Second home I’ve used Sun Run. Experience has always been good. Currently added panels and battery back up. My contact, David W. through the process was awesome. Shortly after everything was installed our neighborhood had an outage and we didn’t even know. Our new back batteries kicked on without us having to do anything. Highly recommend.

They were very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately we were unable to have a system installed due to too many trees and too many skylights on my house. But they tried! Several Interactions of plans, but none worked. No fault of SunRun, just the way it is. I think they have great customer service.

I appreciated Flavio. Genuinely nice guy. The company itself was very professional. The only problem I had was the agreement between PG&E and the Sunrun were the agreement between them and me wasn’t filled out properly and delayed full use for almost a year. Any broken tiles were replaced and clean up was perfect along with quality installation!

My wife and live in Bloomington Illinois and we are so happy that we met Mr. Fisher a salesman for Sunrun. Because of the solar panels and generator that we purchased from them, our home never lose power during or after the recent storms. Our system performed exactly the way he said it would. If you are experiencing power outage like many of my neighbors, my suggestion to you is to give Mr. Fisher a call. I have had it for a little over three years and am extremely happy with the services they provide for over 36 months I have never paid Ameren more than their minimum charge for electricity, which normally runs around $16.00 per month. Bradyn Fisher, one of their top salesmen, is very knowledgeable about not just the solar industry but with Sunrun as well. He’s always available for my occasional questions

I've had my system since 2023 my sales rep took very good care of informing us if he thought our system needed tweaking or something it was a good thing because it kept me watching how the system was working then he left the company and his replacement never called me to introduce or give me contact information and so over the last 90 days I noticed my electric bill has went up and up and up and I may have gotten comfortable with the system I'm not sure, but when I looked at my SPAN and saw my battery wasn't charging how is it Sunrun didn't know that my original rep made sure I sent him my electric bill to him every month I guess that position doesn't exist anymore because no one at Sunrun has requested them, and now that they do know why am I waiting almost a month for someone to come out ,with the bad weather yesterday my power went out 12 times for a short period of time and we were totally in the dark something we're not use to not very happy with Sunrun right now

SunRun did a great job through the whole process of getting my home on solar. They kept me up to date through the project and everything ran smoothly. The project did take a while to complete, but that was due to a delay on part of existing energy supplier (SCE) to schedule their final system approval.

Austin was spectacular to work with! The additional panels and 4 Tesla backup batteries have been a total game changer for my property. We can run the AC all day without stressing about high Edison rates, which is huge in this heat. I’ve already referred him to two friends and they’re just as happy. Highly recommend!
