They were very attentive and very knowledgeable and solved the problem that I called for. They referred me to somebody that does work for them and they set up a schedule. It was easy and they came and fixed the sink, the sink was not draining. They did the work in thirty minutes and they were done. It was very refreshing and stress free. This was the first time I used them and my experience was very satisfactory. I was happy with it.

They respond so quickly and they get somebody out here immediately and they did a good job. I just used the warranty the other day. My garage door broke and it wouldn't close or open. I called them up and they were here the next day and got it fixed, no problems. The contractors they chose to come out and do the work were very knowledgeable and very quickly got people in here. The only thing I've had is great experiences. I've had to call three times in two years and it's always been a pleasure and I will continue with them forever.

To be honest, I haven't really had too many complaints or problems. I think I've only called twice with a couple of minor things and they took care of it right away. One time I needed to use the warranty because I was having problems with the freezer and they got ahold of a tech and sent them out. He was here within twenty four hours and he fixed the problem, it took him about a week to get the part. But when he got the part, he came back and fixed the problem and it's been fine ever since. they've done a very good job by me.

They were responsive to me when I was signing up and the customer service after I signed up, answered my questions and ended up getting me a better rate. I signed up for a three year/multiple year contract and when I had my first issue, they were very quick to send someone out. I've been pleased with my service so far. Just recently, I needed it for my AC unit. I think I called on a Saturday or Friday and they were able to schedule someone to come out by the end of one week.

They took care of what I needed to have done at my home. The service man that came out fixed both of my problems and so that was kind. I would say it was a good experience. I had my washing machine flooded and when you opened the door, the water came out and went all over the floor. They sent a guy out and he fixed it. It was perfect in every sense. I also had an ice maker that they sent out a repairman for and they fixed it.

I didn't have to wait long and the service was done promptly. My sink clogged and I couldn't get it working and they came and fixed it and I didn't have a problem anymore.They were very prompt on the work and they were very efficient. The people that you talk to when you put the claim in were very polite and concerned about all of the things being done. The workers came on time as well and give you a time frame when they were coming.

They respond quickly and follow up with emails which I like. I used it about two weeks ago and had an issue with the air conditioner. They sent somebody out the next day to repair it and it's working fine. The people who have come out have been very professional and knew what they were doing and did good, clean work. I've had one problem early on. I've been with them now for three or four years. There was coverage under my warranty, which the salesman sold me and when I filed the claim, they told me that it was not covered, even though it stated in my policy that it was covered. They offered to pay me for half of my expenses and then removed the coverage completely which I was extremely upset about.

They're always very responsive and I always get somebody out here very quickly. Just recently our hot water heater wasn't working so I called and let them know and it took a week to get somebody here because we live way out in the country. So they guy came out and got it working. There was a part that had to be ordered, we paid $45 and we got hot water. It was that quick and simple. They have used good technicians.

I've had two claims with them and I was a little disappointed in the outcome that they didn't cover it. My AC wasn't working and they sent out an AC tech that determined that it was the thermostat so they had to reschedule it and that didn't work so they sent out another tech which said that it was not the thermostat and it's been working ever since.

Other than the service people they have sent out, it's absolutely wonderful. Most recently, I had a plumbing issue. They got a plumber to come out the same day that I called, which was great. He was very good but he could do the rest of the work, so we needed to get in touch with the contractor that could do the rest of the work. My homeowner's insurance found me a contractor that I've been working with to have walls torn down and they've been wonderful. I got the name from Choice Home Warranty but I couldn't utilize them because they don't cover that type of thing. They have been very prompt in getting back to me when I've had an issue.

It's a quick response. If I have a big problem, I have a supervisor and they're just friendly. There was an issue with my refrigerator. Choice Warranty offered me money towards my repairable fix and then the refrigerator was broken again and they took care of that too. They sent out a new technician and now it's working perfectly. They kind someone qualified. If I tell them to find me somebody right away, they get a different person.

You make an appointment, they follow up with you, everything's good. I only had one bad experience. My refrigerator was not working correctly, I made an appointment. They come and fix it. One company that came did not show up on time. They called me fifteen minutes after the end of the appointment and asked if they could come the next day. The second company came when they were supposed to and fixed it.

We've had to use them twice and both times they were spot on and there were no issues using it. My garbage disposal went out and they sent a technician out. I paid $75 and he found that he did have to swap it out and put in a new garbage disposal. He went to the store and brought it right back and installed it. There was no further cost so I thought that was awesome. I never have to call them back. They take care of everything on the first time.

They are pretty responsive and were able to schedule a technician within a day. The air conditioning was not working so I called the home warranty to check the AC unit. Some of the things were not covered under the warranty and it was not clear why. For instance, the technician when they arrived, the freon level was low and they said they were only allowed to put two pounds or more because of the warranty. I called Choice Home Warranty to get clarification and they kind of explained it but not to my satisfaction. Every time I call them, they are able to pick it up. They were pretty respectful and courteous. I think one time they actually called back to follow up on one of the issues.

The real estate person recommended it to me, and I have been recommending it to my friends and family. My air conditioning compressor went out when it was a hundred and four degrees on a Saturday, and they sent out a serviceman Monday morning and the job was done by Tuesday Morning. I only had a sixty-dollar service fee and they paid the rest. I am very confident if I have another issue, they will take care of it.

I like the coverage and I continually like the customer service. I would like to name one but you have to go through too many changes just to get to an actual person. I called earlier this month. I used it for my pump and it was taken care of within a couple of days. Normally the technicians were well informed and they arrive on time. The only thing is I wish they would allow the customer to pick their contractor.

When I call them, they are very professional. They did exactly what they said and I wanted them to do. I actually wrote a letter to them because I was very very thankful because I didn't know what to do and they were able to identify the problem for me for my rental. I was far away from the city when I called them and they identified the problem. And within twenty four hours they had somebody come to my rental house to make the changes.

They were quick. The first two times I needed to use the warranty with a rental property and they couldn't fix it because it didn't come under the warranty and that was discouraging. The last time I used it, my dryer quit working and he was very nice and very good but he didn't up the vent that comes out the back of the dryer and so the first time I used it, I spent an hour trying to get it back up.

I've used them for a couple of years now so I just renewed my warranty. They are very reliable, they've never questions any problem that I've had. They responded immediately. I had a loud noise coming from the toilet or the result of the toilet when I flushed it and I had to call them to see what the problem was. The response was immediate. I didn't have to wait. Any experience that I've had with them has been pleasant. They've been very nice and professional. The first time that I used it, it was the air conditioning that went out in the middle of the summer, on a weekend. I called and the service was provided in a very reasonable time frame and when I called, they were very courteous. I was at ease. The process is easy and simple and it's very comforting. Things are being done in a timely manner. The quality of the service is excellent because it's an easy experience. It doesn't require a lot of work on my part.

They are a lot nicer to deal with than the other company and there's only a two to three day waiting period to have a technician come out. I had to use it for my front loading washing machine. They had someone come out. I needed a new pump motor. He submitted the request to Choice and they approved it and the next day he replaced it. They are a very fair company. They are easy to work with and they don't have an attitude.

They always keep in touch with me every time I have a question or they let me know what's going on, they send me an email or call me. I recently had to use it to fix my refrigerator. The staff went out because the motor in the freezer went out so I called them and within a couple of days they came out and fixed it. They do their work. They have the best technicians to come out and work on all the appliances.

The representatives have always been polite and professional. My problem has always pretty much been stopped. I've never had an issue. It's very easy. You call in about a problem and it's pretty much all of the next few days and they come. I would highly recommend Choice Home Warranty. They work with you to get your problem resolved. I needed to have my dishwasher looked at because it wasn't washing and they scheduled someone right away. The technician that came out was very courteous and polite and solved the issue right away. There have been a few exceptions but very few. Almost all of the technicians that have come out and have taken care of the problems in an efficient manner.

Cheaper than American Home Shield and I don't have to pay as much as I would have to if I called an independent plumber or electrician. They take care of the customer and they do follow up calls and I appreciate that. The vendors and technicians are very respectful of my property. They usually have shoes covered to keep my house clean and they usually don't take long to complete the job. I've never had to have a second call for the same item.

They always answer my questions. If there was something that I did not understand in the contract, they actually answer it. Whenever I make a claim, it's fast. After they give me a claim number, the next day, I get a schedule. If I want another schedule, I can call the number they provide me for the person with that repair company. I liked the repair company they sent us. They were very friendly. They gave me a good deal and that is amazing for me. The services are fast and quality. Every time I've had an issues they've been very responsive and send someone out immediately. They've been able to fix every problem I've had quickly and with only a 45 dollar service fee. I called because the washing machine was making a horrible noise. They sent out a service person who fixed it immediately. The main thing that I appreciate is the savings that choice has done for me. I'm extremely happy with them. I've used 3 other companies that were rude. I had one that was double the price with the worst service. Choice seemed extremely kind and empathetic and very relatable. You can tell they cared. Choice is extremely easy to use. My A/C was messing up and it was not fixable so they replaced the whole thing. The technician is genuinely one of the nicest men I've ever met. You can tell the company really cares about the client not just a paycheck.

I've already recommended them to several of my friends. I don't always feel comfortable with people in my house but so far they've been great. I've had good luck with every repair person they send out here. Whenever I've had a problem, they've handled it immediately and if there is something that is not completely fixed, they turn around and send a representative back. The people follow through and are very cordial and very professional. I think it is a little more expensive than what other plans are offering but they never have failed me as of yet. I've had one bad experience, where I thought water damage was covered but then my claim was denied, but I can't base that one bad experience on every time I've used them and were very trustworthy. I had my freezer not working two weeks ago and I contacted someone, and they had someone come out and I fixed and I was very pleased with that.

Sometimes I feel like the cost is really expensive because I don't use it all the time but the price of the deductible is reasonable and you never know when something is going to come up so it gives me peace of mind to have. They seem helpful, though sometimes they say no to a policy and you don't know if you are going to be covered or not but they customer service people are very friendly.

They've always wanted to make sure I was satisfied. They follow up after the fact. They've done a good job in terms of customer service and making sure my needs are met. Just recently I called because I was having an electrical issue with one of my light switches and they sent information out to me as to who the assigned company would be. It was then followed up with a call from the company to make sure that was the reason they were coming out. Everything was understood, followed through and the work was done satisfactorily.

CHW has always been there when the need arises! I have been a member for about 1&1/2 yrs now, my last experience was with a leaky toilet. Let me tell you they hung in there until the problem was resolved. This included 3 visits from one company without the problem being fixed then they send out Tony from Tony's Plumbing & he saw the problem right away 'the flusher valve'. He changed it & now my toilet doesn't do a half flush every 15-30 minutes! Yay!! for CHW for sticking in there until the problem was fixed!!!

They get back to me right away, I get fast service. My washing machine replacement had just died on me and the service that Choice Home Warranty chose was just very good. They diagnosed the problem immediately, I mean maybe twenty eight hours after I made the call. They settled it so fast. Some people may think that the price is a little high, but I think it was well worth it. Money well spent.

Every time that I've called, they've been very helpful with my concerns. My washer was not working and they were able to send someone out to check it. They determined that they needed more parts and it was worth the fix. They wound up giving us a fine to replaced it. They didn't totally pay for it. They've been very efficient with my claim and very responsive. I haven't had any times where I had to call back because they told me I would get something back within a day.

Filed a claim for my ice maker and never heard back. When I called to follow up I was told it wasn't covered. I had not been told ice makers weren't covered when I bought the warranty. I was informed I could get it covered if I purchased extra coverage but they still wouldn't repair it since it was a now a preexisting problem. I was not pleased and cancelled with Choice.

I had trouble with the first contractor assigned to the job (they wouldn't go into a crawl space to do repairs) and didn't know they wouldn't do the work for three days. The A/C issue was in Pahrump, NV - temps in the 100 degree range. Trying to get approval for another contractor took long enough that we lost another day of repair. Four dogs in the home with an inside temperature at 94 degrees. Once they made a decision regarding the reimbursement program I was told that a plugged refrigerant line is not considered normal wear and tear so I had to pay for the repair. Had I known that, I could have fixed the A/C 5 days earlier.

I had it before in 2004 till about 2006. I switched services but decided to switch back to Choice Home Warranty because they are a lot better and they work to resolve your issues. It doesn't matter which technician they call. Customer support is very good, I never had issues with them. Every time I called they take down my claim and they contact me again later through an email with the individual assigned to the case. They also let me now when I should get a call from them or if I should call them myself. They have been great and I've never had any problem with them.
