Sunrun is an amazing company. My pg&e bill was almost 500$ and now I only pay 125$ a month. They literally kept me in my home. The service has been professional and timely. I could not be happier. And their APP to monitor the system is brilliant.

I had spoken with a lot of solar companies, but Bennett at Sun Run made me feel comfortable with my decision. He explained everything in a way I understood and communicated with me throughout the process. He was courteous, professional and I am very happy with my decision to go with Sun Run. Plus the installation team were really great. They were timely, professional and also good at communicating about when they would be coming and going and what they were doing. Plus they didnt leave a mess afterwards! Highly recommend!

Bennett is a great guy — my wife and I absolutely love him! We came into this process with concerns because of all the negative things we’d heard about solar over the years. Bennett completely changed that experience for us.
He explained the new program in simple terms that actually made sense and helped us make the best decision for our home. We were worried about utility rate hikes and power outages, and he showed us exactly how this program solves both. Our biggest fear was having a lien on the home or running into issues when selling, but after going through the agreement and even talking with our realtor, we learned that none of those concerns apply with this program.
I never leave reviews, but Bennett genuinely deserves this one. You can tell he cares deeply about helping people and he’s delivered on everything he promised. I only do business with people I trust — and I trust Bennett. We’ve already referred him to two of our family members, and they’re thrilled as well.

We found Sunrun to be very professional. There was no high pressure tactics to acquire their service.
Each step of the process was explained in detail. Each step was taken as explained.
All questions asked were answered to our satisfaction with our understanding.
They were able to install in one day. They have stayed in touch after the whole process was completed.
Each team from sales, to panel installers, and electricians were professional, courteous, and kept us informed throughout their part of the process.
We have had the unit for six weeks and everything is operating as promised.
I would recommend this company to anyone who asks.

I’m very pleased with all aspects of the installation process. From the moment I spoke with Rebecca, then the people on site, and of course, Jennifer were fantastic. There were a couple of hiccups with the township and utility company that delayed the process and so I just got the system up and running, but that had nothing to do with Sunrun. You guys did great. You have an awesome team.

This is one of the best decisions of my life. Living in the High Desert my electric bills could be $300 or $400 a month. After getting solar I know exactly what I pay which is considerably less!
I’m so happy I made this decision
The team of people I worked with were wonderful and available to me without the process. On top of this, at the end of the year, the electric company pays me a bit because they used my solar!

I had talked to a few different solar companies before, but Wallace from Sunrun was by far the most genuine and knowledgeable person I spoke with. He didn’t try to pressure me or rush me into anything, he actually took the time to explain how everything works, what my options were, and helped me figure out what made the most sense for my home.
He answered all my questions (and there were a lot!) with patience and honesty. The whole process went exactly how he said it would, and now my system is up and running perfectly. I’ve already referred a couple of friends to him because it’s rare to find someone in sales who actually cares about educating first and selling second. Highly recommend working with Wallace if you’re even just thinking about solar.

Sunrun installed solar panel on our roof in Woburn about 3 years ago. This year (2025) we decided to install more panel. The Sunrun teams did a good job from design, planning to installation and activation. Each team is managed by different managers and they keep us informed about the progress and what and when to expect next step. When I have question I call the customer support, most time I get response in reasonable time. Thanks for the team for the work.

I recently added 10 additional solar panels to my current panels. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made the process easy. Having Spanish tiles, a new roof needed to be installed done by a wonderful company and a new electrical box was installed. I also added two batteries. I was notified each time as the process started and as it was coming to completion. Everyone was respectful of my property, myself and my home. Would I recommend, yes, so if you decide to have panels added or installed for the first time, call them you won't be disappointed.

I love sun run! I pay SCE maybe $10 2-3 times a year. Have had no issues at all with my product. Customer Support has been fantastic although I don’t have to call them hardly ever. I just wish that as an existing customer I could get what a new customer get and that is a back up generator. I just can’t afford the $12,000 to purchase one otherwise I would strongly recommend anybody go with Sun Run

I have not been disappointed with my system. We are putting it to the test starting this year in advance. I plan for an air conditioning system, which we installed this year. it is a heat pump system. We did not use the heat this year, but will probably be using it by the end of this year and the beginning of next year. My hope would be to still by the end of the year have been able to have credits.

We’ve had Sun Run now for a few years and are so grateful. My energy bill got upwards of $3000 and thanks to Sun Run. It is now manageable. I am very grateful; if you don’t have solar, you should call Sun Run. Their customer service is great. Their follow-through is awesome. We are very pleased & grateful.

What I like about this company is that they held up to their plan. Someone came out and assessed if this would be beneficial for my family, and it is. I also like that if anything happens to the equipment, it would be replaced as quickly as possible….with no cost to me.

At the time backup system was not provided by Sunrun. Bottom line Sunrun fixed that and additional problems with some panels. Far as I'm concered they did an exceptional service above and beyond. Extremely satisfied with the service and personel. I very seldom give a review but everyone deserves an extremely well done.

From getting all the information together and till the panels were up and running was a very short time. Of course the big wait was with PGE. I haven’t had any problems with the panels or the other equipment. All in all was a good experience.

The initial solar panel project has been 10+ years with only 1 equipment issue that was diagnosed and corrected as quickly as supply chain could allow. Tech was really professional and kept me informed.
The battery project was even faster, everyone involved was professional, friendly and I was kept informed as to progress of each part of the new battery installation and PTO process.
