Notified Choice Home Warranty concerning a problem with my disposal. Received a confirmation of receipt, reference number and explanation of procedures moving forward. Had an appointment within two days, included name and telephone number of plumber and date/time for the repair. The Plumber was a seasoned professional, friendly and had my situation corrected with 20 minutes of arrival. So impressed with Choice Home Warranty! I purchased my home warranty from Choice Home Warranty. The people who did my loan never said a thing to me about a home warranty. After 3 years, i found out I had actually paid for one thru them. I really hated the way I was treated by them. So I purchased my warranty for 5 years and only used them three times now. I feel they are well worth the investment and as long as I can afford it, I will continue purchasing it, even if I pay on a monthly rate instead of a yearly. All three times I've been treated fairly and courteously I purchased the original April or May of 2022. One call the lady tried to tell me I did not have a warranty with them, I got it out, gave her the information and asked to speak to the sales department. Setting up my repair online was a pain for me. That could have been because of things they asked in the set up or because I'm 71. I'm not sure anymore. I have already made a pest of myself because I keep telling folks to get their home on a warranty and to call Choice.

Both washing machine and dryer broke down within a week of each other so I called warranty businesses and compared their prices. I chose Choice Home Warranty and after a month of using the laundry mat I made appointments to get each machine fixed. The repairman for the dryer came first and fixed it right away. Then the same day the washing machine repair man came and fixed it within a few minutes replaced the agitator and my machine was working again. They both did a excellent job and repaired them quickly.

The company named O's Home Improvement installed the water heater to my satisfaction. But he stripped the water valve to the house. Chicago came out and turned the water off from the main (street). Once the company named USA Water and Plumbing came and fixed my water valve in the house, I was left with the water heater not working (gas not on) and I didn't know how to turn it on. O's home improvement never responded. I therefore, called someone to come and finish hooking up the water heater. That's my only complaint. He could have just walked me through the process over the phone, but, he didn't respond! I even call Choice Home trying to connect with him. Overall, he did an excellent job installing the water heater and USA changed my valve quick and he was very professional! Thank You

I’ve had my refrigerator, my dishwasher, my toilet and my washing machine serviced . They came on the day and time specified and did a great job. The monthly fee to cover appliances, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing etc is very reasonable and I highly recommend it. I told my nephew who said he was definitely going to look into it and my brother.

One was for an electrical problem, the other was plumbing and one for a refrigerator. All three services (separately) where performed, fixed and just charged at my contract claim rate. Overall I appreciate how easy it is to file a claim and how smooth and quickly the process works. Once a company is assigned to the claim, the company information is available and I can communicate with them directly. One downfall is that you cannot combine related issues and have to file separate claims and pay for each, even if the same company is completing the work on the same day. Another issue is if the problem in the claim continues to be a problem, you can’t reopen the claim and update the information, you have to file another claim. All in all, I’d recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone in need of a home warranty company.

Choice Home Warranty was the EASIEST warranty company I ever worked with. I had my first claim with them, a broken ice maker. My initial reporting had a response from them within 24 hours. The repairman was TOP NOTCHED. He knew what he was doing, was funny, polite, professional and we couldn't ask for more. We paid our deductible and that was it. No mickey mousing around. I had two other warranty companies over the past 16 years and they were horrible to deal with. CHOOSE Choice Home Warranty company.

On our 2nd claim tech found our washer could not be repaired, bearings were not available anymore, We went out to purchase a new washer and found we could not find one for less than $600 dollars . Choice would only allow $406 dollars so we had to lay out the rest out of pocket plus the $75 dollars for the service call . We thought washer would be fully covered by Choice !

It was easy to submit my request. The tech comae out assessed the job and reported back to Choice. It was approved quickly and they were on it. I received a quote for work that needed to be done. It only took a few days between ordering parts, installation and me having a new working air conditioning unit. I recently switched form another warranty company, so have not been with Choice that long, but I have to say I’m impressed.

Choice home warranty is the best. They have never failed me not even once each time I needed repair. They are prompt, and professional. Last week they fixed my dryer and replaced parts the same day. Last month I called them because my furnace heater is not turning on abd it was cold in the house. They arrived as promised and said I needed new furnace and few days later they approved it to replace a new furnace and replaced it in ni time. Alex the HVAC person was nice, honest, and prompt and fixed it. Choice home is is the best. I love it.

The Company was responsive when my double oven stopped working. It turned out it was the front top electronic panel needed replacement. They contracted with a Company that came out right away and they diagnosed the part and ordered it. When it came in, the Technician came out quickly to install it but it turned out he needed a 2nd person. It was rescheduled, and I now have a working oven! I am happy with my decision to sign up for a 3-year plan with Choice Warranty!

its good to have when you need it. its worth noting that we have had this company a long time. In the begging it was not so good. I had repairs they just forgot about or closed ticket for no reason and in order to save time i just paid someone to do it. Since then they have moved to a new system that allows the guy to get instant approvals and fix items in one visit. That is nice but also has some issues for example. Choice allowed 700 dollars for parts on a 400 dollar washer. Not and issue for me my wash machine was fixed and works great. but if stuff like that happens i worry how long they will keep doing it.... over all and through the years they have came through with their own ups and downs.

it is very difficult to find the right contractor to repair or replace a particular item, especially if name brands are involved like with Refrigerators, Ovens, Dishwashers etc. Choice has all these contractors and appliance repair companies under contract and will select the appropriate company to handle your claim in a very short response time . You could not get that kind of response if you did this on your own.

They replaced my broken washing machine they emptied my septic tank they didn't fix my central air conditioner unit though. The first warranty claim took 6 weeks to complete for a door bell chime. The last two were much better in getting the repairs completed. The other issue I have is that when it comes to replacement you only paid me for what The first call took for a door bell chime repair took over 6 weeks and I had to spend over 12 hours on the phone with you until the repair was completed. The last two repairs were much better to complete the repairs. The other issue I have is that when it comes to replacement you only paid me for what my dishwasher was worth and not the cost of a new replacement. I was told during my first contact with you that if an item couldn't be fixed you would replace that item with a new appliance at no additional cost. I was told you would replace the dishwasher or any other appliance no matter what the age ould not have purchased the warranty if I didn't think it had value. age if you couldn't be repaired

I’ve tried 2 other warranty companies where I was with one for over 15 years and the second for 2 years. I changed companies because their technicians were not always experienced. On several occasions they had to send other technicians to correct problems created by the first technician. I found Choice to have excellent quality checks on their selection of technicians.

We had an original problem that was solved by calling another HVAC contractor. This contractor traveled to and from our home that is close to 300 miles from us. We were his only call here. He was very personable and capable. He filled the freon in our AC unit and that solved the problem. He said to give him a call if we had any other problems with the unit within 30 days.
