Before getting solar panel and a battery back-up I was spending $135 on electricity from September-June and spending $350 a month July and August. After getting solar I pay $108 a month September-June and about $108 plus $100 for additional SCE usage during July and August. I’ve saved over $450 for the year on electricity.

It took longer than it should have, but to be fair, the LADWP isn't known for being fast or efficient. The required new power panel had to be changed, as well as the placement/layout of the solar panels, which could be blamed on the project manager or coordinator, but the various LADWP inspectors can also be blamed for not communicating these required changes MUCH FASTER! I tried to be fair and considerate that the COVID-19 pandemic wasn't over at the time, but this excuse only goes so far!

I had a disappointing experience with the installation process. The critter guard was installed incorrectly, which led to damage on my roof from pigeon droppings. While the representative acknowledged the issue, there was no resolution offered at this time. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the service.

I had a challenging experience with the installation process, which took much longer than expected, but I'm ultimately satisfied with the service. However, I wish I had a battery to store energy for use at night, as most of my electricity needs come after dark. Overall, I'm happy with the product despite the initial difficulties.

I had a positive experience with Sunrun. They did a great job and the process was quick. I previously used Vivint Solar and preferred their billing method, which charged based on usage rather than a flat fee. Overall, I believe Sunrun is a great company that delivers excellent service!

I had a great experience with the installation; it was done quickly and efficiently. The team was knowledgeable and everything was set up before I knew it. I've always received excellent customer service when I've called with questions. I'm thrilled with my decision to generate my own electricity and have no issues with my electric bill!

I had some confusion regarding my lease payments. I sent a check that wasn't cashed, so I stopped payment and issued a duplicate. I'm unsure where the original check is now. However, everything else seems fine. Overall, the experience has been a bit frustrating due to the payment issues.
