Exceptional customer service and products. Mr. Khelin John Y. took his time laying out all options, providing pros and cons of each choice, guiding us steps and what to expect. We are very impressed by his knowledge and his eagerness to provide only the best for his clients. We are so lucky that somehow our case was assigned to Mr. Young ( We didn't know him. My experience with Sunrun has been outstanding. Their service is complete and dependable, especially when the City of Long Beach arranges for maintenance black outs. Our Sunrun battery kicks in during these periods and produces lighting in our home. Sunrun also performs periodic checkups making sure our system is performing well. We are happy with Sunrun!

Anthony, who was the one who came to explain solar to me, really was great. I felt he wasn’t there just as a salesman but he truly cared. That was three years ago and I’ve never been happier to have solar from Sunrun. They are very responsive and great customer service, which I’ve only needed once in the 3 1/2 years. You won’t be sorry to go with Sunrun. My electric bill in the summer using the AC, about $14 or less.

Well scapical at first, but I had them come over and explain how my Eversouce bill could go away. My home 3000 sq. Ft Central air , 20x40 pool my electric bill in cooling season averaged 725.00 /M They were able to put panels on my house NO MONEY out of pocket for 190.00 /m This will be my second year I have not paid a power bill since they turned on my system. I am two years into retirement and to have this fixed power bill is a thing of beauty

The representative, Mathias, presented the Sunrun information very effectively. He explained the company and what it stood for and how it worked. Most importantly he explained how switching to solar would affect us financially and for our benefit. His presentation made good sense to us and after consideration we chose solar. The installation was completed in one day and there have not been any issues since then and we have been delighted by the $1 monthly bills!

Karina was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. Karina and the Sunrun Crews were great. I did not think I could afford the Sunrun Solar services, but Karina changed my mind and showed me that the system is far superior than any others I have seen. I chose to go with Sunrun because of Khelin expertise in the industry. I’ve talked to multiple companies including So Cal Edison, and nobody was able to explain to me my electric bill, and why my current solar situation wasn’t working. Khelin was able to explain everything in great detail that was super easy to understand how I was being ripped off by Edison. He was able to give me the best deal out there, adding solar panels with 2 Tesla power walls to eliminate my electric bill. I’m so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge in the industry. I highly recommend him helping for your situation. It was the easiest process I’ve ever been through, stress free, and now I’m saving money. This was the best decision I’ve made and I’m so grateful that he reached out.

After having been approached by any number of solar power vendors i found they were mostly defeated by the challenges posed by my large and complicated house set up. It was my lucky day when I seeked out Sunrun after my friend raved about her installation. I’d like to point out that this was not a simple install specially having to work with UI in addition to the complicated set up here at my home but they persivered and followed through in a timely fashion and now imm thrilled to report on cast savings on my UI bill

Sunrun came to the house gave me a great estimate with a great price and that’s why I decided to go with Sunrun since then my electric bill has been the hook up charge. That’s Nevada energy charges and that’s it. I haven’t had to pay a dime for electricity other than my lease payment to Sunrun I’m very happy and would do it all over again.

I got my first solar system back in 2022 without batteries. I move around in my wheel chair and need my lights to work 24/7. I experienced power outages for 3 days last year. I asked around for help and was referred to Mr. Khelin Young. He helped me get a second solar system with 3 Tesla batteries to make sure I have enough power and batteries to cover future black out. Khelin's been there for me every step of the entire process. He also helped me with my Tesla batteries rebate. Thank you for all your help!

I'm so glad I went solar with Khelin at Sunrun two years ago. Since then I've seen all my neighbors had power outages for 3 consecutive days except me. Some of my neighbors stop by for some hot coffee. Because of the power outages, I was able to refer a bunch of them to Khelin to get solar. Now they are also protected. Thank you Khelin for helping me and my neighbors!!!

Austin M. did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain why I was still getting billed by Edison even though I already had a solar system on my property, and he made everything easy to understand without pressure. Adding a second system with back up batteries was the perfect solution, and it gave me complete peace of mind knowing I'm protected from Edison's abnormal rate increases and frequent power outages. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely looked out for my best interest. I highly recommend working with him. He will not ghost you after the initial sale signing, he is with you every step of the way and after installation to make sure your apps are set up properly.
