I liked that when I filed a claim on Friday 03/13/26, for our water heater to be replaced as it was 12 years old and had begun making noises when heating up, they sent their plumbing tech out the very next day, Saturday 03/14/26. He arrived right on time and was professional and friendly. However, I was a little disappointed that the tech took all of 10 minutes to examine it and told us he would send his report to Choice and we would here from them on Monday 3/16/26 as they are closed on the weekends. We received an email on Sunday 3/15/26 saying they had received his report saying it didn't need repair or replaced.

One of the best home warranty companies out there! I’ve been resigning up every 3 yrs here in south Florida since 2018 and the service just keeps getting better. You never know when an appliance will fail, but one has a great piece of mind knowing that once you open a claim with Choice Home Warranty, on average a contractor is assigned within the first 36 hrs, sometimes quicker! In 2026 the service fee is $75 per claim, just to note. I also love how you can track the claim and get immediate responses to you questions on the online portal! Most people don’t realize that you can call the assigned service repair tech, and if they took the claim but you realize they can’t respond in a timely manner, you can request CHW to assign another company. They will tell you there’s no guarantee to get a faster response, but in my experience, it’s usually within 48 hrs, again, my experience. Great customer service…A++++

After experiencing difficulty with the SOB (Some Other Brand) company, I was done with them! I had been paying for years and when I needed service, They DIDN'T have any service technicians in our area. Our furnace malfunctioned during the winter storm this week during a deep freeze and snow storm. I had to pay an HVAC repairman the full price to fix our furnace. With that being the case I decided to look for another Home Warranty Service. After carefully researching for an alternative I found Choice Home Warranty and researched their history. I received a call back from Jimmy W. He answered every one of my questions without hesitation. He went over ever option with me. He was very clear explaining the service and what was covered and pricing. He was very professional and courteous. He did not try to sell or oversell to me. I appreciated that aspect of our interaction. I am now more confident that this company will honor and provide the services that I may need. No hidden fees or costs. I recommend that anyone looking for a home warranty service to carefully research and evaluate each one to see the differences in policy coverage and cost. I don't think you'll be disappointed when you choose Choice Home Warranty as your home warranty protection plan. Look 'em up! Give 'em a call. I think you'll be please with your choice. I'm very pleased with Choice Home Warranty. My refrigerator recently quit suddenly. I put in the claim and they had a repairman out within a couple of days (a miracle where I live), he identified the problem very quickly, ordered the parts and was able to have me up and operational again with a week. If that sounds like a long time, my previous home warranty wouldn't even have had a technician out within that time frame.

Both times the individual service providers they aligned me with were professional, courteous and helpful in providing any information I might need. It took a couple of days longer than if I had call some major company on my own but I actually got better more satisfactory service and would request that same providers should I need help again with a similar problem.

Both washing machine and dryer broke down within a week of each other so I called warranty businesses and compared their prices. I chose Choice Home Warranty and after a month of using the laundry mat I made appointments to get each machine fixed. The repairman for the dryer came first and fixed it right away. Then the same day the washing machine repair man came and fixed it within a few minutes replaced the agitator and my machine was working again. They both did a excellent job and repaired them quickly.

Submitting a claim through the Choice Home Warranty website has been a breeze—it's quick and user-friendly. I’ve been especially impressed with how fast they review and decide on claims; the turnaround time has been lightning fast. My only dislike is with the local repair services they assigned—none of the issues were resolved on the first visit. That said, every repair was successfully completed on the second trip, and I only had to pay the standard service fee for the inital visit each time, with no extra charges for labor or parts. All in all, it's a fair trade-off for the convenience and coverage.

First of all, Walter passed away. Please take his name off…it is upsetting to get messages for him. I understand you had no way of knowing this. Your service was very good. But,….recently the spring broke in my garage door and my car was in side the garage. It could not have been a worst time.. I'm had doctor appointment I had to,get to.And , my daughter was very ill and I had to go,to her house and take care of her.I called a local person that we used before and he come out that day and fixed it.$375.00.when I called your office, they so they do not reimburse for a situation like that. It wasn't real easy to make the claim s. I'm technologically challenged. I can do it now but the first time was not fun. It is easier to go online than connect with an agent. I'm not having much luck with my claims. The first claim was my microwave. A technician came twice but is still not working. It worked for about a day. The servings claim was my lg refrigerator. It needed some parts for the lower drawers. They hit reach other and don't close without force. The Trevor's cane and replaced the parts but it still hits. The boys for the technician was extremely rude and obnoxious and would not listen to me at all. The tech was great! He came back to fix it but had to go back and look at a schematic too determine if a part was missing. He was really professional. At this time my microwave is not heating and the drawers on the fridge are still hitting

My oven stopped working and my eyes on my stove top was arking and making noiand wasn't getting contaminated nope getting hot, I asked Stormy if they could replace the oven and stove and she said they couldn't, she fixed the stove but after 3 or 4 days after the parts came in and she came back and fixed it it all working but like 3 or 4 days later my big right front eye stopped working and still making arking and sparking noise and want come on, so what happens when my stove or eyes sparks and catches on fire when I. Not jer and burns my house down, cause to get the to come out and check on it again I will have to pay 85.00 again

I am so grateful to have purchased this product through Choice Home Warranty. They covered 100% of the damage part and negotiated the other part on my behalf. My A/C until was 20 years old and the handler needed full replacement . The handler’s parts and labor were fully covered. Now the compressor, though that was still operational and did not need to be replaced had to be replaced in order for Choice Home Warranty to cover the handler. I know this may not make sense to many, but it does to me. They negotiated the price of a new compressor and the labor to install as well. All in all, a 5 ton A/C Carrier Unit set us back $3,500. In my opinion, this was a great purchase. Thank you Truist A/C and Choice Home Warranty.

Overall Good I just have only one issue and would like to bring it up: Recently we did have one issue with the shower faucet leaked ; filed claim have plumbing co came .. I told him the shower catridge issue might need to replace .after technician dudvgssed with co and he worked with CHW then CHW tọc me I ll have to pay $800.00 to replace the main valve..I said No …. And asked to have second opinion but CHW didn’t …i then hire the local hàndy man plumber to purchased the shower catridge and replaced the old one …cost total $175.00!…..I never have any issue in the past til this time….is this the right practice???
