I am so grateful to have purchased this product through Choice Home Warranty. They covered 100% of the damage part and negotiated the other part on my behalf. My A/C until was 20 years old and the handler needed full replacement . The handler’s parts and labor were fully covered. Now the compressor, though that was still operational and did not need to be replaced had to be replaced in order for Choice Home Warranty to cover the handler. I know this may not make sense to many, but it does to me. They negotiated the price of a new compressor and the labor to install as well. All in all, a 5 ton A/C Carrier Unit set us back $3,500. In my opinion, this was a great purchase. Thank you Truist A/C and Choice Home Warranty.

Overall Good I just have only one issue and would like to bring it up: Recently we did have one issue with the shower faucet leaked ; filed claim have plumbing co came .. I told him the shower catridge issue might need to replace .after technician dudvgssed with co and he worked with CHW then CHW tọc me I ll have to pay $800.00 to replace the main valve..I said No …. And asked to have second opinion but CHW didn’t …i then hire the local hàndy man plumber to purchased the shower catridge and replaced the old one …cost total $175.00!…..I never have any issue in the past til this time….is this the right practice??? I thought they were a great company, with a great price. I have found just the opposite! They work very hard to deny the claim and many times will say the appliance is not worth repairing and will give you a very low reimbursement even though the contract says replacement with comparable appliance.

I will not be renewing our warranty next year. I would look at other plans. We got a run around with service the first time we used them. Look at the choice warranty facebook page with all of the complaints and bbb issues. Its horrible when you read all of the complaints.

I've been a client for 2 years and still haven't had my issue resolved. The warranty isn't worth the money I've paid for it. The technician blames the warranty company and they can only do what they tell them if you can't fix my problem what am I paying you for. When my warranty expires will not renew a total waste of money I don't have.

I didn’t like that every time I file a claim, it never fully covers it. I always end up paying more than 50%, and sometimes it doesn’t cover anything at all. I also have to wait many days for the company that’s supposed to fix what’s being requested to come and make the repair.

Worse experience ever…still have a refrigerator repair pending, now almost 30 days, have talked directly with numerous representatives, hanging up on technicalities on provided manufacture’s documentation 😩☹️😡 Have had home warranties on our homes for many years, almost 6yes with CHW. Now thinking seriously about canceling and they’ll get me on the prorated refund too Further action tbd.

They sold me a 3 year policy to cover roof plumbing stopages etc. I had a roof leak and they said they do not cover tile roofs. Almost all roofs in Las Vegas are tile and they know this when they sell you the policy. Then I had a plumbing stoppage and they denied the claim saying it stop due to old build up of calcium. Apparently they do everything to avoid coverage!! I suggest trying American Home shield or other companies that cover issues like these.
