We have a tesla and this made our electric bill shoot up! We met Dylan through my husband dropping off food through uber eats and then dylan and my husband started talking about solar and so we had him come out. He explained solar very simply for us and it just made sense. He provided great customer service and I highly suggest using dylan. We seen a little savings up front and long term savings because we don't have to deal with edison's rate increases anymore.

I did solar a few months ago with Sunrun, Craig was our representative and he was phenomenal! He was able to save us money and protect our home from outages without any up front costs. To top it off, when we got our installation, he gave my son a round of golf just for working with him which was so nice of him to do. When we buy our next house, Craig will be the first person we call. I 100% recommend him to anyone who’s interested, he will take care of you and your home.

We shopped around for solar for a year. We decided to go solar with Khelin from Sunrun with a lease option for solar and Tesla batteries since we have two Tesla cars. He was professional, honest, and thorough in explaining everything to me. He did everything he promised to do from beginning to the end. I will refer people I know who's looking into solar.

Khelin Young has been a joy to work with. He showed up on time and was very professional. Khelin was very thorough in explaining about Sunrun; how solar and battery works; how much money I can save compared to staying with SCE; the products; and installation process. When the project was completed, he also came out to show me how to use the Sunrun and Tesla battery app. Khelin did everything he said he was going to do for me. I would highly recommend him to everyone who wants the same amazing experience I had.

We are happy with the results of having solar and feel Sunrun is proactive in supplying system data, billing is clear, and equipment issues have been resolved in a reasonable about of time. I gave 4/5 stars as I would like to see Sunrun offer existing customers access to new solar plans as they come available. Regarding Brian- We’ve worked with Brian since 2019 as his first North Andover customer, and his dedication has been exceptional from the start. He took the time to answer our many questions, supported us through complicated billing issues during the pandemic, and—six years later—still picks up the phone when we need help. Choosing Brian means choosing someone who truly stands behind his work with trust, integrity, and ongoing support.

We added an additional solar system with backup batteries starting in late 2024, and there was back and forth with the City of Pomona during the process. Austin Monte gave us real peace of mind throughout and stayed on top of everything to make sure the project was completed successfully. Trenching work was needed, and Austin helped out greatly with the cost, which we truly appreciated. The system is finally up and running, and we’re excited for the peace of mind from the backup batteries and protection from Edison’s increasing rates. Thank you, Austin, for not leaving us hanging!

I ended up going solar thanks to Anna P. I hesitated for months because I did my research and a lot of solar customers were not happy about it. Anna reached out to me and answered all of my questions ( I had a LOT of questions). She took the time to explain how it works, the benefits and how this would work for the years to come. I was able to learn as much as I could about the process. My system was activated on December 2025. At this moment everything is working fine. Im just waiting for summer time and hoping that there will be no issues with the use of the ACs.

He takes the time to understand what you are looking to accomplish, then he see’s the options that may suit you best to solve what you are in need of. I have recommend him to my neighbors, they all are happy with their experience as well! I live in Jurupa Valley and I already have an existing solar system. Aus M. did an amazing job walking me through how adding additional panels and batteries would solve my Edison issues. He explained everything clearly and made it easy to understand how this upgrade would protect me from Edison’s constantly increasing rates and ongoing power outages. Excited for my 3 back up batteries (Tesla). I recommend him, he’s not a regular salesman. He’s very friendly and outgoing. He’s invited to the next carne asada family event!

We have 2 systems with SunRun. The first system installed has been a 5 star experience. A few years ago we added a second system with a battery to offset the expensive time of use fees now charged to solar homeowners. This 2nd system has had some issues which is why the overall rating is 4 stars. At this time I believe all issues are resolved and the last time SDGE had an outage (last week), we still had power due to our battery. That’s a 5 star experience.

What I like about this company is that they held up to their plan. Someone came out and assessed if this would be beneficial for my family, and it is. At the time backup system was not provided by Sunrun. Bottom line Sunrun fixed that and additional problems with some panels. Far as I'm concered they did an exceptional service above and beyond.
