I'm extremely frustrated with the service I've received. My air conditioner stopped working, and despite paying for repairs and a co-pay increase without my knowledge, no one has come to fix it yet. It's been weeks, and I'm stuck in a hot house with no resolution in sight. Choice has been unhelpful, leaving me very annoyed.

Shawn Nourieli was an excellent representative to coordinate with in developing my home warranty policy. Very easy to communicate with and understanding of the time I needed to review options. I didn't feel pressured, but was also able to quickly determine that Choice Home Warranty had the best policy for our home!

I bought a policy because our 2010 house had original appliances when we bought it in 2020. This year, the refrigerator finally died and was so old parts are no longer available. CHW offered me a fair amount to enable me to replace the failed unit.

Have a had a good experience overall both times. Took a little extra time to hear back on the second repair (garbage disposal.) I am pleased overall but was a little concerned when the deductible went up. Not a big deal if it stays at that price but will have to re-evaluate if it continues to rise.

Choice came through for me when we lost our washing machine. The failure of the machine was complete and it needed to be replaced. Choice did not hesitate, but offered us enough in a replacement cost to cover a new one. They did exactly as they promised. Great job Choice!

My issue has been with the assigned technicians and response time. Another appointment scheduled for 3 - 8 PM tonight was missed and no call or contact what so ever I changed to CHW because of price and I guess I am finding out you get what you pay for. My contract is up for renewal in a couple of months and I seriously think I need to shop for another company

Washer not working properly. They sent 2 different appliance company and was told it’s a plumbing issue. Paid another $75 for a plumber to check the water line. B they snake it and said the line is clear. Now waiting for them to come out to check the washer again. This is going on 4 weeks of waiting. This is so frustrating and disappointing with my warranty.

I liked the ability to use the customer portal to submit my claims while being able to track the status while being reviewed. I didn't like the lack of local, BBB approved vendors. In the end I was able to work with a local, highly rated vendor that I found.

Had to wait 9 days for the HVAC tech to get here. He pushed it off to an electrician and had to wait 2 more days. He told me ckt breakers were replaced and still no A/C. Second HVAC tech next day fixed in 30-40 Min. System was over charger so he balanced the system to the correct pressures and all worked fine after that. First HVAC tech from "Sears A/C" must have been clueless. Second tech was wonderful and explained everything clearly was from "HIMS A/C. Paid 2 co-payments due to the incompetence of the first A/C tech and took 2 weeks to fix during summer in AZ.

Choice Warranty is great. However, during last request for A/C, Sears group was assigned, but never came at committed time, and postponed at last minute to later date!! I had to get it repaired at my own cost, & cancel appointment! Don't recommend Sears for repairs.

Response was prompt and contractor did a good job. Seems like it took a long time to get the new system (we were without AC for a total of 13 days) delivered to the contractor. Also, the wrong heater elements were supplied which required a return visit from the contractor, an inconvenience to them and me.

We asked to change our plan from a six year agreement to a one year $600 policy. We were told we’d receive an updated email two days ago and never received it, along with a refund for the difference. We’ve heard nothing and the account online still shows the 6 year price. Prior to this experience I’d have rated 5 stars across the board as a 6 year customer.

I have had an issue with my AC and have requested service twice. The first one was cancelled by me as the AC started working. The second one was never responded to and I only got the report for the first request and therefore was unable to get any response for the second. I, also, sent an email regarding this issue of "no response" for the second request and NEVER received any favorable response afterwards. I got a scripted response that someone would contact me and never did. I am NOT very satisfied with Choice Home Warranty and will be cancelling.

I like the turn around time. I dislike that I can pay a contractor the service fee and a couple weeks later, the same issue occurs and I have to turn around and pay another service fee. I’m also not too sure on what Choice Warranty covers when an issue occurs.

Placed 2 work orders. AC repair no problem. However, the ceiling fan repair has become a nightmare. The tech brought an AC 4 speed sign direction wall switch and receiver for a 6 speed Dual direction fan. I didn't work and now I'm being told I need a new fan. The tech shows me low grade ceiling fans that don't match what I have. He told me to look for one then so I contacted the seller of the fan was told it sounds like a bad receiver or the motor and a replacement fan would be around $500. Contact Choice and the said they are waiting on the tech. Going on a month now.

I liked the speed at which Choice identified the problem and found the solution. I did not like having to wait 20-30 days for the gift card to replace my refrigerator. I also would have preferred having a choice of where to buy instead of just Lowe’s.

I chose Choice Home Warranty for its low monthly price and after a claim is filed, they set up the repair with the technician or company. The only negative I can give is that it takes at least a week for a repairman to come and make the repair. I had to go without my washing machine for a week.

I really can’t give a thumbs up because I have been without my refrigerator almost 3 weeks. All my food went bad and I’m struggling to keep medication that goes in the refrigerator acceptable to use. I don’t understand why it takes so long to recieve compensation for your trouble. The 59.00 a month goes out of my account and it’s never late.

I have used Choice twice now: 1. Dishwasher - It took 5 visits to get the dishwasher fixed. I was not happy with the service organization chosen by Choice to fix it. It took an inordinate amount of time to fix a problem that should have taken two visits at the most. 2. Electrical Problem - This service organization was superb! They were prompt knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I thoroughly found them a pleasure to deal with. Definitely would recommend them.

My spouse and I are very disappointed with choice. They denied a claim for a leaking facet that became difficult to turn off or on advising that it was not normal wear. When we asked for the account to be closed as this was not the 1st denial they agreed to cover the cost of the repairs but advised because tge claim has been originally denied we'd need to pay the technician the fee for coming out again, so we were charged 3 fees due to the denial, 2 fees for the technician to come out and the technician charged a $55 trip fee to come out to do the repairs which he claimed he would not have charged if the claim had not been originally declined.

I liked the appliance guy Nik who came out for our garbage disposal he was pleasant, professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable he was a joy to have and did an excellent job! The plumber was not professional or pleasant he got the job done but his attitude was below standard I would not want him again.. he didn’t even introduce himself and was supposed to send me a receipt and he never did this was on July 1 at 11:30 am..

I put in a claim for my oven and the company you chose never showed up. I canceled the claim and I'm canceling my contract. I have been without an oven for over 2 weeks and have called a repair man to fix it. You replaced my water heater and the tech you sent was great. Not so with Titan Appliance. They informed me that I was out of their area. I initially was scheduled for 6/26. Then they changed it to 7/2. I called Titan and Sammi scheduled me for 6/29. The tech never showed up and I called around 2. He called me back and said he was sorry he hadn't called and there was no reason for him to come out. I have spoken to Sammi a number of times; she was very helpful at first. I received an email from Choice yesterday 7/1 advising me that Titan would be out on 6//29 between 11 & 3 on 6/29 between 11 and 3. I am very disappointed with this service and I want my contract cancelled. I have called Choice numerous times and always get a recording -I want to speak to someone.

Depends on how they respond to your request. Could be worth it if enough stuff breaks down and what the cost of repair would be compared to the overall price of your membership plus the $75 service fee. I thought it was worth a try

In the past I have not had assistance getting claims approved and processed. Multiple occasions where my claim was rejected. My house is in a very rural area and there are no service companies that will work with your product because of your low payment. I have to get service and then get reimbursed, and I never get the full amount back. My latest claim the check has been lost in the mail for 6 weeks and I cannot get Choice to reissue.
