Dislike the fact that it was times I couldn't get in touch with Choice to find out my claim status. It is misleading to advertise 100% availability and the phones shut down at 5pm! Be transparent up front about your availability. Online is availability but not for everyone. If you are going to offer use of client's technician with reimbursement, give the client time to respond before it is withdrawn. Again your availability is important.

I am frustrated with the "outsourcing" of customer service and feel the "language barrier at times created or creates a lot of issues, for me specifically with my claim. I have been waiting since June 27th for a repair. An appointment was made without my knowledge or seeing if I had work the day it was made, I called to rescheduled and asked that they have the company doing the repair call me. 6 times an appointment was scheduled, 3 times the tech never showed and I was told "he didn't want to travel that far for one job" the other 3 times again I asked that I be called when it was to be scheduled so I could either take off work or make sure someone was home, never received calls, never got a return call. tried to leave messages on the companies voice mail it was always full. They finally got another company who did come out and they were very nice, kind, thorough, and at this point 3 weeks waiting on a part. I hope this isn't going to be another company that does the same as the first.

Our microwave light kept blowing out and then eventually stopped working. Submitted a work order and in about 10 days a technician came identified the issue ordered a par and returned in a couple of days replaced the board! Works perfectly! I contacted company online. They did email me back within a day and said I would be contacted within 48 hours by their referred repair company. It took 48 hours and then another 1-1/2 weeks before they could come out. That’s a long time to be without a refrigerator. Then we were told that it’s a LG warranty problem and I had to contact LG. I gave the 4 stars because of the wait time. The repair guy was very nice and knowledgeable but couldn’t fix it because it was the compressor under LG responsibility.

Two different repairmen came to my home for garbage disposal repair and living room ceiling fan. Both told me they could not be repaired so the disposal man (Anthony) would return with a new one. Two weeks later I e-mailed asking if he was coming back. He replied he would be there in five days. The ceiling fan repairman (Arturo) offered me the $70 fan replacement (on July 2nd) and I told him I would get my own and call him when I was ready. I called four days later. Did not hear from him so I sent him a text on July 15th asking if he was going to return. He sent a text back asking for my address!!! Can not believe I had to contact them two weeks after they cashed my checks!!!

The technician seemed to be doing a very good job, but the communication between Choice Home warranty and the service contractors are not very good. I get misinformation from Choice Home Warranty about the scheduled appointment time. It makes it very confusing when Choice Home warranty is telling me a contractor will be there on a certain day and time and then I get another text message from the service contractor that it’s actually on a different day and time.

IT'z A Breeze Inc gave bad service. They showed up on time only once. Did not have the right equipment and smell like marijuana. Did not check the AC unit thoroughly. It took from June 7 to 21 for me to realize I need to get it reassigned to different company to get it complete

Mr. Electric and Simler plumbing were wonderful. Completed work in timely manner and were extremely professional and trustworthy. Sears maintenance wasn't a pleasant experience. Serviceman was unresponsive to questions . My A/C went out on June 17 and finally repair was completed on July 2nd. They seemed t not care that Temps were i. Upper 90s to lower 100s. I've always liked Sears maintenance, bit this was unacceptable. I wouldn't want to have them service anything again.

My firs experience was whennmy aerobic septic system alarm went off. When we signed up e were told they could snd out local companies to assist but it wS going to be two weeks on the septic system. We couldn't risk it backing up so we had to spend $500 to have it repaired by someone local. When our dishwasher broke, it took nearly two weeks to get someone out but the repair person was great My next call was HVAC related and they fixed one issue and said I'd need to file another claim when we discovered another problem. Again, took a week. So, a 1 and a 5 comes to a 3 star review My previous home warranty was always out in a couple days. We changed because Choice was cheaper. Maybe now I know why.

Home choice warranty is a good company. I only had 2 bad issues with this company one was with my garage door they denied me warranty coverage another one was with my light fixture stating bad maintenance how would I ever know to maintain the light fixture and garage door. We’ve had a mostly good experience with Choice Home Warranty—it’s saved us money and covered several issues in our home. My brother, on the other hand, hasn’t had the same success. One downside we’ve both noticed is that service can be slow, and sometimes the contractors don’t seem to fully listen or take time to properly diagnose the issue. I also wish we had more choice in who comes out. Overall, it’s been helpful for us, but it’s not perfect.

Choice home warranty is the best. They have never failed me not even once each time I needed repair. They are prompt, and professional. Last week they fixed my dryer and replaced parts the same day. Last month I called them because my furnace heater is not turning on abd it was cold in the house. They arrived as promised and said I needed new furnace and few days later they approved it to replace a new furnace and replaced it in ni time. Alex the HVAC person was nice, honest, and prompt and fixed it. Choice home is is the best. I love it.

The Company was responsive when my double oven stopped working. It turned out it was the front top electronic panel needed replacement. They contracted with a Company that came out right away and they diagnosed the part and ordered it. When it came in, the Technician came out quickly to install it but it turned out he needed a 2nd person. It was rescheduled, and I now have a working oven! I am happy with my decision to sign up for a 3-year plan with Choice Warranty!

it is very difficult to find the right contractor to repair or replace a particular item, especially if name brands are involved like with Refrigerators, Ovens, Dishwashers etc. Choice has all these contractors and appliance repair companies under contract and will select the appropriate company to handle your claim in a very short response time . You could not get that kind of response if you did this on your own.

I would definitely recommend choice home warranty to anyone. I've had things break down and choice home warranty was there to save the day. They replaced my broken washing machine they emptied my septic tank they didn't fix my central air conditioner unit though. Customer service is polite and quite helpful answering questions and helping you understand the process. Im very happy with Choice home warranty and you will be also.
