I am renting out my solar panels with a battery back up. With my son, daughter-in-law, their 5 kids that all live with me create a ton of electricity with all the TV’s, phones, tables, etc plugged in almost 24/7 was costing me a huge amount monthly. With SunRun’s solar panels, I am saving money every month! The electric went out a few days ago and the battery backup kicked on which was a relief! Professional and friendly service - you cannot go wrong with them! I highly suggest everyone get solar panels from SunRun!

The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. We were kept informed of every step and what would be done and when. The communication was regular and extremely informative. The amount of money I pay each month is super! Have the app so can track my energy amounts and that my panels are working. Have had no need for customer service since installation. I like that Sunrun is constantly monitoring their equipment and will take care of it if anything goes wrong. My rep was super attentive until the system was all turned on and now I struggle to get a response to a question via text. I have yet to receive the money promised for referring a customer.

Dislike how long it takes from installation to activation of the system. I realize you are at the mercy of the local inspectors but the process literally took months. Communication could improve during that period. However, your installers were excellent and cleaned up after themselves.

To date, Sunrun has performed as promised. Being skeptical in the beginning, we quickly became comfortable with the process and it was a “No Stess” experience. We were kept informed throughout all phases of the project right up to installation day. The install crew were very professional and made sure the property was clean and tidy at the end of every day. The design and layout look great with the triple black panels and best of all they are performing as indicated. All and all we are very happy with our system and the money we are saving with our energy bills which are $0.00 most months. An amazing company! Truly easy process with a kind, trustworthy team. Kyle was a wonderful first contact on our solar journey. He broke down all of the specs and pricing so we could understand and know we were making the right choice. He got us answers to our questions and adjusted things to meet our needs. The installation team was knowledgeable and informative even giving us some tips and trouble shooting info so we were prepared for multiple scenarios ( everything ran smoothly so we didn’t need them but it gave me confidence that I knew what to do just in case). I first contracted with Sunrun to design, stall and lease a solar array in 2013. The process was very straightforward and our solar panels were up and running in a few short months. The system was designed well and we owed $0 at each true up for a number of years. Once our adult son moved back home, I worked with Derek and Megan to expand the array. I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service they and other Sunrun colleagues demonstrated in designing and installing more panels. We are back to owing $0 at true up! I was also very impressed with Sunrun when I planned to replace my roof. They were on time and very efficient in removing all the panels and hardware and safely storing them onsite. Once the new roof was on, Sunrun was equally responsive in coming out to re-install all the hardware and panels and I was up and running shortly after.

Three years ago we applied for the Costco home roof solar panel program. The program was managed by SunRun. SunRun was remarkably ompetent and designed and installed our solar panel system. They coordinated with our local electric utility to provide a seemless transition from a utility based system to a primarily solar based system. Our monthly power bill dropped from about $200 to about $35 with no apparent change in the quality of service. We have operated at the lowest available utility bill thru summer and winter seasons. We were pleased and very surprised to realize that our solar panels fully offset our air conditioning power demand thru our complete mid-Florida use. We could not be more pleased with the SunRun work and the very pleasant support of its staff

Sunrun representative Blakeslee S. presented herself as very knowledgeable about her product. Unlike other I spoke with from other companies. Everything Blakeslee stated and indicated would happen did happen. She stayed on top of our installation and if an issue arose it was taken care of immediately. The electrician was very professional and made sure his work was neat and the installation looked good on the house. The solar panel installers were also very neat. Extremely fast and made sure the grounds were cleaned up. Once completed Blakeslee came to make sure the work was done and I was happy. I would recommend Sunrun to anyone e who is looking for solar.

So far, we are very satisfied with SunRun. The sales representative, Elias, was very informative and spent a good deal of time with us explaining EVERYTHING. When we told him that we knew we would not qualify because we needed to replace our roof, Elias was quick to let us know that they work with several roofing companies and they could help us to replace our roof. He told us not to worry about getting quotes or any permits. Sunrun did all that for us saving us the hassle. The roofing company came to our home, right on time and they replaced our roof and facia boards quickly and were very professional. They also cleaned up the mess and hauled everything away. Sunrun also gave us some monetary assistance with the cost of the roof. During the whole process, Elias was in constant communication with us, letting us know what what going on and when the inspector was expected to show up. Everyone came right on time and the entire process went smoothly. We are still kind of new to the process, but so far we are greatly pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Sunrun to anyone considering solar. They are a great company- in many states-and if you look at all the reviews, you will see that most of them are 5-star.

Our roof was leaking but we could not afford the $13,000 cost for replacement – we heard we could get roof replaced if we went solar – we called several solar providers who said we did not qualify because we had too many trees – and we would need to remove trees at our own expense before being considered for solar – and while this was happening our heating/air conditioning system began failing and needed to be replaced at a cost of $12,000 – it was an overwhelming situation – that was until we met with Nick Z of Sun Run – he arranged for the needed trees to be cut down and stumps removed – and he arranged for a new roof of our house – and all the work was done quickly and professionally – we then get solar installed and are currently awaiting required inspections before being turned on. We were paying Atlantic Electric $180 a month as part of a budget – and that is what we will now be paying SunRun instead – and we just received notice that because of usage our bill with Atlantic Electric is now increasing to $240 per month – fortunately once our system solar system is turned on our bill with Atlantic Electric will just be $20 or so – and $180 to Sun Run – so our monthly cost for electricity will be $40 less per month – and since we now have a high efficiency air conditioner our usage may be less than what we generate and therefore will get a refund from Atlantic Electric. I can’t say enough good things about Nick – he was able to completely change our situation – we now have a nice roof – a yard that can grow grass and a garden – and will be paying less for electricity now and for the next 25 years – he was kind – efficient – professional – responsive – a joy to work with – I am forever grateful to Nick and SunRun.

I like the HUGE savings on my electric bill. I have only needed to contact customer service once and they were very helpful. I do not like how my electric company doesn't pay me but instead gives me a HUGE credit that I can only use for my electric bill. It would be nice if they either paid me or let me apply this credit towards my heating/gas bill with the same company.

They were very helpful. They explained everything as to what was going to happen and how they were going to set it up. I've had no problems. They keep checking to be sure everything is running fine and anytime I can go online and look to see how much we have generated. Everything is all set up. If it rains, it washes it. If it snows, the snow slides off and it's not in our way. It doesn't interfere with anything and it keeps my electric bill very low. Comparing what it cost me to lease the panels as to what I was paying for the electric, it's very good.

SunRun is very proactive with getting back to you and getting you set up for things like service appointments. I would recommend them to a friend. The installation process went very well. The only thing we have that went wrong with the system is that at the very beginning it didn't generate anything for two weeks and we never did receive a credit for those two weeks.

Followed up with phone calls every step of the way and told me what was happening. They keep you in the loop if something wasn't going to happen or they were running behind. They were all very sociable. I do love their app. I have already recommended them to a friend. The lady who came by explained everything to me start to finish. And so she was great. The guys that came out and put the roof on and put the panels on were very clean and neat, I liked everybody I worked with. Installation was process they got done in one day, it was perfect. If I had to pick a solar company it would be SunRun.

Every step of the way they kept me informed on what was going on at all times. They actually were very prompt at the time that they said they were going to be here. The installation went a lot faster than I thought it was going to go. When someone came out they went inside the roof to make sure that the roof was in good shape before they even did anything. Then after they did the work they made sure there wasn't any damage to the roof. I was really happy with it. They did a perfect job and taught me how to use everything.

They always followed up, they would call to alert me as far as what the next step in the process was and they told me how much time it was going to take in order to do the test. I am monitoring the the amount of solar that the product is generating and it seems to be performing at a very good rate. This company has a lot of experience. As far as the installation process, he showed up and the entire system was installed within seven hours. I liked the customer support as well, the man I talked to was excellent and he explained everything step by step, he outlined everything very thoroughly.

They customer service people always stayed in contact and made sure that things were going well. I feel the installation went very easily and they preserved the roof by not damaging and they completed it in one and a half days total. I've called customer service a few times about a battery back up and they said they were going to do it but I still haven't gotten it. Other than that I have no problems with the company. I've been using SunRun for seven years now and I'm happy with it. I've already recommended them to at least three or four people, I am very happy with SunRun. I have never seen a company with people coming out to your place with so much compassion there and courteous professionalism. It was really great experience. Install went very quickly and it was amazing how knowledgeable they were speaking and working really fast precise and it's really nicely done. We're very happy with it, the best investment we ever made. We're going on a seventh year and there's been no problem so it has to be good equipment in order to not have any problem. Installation went very well, there were three gentlemen that came here in the morning and within three or four hours they were done. Everything looks perfect. The service is excellent and the people have been very helpful and also they monitored the panels and keep us informed

I like that they email us and keep us informed all the time. I do like the fact that they didn't just install it and forget about it. We are happy about our credit and electric bill. We thought it was a very good value because we've got a rebate from federal government three years in a row. We have had no problems with them. We just actually recommended them to different people in the last week. Everything went very smoothly. We were very happy with the company.

I got every question I've ever had answered. Everything looks fine and it's functioning fine. I have already recommended them to a friend. Installation went very simply and quickly. I think installation took two days. But there was no confusion or inconvenience for the families. It was just a very easy process, I think the sales people and engineers did a great job of explaining everything from how what works to when the installation process is going to be and so far we've had a great experience.

They’re just fine. There were not delays or problems with installing it. the inspected the roof. They were actually very good. I produce more electricity than I use with the house but it still costs me ninety eight dollars a month, but before it would cost me up to two hundred and thirty dollars in the winter and less in the summer so I don’t know if we are coming out very far ahead. Customer service is very good and they are there.

I think the customer service is great. They followed through withevery step of the way and kept me posted on what was going on. The only thing about the customer service is the sales guy said they were going to give me a hundred dollar gift certificate if we signed up and we got a twenty dollar gift certificate and a flower. Installation was very clean and professional. WHen my city inspector came he said Wow whoever did this did a really nice insulation job. I'm very satisfied with the installation, the customer service, and the equipment performance.

They said they were gonna put the screen guard to keep the birds and stuff away and I've called in 2 to 3 times over the past few years and they still haven't bother to show up to take care of it. Most of my questions other than that have been resolved but it usually takes a couple of times before I get an answer. Instillation went very good. They showed up when they said they were going to and got the system up and running. The only thing that took time were getting approvals through the city. The bills have been strictly taxes and fees. It's producing enough to cover at least 10 months a year one more panel probably would have got me the whole year.

I got the company when I went into home depot. I received good customer service. They answered all the questions that I had and they were pretty much on top of it. I believe the technology is top notch. It looks good and seems to be working fine. I did have an issue with billing for some reason. For 6 or 7 months I had to call in the payment because of a glitch in their system.

They got back to me in a timely manner about things. It wasn't perfect but it was much better than the other companies. Installation was good. They showed up when they are supposed to and did they said they were going to do. There were a couple of problems but they fixed them right away. I've only had the system for a little over a year. It seems fine, nothing has broken.

We wanted to lease rather than to buy. Their service seems to be pretty good. The installation was really gruelling. Horribly noisy and tiles they had to break fell off the rough. It just seemed like it went on forever. We have a lot of pigeons around here and they decided they wanted to nest under the panels. We finally got the pest control people to take care of that. The installation is tedious but it's worth it over all because your bills go way down. I have not had experience with other solar but it's great so far.

They did what they said they were going to do and as far as I'm concerned, SunRun went above and beyond. They were working up on the roof when it was really really hot and they got it done when they were supposed to. I thought installation was fairly efficient. They had to leave and come back at one point and they were at it for like a week. But they were done by the time they said they were going to be done so that's not a problem. We haven't had any problems with it and if we do have problems SunRun will come and take care of it for us.

They're always there when you need them. Every time we call, which we haven't had much problems, they took care of that pretty quickly so we haven't had any problems since then. The installation was really smooth. It was quick and easy on time. We have twenty six panels and we're producing enough to handle all the electricity so it must be working pretty well though.

There was an issue where they came over and said they turned it on and it turned out a week and a half later it still wasn't turned on. Another rep had to come by and actually turn it on. The installation process is very fast and precise and they even actually checked with me up on the roof itself. It was great. I've never had an issue with it at all. Anytime that it under performed, we received a check that would make up the difference.
