Before getting solar panel and a battery back-up I was spending $135 on electricity from September-June and spending $350 a month July and August. After getting solar I pay $108 a month September-June and about $108 plus $100 for additional SCE usage during July and August. I’ve saved over $450 for the year on electricity.

It took longer than it should have, but to be fair, the LADWP isn't known for being fast or efficient. The required new power panel had to be changed, as well as the placement/layout of the solar panels, which could be blamed on the project manager or coordinator, but the various LADWP inspectors can also be blamed for not communicating these required changes MUCH FASTER! I tried to be fair and considerate that the COVID-19 pandemic wasn't over at the time, but this excuse only goes so far!

I had a great experience with Sunrun; their team was very clean and professional. While I'm happy with the savings on my electric bill, I was a bit disappointed that I still have one. In hindsight, I wish I had purchased the system instead of renting. Overall, I'm satisfied with Sunrun's service!

I had a great experience with the installation; it was done quickly and efficiently. The team was knowledgeable and everything was set up before I knew it. I've always received excellent customer service when I've called with questions. I'm thrilled with my decision to generate my own electricity and have no issues with my electric bill!
