Once I called them in and they were able to text me quickly, letting me know that they would be there once the order has been created and assigned to a local technician. They even gave me the name and phone number of the local technician to contact them and they are excellent people. Their customer service is great and they explained everything that needed to be done. Even if they are not able to get it done in the same day, they will callback and let me know what they intend to do in getting the parts and prepare them.

I switched from the American Home warranty system because they weren't servicing me very well. Choice Home Warranty has been very good and they always get somebody out to help me right away when I need it. I usually get phone calls back within an hour. I've had a great experience. They just gotta keep doing what they're doing and I'll stay with them.

It's cheaper than the other service we were with and so far it's been okay. You call them, they give you a contact and then you call that person anytime to tell them to fix whatever you need to fix. My garbage disposal broke one time and they did just that. They came out the very same day and replaced it. I gave them a check for 45 dollars and that was it. With the other service it was 75 dollars. Everything was great.

I was not sure at first, but I had a lot of issues with older things in my house. They've been very quick with most things and most of the times I like the providers they sent. I had a dryer that was 10 years old or so, it had a small problem that they fixed. A bit after another problem came up so I thought they would fix it again, but they just gave me money to replace it. I was surprised because even though it was cheaper to fix it they knew it was not worth it at that point to. I only had an issue with a person they sent because it was hard to deal with them, but other than that I don't really have any complains about them.

I've had mixed experiences with them. One time, for example, I had one of their trade people come out and give me what I considered to be an outrageous estimate for the work. I contacted a licensed person in my city and state and got a totally different read on what was wrong and the pricing. I paid that person out of my own pocket and took it up to customer service. They paid me back for that after reviewing the whole thing. I had different experience with my garbage disposal. It wouldn't start but by the next working day a young man came out and changed it. It was great and worked fine. Yet another time, my AC was not acting right. I called them and they said they had to check my free arm lever check and that they would charge me $400 for that. In the end the young man didn't even take the thing apart. I was very unhappy with that one. As for customer service, the people that I have spoken to have been receptive and listened to what I had to say. I appreciate them because if there's a problem with the approved person or company that does the repair, they deal with that.

I got them because I felt that it was the best fit for us. We've had two issues, two separate problems with the house. All I had to do was call them, a guy came out and he did the repairs. I think they are a good company and I'm impressed with their response time and performance. The two different companies that they have sent out were good. I think the 3 years program that they have is particularly good. We're very satisfied with the work that they've done.

Most of the time, their service has been good. Some of the repair people they send out need to be replaced, but Choice Home Warranty always follows up with you. A few months later after the same appliance broke, they sent another technician out, and I didn't have to pay the $45 fee anymore, so that was a good thing. Besides that, they've been pretty prompt.

I called on Memorial Day weekend about my stove, and they were very prompts, although it was a holiday. I didn't think anybody would call me back, but they called within minutes, and gave me the name of the person who would be calling me. They were very professional and attentive, and I really liked that! I also liked that they sent me a payment for my item because the guy that came couldn't fix it.

I have had some good experiences and some bad ones. I needed the air-conditioner fixed and I called them and they put the order in over the weekend. Then I called them on Monday during business hours and they didn't even have a record of me calling in, so that was upsetting. I used it again for different things, and they were pretty good about coming out, but when I was having them fix a dishwasher, they said they didn't cover the door, so that was kind of odd. The other things they did, they did a good job on. The microwave and the refrigerator they fixed; they did their job and everything. That was great, so overall I have mixed emotions. It seems they have the best price, though.

The company that came over to fix my washer made a mistake, so they came back and fixed it within their own warranty, and the washer is working great now. The experience was just fine! I have had the worst experience with CHW. I submitted a claim 3 weeks ago about my water heater not working. It still has not been fixed or resolved. I have contacted them several times a week and they still haven't fixed it. They are horrible at communicating to me and the 3rd party. I bought this house and it came with CHW. I do not have a choice in changing the warranty program until i hit my year mark. Almost a whole month without hot water is ridiculous.

I would never buy a home warranty from them again. I had a plumbing issue and had no working toilets or sinks or showers and they denied my claim after sending 2 technicians who could not fix the problem. I had to call my own plumber who took less than an hour to resolve the issue.

Horrible. Between the outsourcing and persons not understanding you, the appointments getting set with the wrong vendors for the issue and the fact that you have to inform them, and the uninformed supervisors who try to sideways talk you when you aren't simple, they make it difficult to get things done.
