

I had a very frustrating experience with Choice. Communication was poor, and it took far too long to resolve my water heater issue—five days without hot water! Despite making several calls, I felt ignored. Eventually, they offered to reimburse for my own plumber, but the delay was unacceptable. On a positive note, they did respond quickly to a bathroom leak. Overall, my experience has been mixed.

I found Choice Home Warranty to be quite responsive when I needed assistance, addressing my dishwasher issue quickly, although I was frustrated about the software update charge. The process for getting a new microwave involved delays and self-installation, which was unfortunate. Overall, their service has been good, but the vendor issues need improvement.

I've had mixed experiences with customer support. Sometimes they send unprofessional technicians who don't meet expectations, making the service hit or miss. I've also faced long hold times and had to call back for assistance. While there are good representatives, consistency is lacking, so caution is advised when relying on their service.

I had a frustrating experience with the service. After a flood in my house, it took days for someone to respond. The second issue was a dripping kitchen faucet, which also went unaddressed for too long. Overall, the response time was disappointing and left me feeling neglected during urgent situations.

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. While the representative was polite and repeated questions for clarity, I felt my concerns were not addressed effectively. I was denied the assistance I expected, and despite having a warranty, my issue was not resolved in a timely manner. Overall, I was disappointed with the response and service quality.

I had a positive experience using the website and found the customer support efficient. My ice maker was fixed promptly, and when the washing machine pump failed, they responded quickly to my claim, sending someone out within two days. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

I rarely deal with customer service directly, but when I do, they get straight to the point. I had an issue with my pool pump warranty claim; although I had trouble getting in touch with the contractor, Choice Warranty was responsive. They contacted him and resolved the issue promptly. Overall, my experience has been positive.

What I dislike is them taking a plumbers word when the plumber lied and I had to hire another plumber. That was a few weeks ago .Today I have a HVAC technician that gas got to be one of the best technician I have ever dealt with.He was so professional and knowledgeable about his job and explained it so I could understand. If I ever needed a HVAC technician I only want the one I had today.

I had another company that left me hanging a lot. Had them for years and decided to go with choice. So far they have come through when I need them. Most of my appliances are new but had trouble with mt garage door and they got someone to fix it. I am a senior and nice to know I have a company that I can depend on.

Timeline---Friday, 31 October 2025 - My refrigerator stopped functioning. I went online and contacted my Choice Home Warranty (CHW). CHW notified me that a Whirlpool technician will be arriving on Wed 05 Nov to check on it. Wed 05 Nov Whirlpool technician examined refrigerator and stated that he needed to order parts which will be here on Fri 14 Nov. So far everything understandable. Fri 14 Nov Whirlpool technician puts in new parts but now says that due to leaks the refrigerator is unrepairable and he will send his report in to CHW. I am told to check with CHW on Mon 17 Nov. Now 18 days without refrigerator and Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Mon 17 Nov called CHW. Told no report yet to check back with them on Fri 21 Nov. Getting less understandable all the time. Fri 21 Nov Called CHW. Told they are still waiting for report from Whirlpool. I called Whirlpool and they tell me that they don't send out reports and that CHW has to call them for the report. They gave me a telephone number to give to CHW. Too late today to call CHW back. Sat 22 Nov Called CHW and claims person said she couldn't do anything that they have to wait for the report. Requested to speak to a manager and was connected to Dave Lane. He attempted to call Whirlpool but they were closed for the weekend. Told me to call CHW back on Mon 24 Nov. Mon 24 Nov Called CHW . Told Dave wasn't available but lady was very kind but said they couldn't finalize the claim without the report from Whirlpool. At this point whenever I hear the word "Whirlpool" it is a "Run Forrest, Run!" reaction. She told me that I will get an email with the results. Received an email at 3:00 p.m. stating that it will take 72 hours to resolve the claim. That means Thursday, 27 Nov which is Thanksgiving and I doubt anyone will be working. Wed 26 Nov (I am such an optimist) Called CHW and was told that they have received the report from Whirlpool (Forrest?) and that it now has to go through the portal (whatever that is) and that I could call back later today for more information. Only 27 days without a refrigerator! 3:00 p.m. called CHW and was told they are processing the claim and should have results by Fri 28 Nov. Thurs 27 Nov - THANKSGIVING DAY - Interesting hosting our guests without a refrigerator. Got through it OK though I'm sure it will be talked about for quite sometime! Fri 28 Nov 12:40 p.m. Called CHW and was told they are still waiting for report from Whirlpool!! Explained that they had told me onWed 26 Nov that they had received the report and were sending it through the portal (whatever that is). Asked to speak to manager. Spoke to Matthew aid that this should be resolved today and to call back later today. 3:30 p.m. received an email from CHW saying that replacement refrigerator has been approved and that we would be receiving a gift card for Lowes in the amount of $818.00 and it would be mailed sometime within the next 30 days! This could be after Christmas before a new refrigerator gets here. Called CHW to see if card could be sent as soon as possible so we could take advantage of Black Fridays sales and save a lot of money. Told that they have to wait until they "have a batch" to send. Asked to speak to Manager. Spoke to Ariel. After repeating several times that it was procedure and they have to wait she finally asked me to hold while she checked on it. She came back and said she had approval to send us a check so we can go ahead and buy a new refrigerator. All along during this CHW has told us several times NOT to go ahead and buy a new one until they had completed processing. Sat 29 Nov Went out and purchased a new refrigerator to be delivered. Thurs 04 Dec New refrigerator delivered. Haven't seen anything from CHW yet. Conclusions - We chose CHW because they have one of the highest ratings and reputations in the business. This has been our first real dealing with them. Everyone we dealt with at CHW was courteous and polite and seemed to be doing everything they could to assist us. I think a lot of our problems and delays were caused by the tardiness in Whirlpool's (Run, Forrest Run!) delivering their findings to CHW, however CHW could have been more direct in dealing with Whirlpool. While this situation has been less than totally satisfactory, I'm inclined to give CHW the benefit of the doubt and will remain with them for now and see what the future brings.

They do what they should do: take a low monthly fee to offset costs for all in the pool, so that unexpected repair costs can be done for a much more reasonable fee than the entire repair, with qualified workers. I’m satisfied.

I did my research on home warranty companies and decided that CHW had the best reviews and a reasonable price for coverage. On my first and only claim so far my GE dishwasher that came with my new home was leaking all over my kitchen floor. So I put in a new claim. The technician that evaluated my leaking dishwasher determined that the (2 are old) dishwasher had to be replaced. Choice then agreed to send me a $272.00 Lowes e-card to replace my dishwasher. When I contacted Lowes to see what there in stock dishwashers cost I found that the cheapest dishwasher was a Frigidaire that cost $299.00. The GE dishwasher that matched my leaking dishwasher was priced at $329.00. So...the $272.00 offered by CHW was not enough money to purchase any dishwasher offered at Lowes. I was told that $272.00 e-card was for "replacement " but the money CHW offered is not enough to buy even the cheapest dishwasher at Lowes. I am very disappointed with CHW's coverage of my claim. CHW told me that their $272.00 e-card was based on "wholesale" costs and not on "retail" costs. This is very disappointing for me the consumer and for me the customer. I now have to pay retail price to purchase the "replacement " GE dishwasher that has a retail price of $329.00. This is not the response that I expected from a # 1 home warranty company!!!

It was easy to call for a service, but online I could not get my account to enter to place an online claim. The representative was very helpful and the service tech assigned was outstanding in every way. The vendor was VIA appliance repair and they really were very good and professional.

In the past I have had issues with Choice Home Warranty they had problems getting a company to accept the claim and come out and fix an appliance, but it seems they are getting much better, they now ask for the information about the appliance, serial # make and model when you make the claim...then send out a repair service for that specific maker, like Whirlpool. Their service seems much faster than in the past.

Choice Warranty offered a service plan that was much better in comparison to other companies. They respond immediately to a claim, and set up service in a timely fashion. You can follow up with them at any point in the claim process for updates.

Being a relatively new member I was worried when my washing machine developed a banging noise. But I called, I paid my $75 and a time was scheduled with a local repair company. There was a little confusion between CHW and the local repair shop, but it all turned out just great! I am so pleased. It was all very professional and well done!

Very easy to deal with. They sent someone out and had to pay a small service fee, but it was all worth it. The problem ended up being the water softener tank and that company took care of it for me after the plumber diagnose the issue.

I had no contact except from the repair person. Took over 2 weeks to get part, the only way I knew what was going on was from the repair rep. Nothing from Choice! Still waiting on another part. No contact again. Dish Washer is still not working going on 4 weeks! The repair person did a great job and was able to install the part quickly. The main problem from Choice was no information given to me. I worked with them because I am under contract with them. This is first time I have had an issue. They were prompt and efficient on two other repairs! They kept me informed etc. This time nada!

We have had to use our warranty twice and CHW has been great to work with and has taken care of both issues! We will continue to be a customer and will recommend them to everyone. In fact, already have with both people signing up!

I’m very happy with Home Choice. Every time I filed a claim, they respond right away, and within 24hrs, a service technician was at my house. Formula Air did a good job fixing my heating unit which is over 20 years old, but it’s still working. I was having anxiety about my heat not working just when we was starting to have cold weather

I recently had an issue with my furnace and thermostat. I contacted Choice and they were so quick to respond and find a technician to come out to review the issue. He was more than qualified and found the problem and fixed it! I'm so appreciative of how efficient everyone was. Thank you!

The plumbing company that just used did a great job of installing a new faucet which was the cause of a bad leak under my kitchen cabinet. The job was smooth and efficient and the pros were very courteous and friendly! Choice came through for me again with great service and good choices for contractors!
