We were really in dire straits last month when we had a flood in the basement and they really escalated it for us. They came out that Monday and took care of it as soon as they could. I've never had an issue yet with them and so far, they've been good and provided the service that I needed. When I called to reinstate my policy, the representative that I talked to was very helpful and funny and very down to earth. I enjoyed talking with them.

Everyone has been super. Any time I've called or had any sort of questions, they service has been great. My kitchen sink stopped working so they came out and replaced it. I just really like the fact that the agent that I talked to initially offered me a three year plan at a discounted rate, which makes sense because I'm going to need a plan every year. So to get that offer without having to track it down, I really appreciated that.

You don't have to wait, they come out and the people they send out are very professional. They do good work and I don't have to wait too long for a response. I usually need it with my heating system and I only had one bad experience. That was with one of the representatives they sent out. But other than that, everyone has been very professional and to the point except for that one.

When I first started with Choice Warranty, I put in a claim for problems that I was having at my house and they were very good. My oven went out and they selected someone to come to my house to repair it. It was done in a timely manner. The second time, I had moved and I had an issue with my washing machine and that was resolved as well. I had called Choice Home Warranty a few weeks ago, and I don't know what happened but the people were very rude. I had already recommended friends of mine to use Choice Home Warranty and the man told him not to ever call back. I don't know if they switched management or whatever but I wouldn't recommend Home Warranty to anybody after that happened.

They were very prompt with all the requests that we put in. We have a condo and Choice Warranty was right there for us. We needed a dishwasher, we've used it for electric, plumbing, we've it for everything that we needed. They were right there. So they are very accommodating to all of our needs. They were very proficient in their jobs. All of the reps that I needed were very accommodating and there were no problems.

So far they've been very helpful and we've had no problems using them. We had problems with the air conditioning because we have three air condition units in the house and the newest one went belly up and we had to use the warranty. They've been very helpful with this problem that we have run into. This is the fourth time that somebody has come in and checked the air conditioning and I know it's not their problem, is the company that came over, but they were very helpful and very responsive. We got call backs so we are very pleased with it so far.

Choice is very prompt, courteous, and fast. I'll file a claim and within one hour a company will be assigned to look at it. Sometime with the vendor companies you will have to go back a second time but I have not a had any problems with choice. I had one really good experience with them when my washing machine broke and they offered me money to buy a new one and they made sure I was happy about it.

They pretty much gave me all the information I needed and they did a good job of what they did. My air conditioning unit had run out and I thought it was gone completely and all it was was a fan blade. They came out, did the job, explained everything they were doing. I enjoyed the way they did their business. They're very prompt and knowledgeable on what they're doing and try to explain it for you. They just do a good job.

The first time I called they didn't understand what I would need. The second time I called, she understood exactly what I was saying so we went for it and everything was done correctly and she was an excellent representative. The person they selected to come to my home to fix my washer was quick and had newer stuff and I appreciated that. Everything was done with clockwork. It was wonderful. I'm pretty happy with the customer service but it depends on who I have on the phone. Sometimes some people are much more friendly than others. I like the friendly ones but they did a good job. I had the dishwasher that needed to be fixed. I paid $45 and then he said he had to change it so he was fixing it again this morning and I didn't have to pay again. I saved $200 on the repair. I had a backup on my toilet and I couldn't use the bathroom. They wanted to give me the service five days later and I think that's not good so I paid the plumber and now they're going to pay me back but it takes a long time before they actually come.

They came, but didn't come in a timely manner. They were about a half an hour late but they take care of what needs to be done for us. I needed to use my warranty for my AC. I called choice warranty and they set me up an appointment really quick and then they called me to let me know they were on their way and what time they would be there. Everything was really good and on time for me. I was happy. We appreciate them coming out. Everyone has been very memorable and nice. I was happy with the service.

My heating system when down and I called them and they didn't get back to me right away. They're supposed to get back to you within twenty four hours. So I called them again and asked them what the problem was and why they hadn't gotten back to me. They had said they were having difficulty finding someone in my area to take care of the problem. I had told them I could get the heating guy that I had used before and they authorized it and supposedly would send me a reimbursement check I haven't gotten, but they said it could take up to a month or so. I did have a little it of an issue with one guy they kept sending me. He took about three or four times to finally get the problem handled which was a little bit annoying. I have Choice Warranty on two properties and for the most part, they did good. They've handled most of my situation.

They're quick to respond. My dryer went out and they had somebody here within two days to replace the element. I'm very satisfied with that. The last one wasn't fixed by Choice Home Warranty. The guy they sent out didn't have very much knowledge in fixing my dishwasher so I called back and they sent another person out from another company and not we are waiting for the part.

They gave me a good deal and I got good service for them. I've used them 4 different times and they were awesome. The first time my garbage disposal broke and they came out and fixed it. They told me there may be water damage so they called somebody to check and I did have damage and it ruined my floors and my homeowners insurance ended up covering reflooring my whole house because choice warranty caught that. I've gotten really quick responses and they've always covered everything.

CHW's service has always been excellent only issue I've had has been with one of the vendors. My heat stopped working and I called customer service. They sent me info vial email about the vendor and appointment time. The vendor told us the problem and said the part was supposed to here in 3-5 business days but that was the beginning of November and it didn't get in until the end of November. So it took 3 weeks to get fixed. I think choice should do a follow up to make sure that the vendor you guys send out has completed the job to the satisfaction of the customer because that can reflect poorly on choice if the vendor doesn't do the job promptly and well.

A friend recommended Choice Home Warranty to me. They are very courteous and helpful. When I call they are very quick to resolve the problem. I had a plumbing problem and called on a Sunday and they had someone lined up that afternoon to come on Monday. That was fabulous. The person that came knew what the problem was and had the part in his truck to fix it right away.

Someone always answers the phone 24/7. I had a problem with my billing the first month and I called them and they took care of it right there on the spot. My refrigerator stopped working and the service guy was supposed to come Tuesday but he called Monday morning and said someone had canceled. You don't get that too often. It was great. So far I'm really happy with them. The payment is way less than american home shield. The contractor's american home shield used was horrible. So I went with choice. I used them for my refirgorator, it was great. They covered the part. I used them again for my pool and I was upset for my contractor. I didn't have a problem with choice but if I have a problem with my pool again I will not have that company out again.

They're always responsive and process the claims very quickly. I recently needed to use my warranty because the latch on my washing machine broke and shredded my laundry. They had someone out here the very next day and although it took two weeks to get the part, the day the part came in, he picked it up and came over that evening. I think their choice of vendors is very very good. It's very prompt and very courteous service.

Right in the midst of cold weather, my furnace went out and I called them and they were here the next day and everything was back up before the end of the next day. It seems like when I put in a claim, they were right on top of things and they didn't lollygag. They were giving prompt service and took care of my problem. I've had to call in twice. It seems like Choice has good spokespeople that come out to your home.

They answer back right away and when I've had a problem, they sent somebody out right away. I used the warranty twice. The first time was with my dryer. It wouldn't heat any longer and they said it would cost as much as it would to replace it so they gave me the money to replace it. And the second time was with my air conditioner. It stopped cooling and I had to replace the coils and it was covered by my warranty.

I've had them for years and I been satisfied with their service. Every time I called them, someone came out promptly and everyone they sent was definitely good. We just used them about two weeks ago. We had a leak on our dishwasher and from an experience in the summer before, it cost me a lot of money to replace all of the time, so we called with the same problem and they took care of it in a very satisfactory manner.

Every time we call, they are always quick to respond and arrange the service. Last time I needed to use my warranty was when my disposal was bad. Basically I called and the next day they were there. One time, I hadn't been living in the house and I needed the thermostat that required batteries and that was all. And then the second time he wasn't working and I thought it might be due to the fact we had to evacuate for hurricanes and the gentleman fixed it really quickly and that was great. I had an emergency and they sent me the guy the same day and they ended up coming at 10 o'clock at night and they fixed my problem. I appreciated that very much. I called in the morning and the lady who answered the phone told me it would be a twenty four hour watch. When the technician came out, he was able to do it the same day. They were real quick with approving his part estimates so I did not have to wait around to get my stuff fixed. I had to get my heater fixed and they were able to find somebody that was able to come as soon as the call basically. They were able to fix it within three or four hours which contributed to the quick response of the team approving his quotes. I appreciate them being quick to respond.

All the deals I've had with them, they've been very quick in getting the response out and the work's been done accurately. I had an electrical problem a couple of weeks ago and I called Choice and within two hours I received a call back from the company to do the work and they were going to schedule it for the following day and the gentleman calls and said that he could do it that evening if I was available. In just a couple of house we were done and didn't have to wait another day. They've been very quick about getting work done and the work's been done correctly the first time.

Each time I call, I've been able to get service. Not always timely I think. I think it's been maybe 2-3 days before on one incident. I was expecting a quicker response and a response to a concern that I had with one of the vendors where I had to actually pay additional money and the representative from Choice could not help me with that in terms of making sure I got reimbursed. I'm waiting to hear back regarding the microwave service that I received a couple weeks ago. The guy came out and he was able to diagnose the problem, he temporarily fixed the problem with leaving me with the impression that a part had to be ordered and it was up to the company to determine whether or not they wanted to pay for that part as well as the installation fee and labor associated with him coming back to put that part on my microwave. But I haven't heard back from Choice regarding the follow up to that.

The most recent interaction I had with them, they were phenomenal. They took care of the problem and took care of the expenses. Customer service was phenomenal. But I have a number that I have to call to go directly to the resolutions line anytime I have a problem because the ordinary line I can't get a good customer service rep. For the resolutions team is phenomenal, but their ordinary customer service, not so much. Most recently we added plumbing fixtures to our plan and our kitchen faucet just all of the sudden stops working properly so we have a plumber come out and he worked with it and he could fix it and he replaced the fixture for us. There have been a couple of frustrating times when there was an appliance that wasn't working properly most of the time, but when the technician came out to look at it, it was working at that time so they wouldn't repair it at that time.

I've gotten really good service when I've had to use it. I've used it three times and each time it's been very satisfactory with the customer. The microwave quit and I called and it was the next day and they had to order a part and it took one more day but they got it fixed. I've never been disappointed with their service. Each time I've called, I've gotten an immediate response and had a repair person out within a day. Each time I've had a claim, it's been handled in a very effective and quick manner.

The realtor recommended Choice, said if I wanted a home warranty, they were a good option. I've used them a few times. I have already recommend choice home warranty to 3 of my friends. It is the best home warranty company I have ever used. They are willing to put int the extra effort to solve problems. It was really priced when we first got it 4 years ago and I bought a two year policy last year and I am really hoping it doesn't get more expensive. It is a luxury to have this kind of coverage. So far it has been really good at replacing, they helped us replace the refrigerator and the dishwasher. The air conditioning people have been very good to us. It has been money well spent.

Just a couple of weeks ago, right before thanksgiving, I needed to use because my high end refrigerator stopped cooling and they contacted a technician company in the area and within 48 hours I had my refrigerator working again. Mid America Ent (James D.) was sent by Choice Warranty for my 2 toilets. James looked at the inner workings of the toilets and saw immediately what the problems were. They were both fixed within a half hour. James was incredibly professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and was able to put me at ease( having a stranger in my home) . Generally, I love Choice Home Warranty. They have repaired a few things in my house and done a great job! They do solid work and pick good workmen to do the work. This time my dishwasher died and they are offering me an amount that is not even close to replacing it nor was I offered an option for them just to let me pick 1 of 3 to replace it. They are offering an electronic gift card to one store. I don't even have the option to shop around. This one incident may cause me to rethink renewing my contract with them. I have been with them since 2017 and this is the first time I have been surprised at the way they have handled things. If you want something repaired - GREAT! If you need something REPLACED - MEH Offering me $246 to replace a dishwasher when that was the price it was going to take to repair my dishwasher (parts are not available any longer) seems to be a POOR way to decide how one would replace an appliance. Replacing and having a dishwasher installed is around $700. This amount is barely making a dent. I could go on eBay and buy the part but the tub or hose seems to be leaking as well.

When I have an electrical problemI can count on John(Hermann - Our Local Electrician). John is fast,reliable and efficiently diagnoses the problem and ultimately solves the issue in a timely manner. When its an appliance issue, Sean White( Tempest Tech Appliance Repair) is fast,relaible, efficient and timely in getting the appliance repaired. They did respond to me when I called and asked questions. They did the best to help me. I used them for my refrigerator about a year and a half ago. They were good on their end but the person who did the contractor was not good. It took eight days to fix my fridge. I had nine people in this house. It really upset me because they said it would take seven to fourteen days and then I asked if there was any way that can be expedited. And they said that they could pay extra to get it quick. I called to get it expedited and they would not pick up the phone. I called every day for five days. Three times I left messages and they never message me back and then on the day they were supposed to fix the refrigerator, no one came. I called to see what happened and they had said that someone had called and I didn't answer. So they said they they could send someone out the next day first thing in the morning. I called and they had mentioned that the repairman had an emergency and couldn't make it.

They are very attentive to the customer. I'm still currently waiting on the customer support right now. It's been over twenty four hours but in past experiences they've been very attentive to any problems and providing that solution. I needed my garage door opener fixed and they sent a repairman out and they repaired it. It was quick and fast, but it happened very efficiently.Currently, I'm in the middle of a situation with my refrigerator. Choice Home Warranty is a good company. I will say that I did have a bad experience with my air conditioner and the individual that they had when I put in my claims, when he came out, it seemed like he was using Choice to benefit his company and not actually provide service to the customer. When I recorded it, Choice Home Warranty actually replaced him with a different repair technician.

I have belonged to other warranty companies before and they were not nearly as good as Choice Home Warranty. Customer support has been really good. Following up is important and providing progress reports and Choice does all of those things very well. I had a plumbing problem and the plumber was immediately dispatched and came out the next day, cleared up the problem, was very customer friendly, did a tremendous job. And the Choice customer service person was very response and the whole contact was excellent. They really express appreciation for your business and they treat you respectfully.
