Very unprofessional. The company they sent to fix normal wear and tear was just a scam. Only came to collect the visit fee in cash with no receipt and did not attempt to fix anything. I then received an email from Choice home warranty that nothing was covered. This is a joke of a company

Customer service is nonexistent. No follow-up or explanation for service calls. Choice Home Warranty may be acceptable in large cities, but small less populous areas, Choice Home Warranty has failed each service call. I will not renew my contract.

The sales pitch was good but Choice is a big disappointment. I have a claim for a bad water drain hose on my dishwasher and it's been over a month and the dishwasher has not been repaired. The part is available at home depot but my service tech has been non responsive. Very poor service.

They gave me a fraction of the cost to replace my range after I had made payments for three years to their company I just thought they could do better. If I had put that money aside myself instead of giving it to them I would have been able to replace my stove and have money left over. I think they are a money grab company. You may have better luck. I have since cancelled my policy with them.

This is a terrible company. They don’t answer their phones. They immediately take the money for the trip charge & do nothing. Ours sat in his truck for 1/2 hour & left. They close out your claim without notice. They don’t fix what you called them for. They say they’ll refer it for approval for repairs & that’s it. Never get back to you. The new scam is they’ll allow you to find your own company to do the work & will reimburse that company then if the repairs have been approved. Do Not do business with this company.

Had several visits regarding my A/C system with no resolution. Paid $700 for two visits and a recommended dye check to find a leak. The leak took too long to show up again so a new ticket was charged. New service tech found leak and recommended a coil replacement. Stop leak was added instead. I cancelled my contract after going over a week in Florida without A/C. My system is now low on refrigerant again.

Having your call center going over seas is horrible. Most times they follow a script and when you request an Employee in the US they refuse. I had an issue with trying to get another company to fix my washer after the other company visited my home well over 6 times with the problem not fixed in the course of 6 weeks. Family of 7 imagine your family not being able to wash clothes for 1 week now imagine 6 and it’s still not fixed during this writing.

Waiting to be paid can take a while. Never enough to purchase new or equivalent product. Service can take awhile for them to find someone to try and fix. Guess it would be worth it if you have a lot of things to break, but for money paid for warranty and amount of reimbursement was not worth it for me.

I had a very negative experience with the HVAC company Leyvas - technician Jose. He was rude and condescending to myself and my husband. I called about the problem with the humidifier on my unit because it was leaking. He said there was nothing wrong with it. Took my 75 dollars and left. My humidifier is not alright and is still leaking. I’m leering to call again because they may send the same arrogant ass.

They will find every loophole under the sun not to pay for repairs. The service techs that they find to take the job are often incompetent. The good companies won't take the CHW jobs so you get stuck with whomever works the cheapest. Don't waste your money..

I thought Choice was improving until I had a real claim. The company is only paying me a small portion for an appliance replacement which should of been fixed. The lack of customer service and doing the right thing by the customer was not in the conversation. Referring to legal documents and the reason why the would not make an adjustment has really set me back on how awful this company is. I would recommend anyone who is considering this company to run away literally.

I signed up and paid for 5 years service. My first claim was on December 3, 2025 requesting to resolve a kitchen sink backup. I was waiting for a plumber 5 days. The plumber was not able to find the main pipe and did not finish the job. I never had such problems before and thinking that plumber resolved the problem I gave 5 stars review, but around 10 days I called again. This company did not resolve my claim until today 01/08/ 2026. They do not have professional plumbers and their customer service is terrible. I want my money back.
