It's working as well as they described. When the installation people came and they actually broke the entry gate. It costed me five hundred dollars and SunRun has never reimbursed me. I sent them information and their trucks are insured by some other people but it's been almost a year. I have to pay out of my pocket.'

The installation went pretty smooth. A couple hiccups extended it but after that it was good. After the fact I found out some of the information I was given was not true. I was told that my panels would work if the power was out and they don't. Also I was told I would be able to cash out the money for the overage at the end of the year and I can't. I really wish they were more upfront with some of the questions I asked. I really felt deceived when I found out the coverage doesn't cover the full cost of the power and I can't withdraw it. I have hundreds of dollars of extra power that I will never be able to use. I wish I had gotten less panels because of it.

They're very helpful in how they provided us with details. We had SunRun come out several times to get things straightened out with electrical aspects and the connections. They responded promptly and courteously and effectively. They haven't come out to clean the solar panels which are full of trash and dirt. It's been working very well and when we had power outages, we were grateful to have the electrical connections.

We interviewed two or three companies and we just like the feedback that we got from the sales reps better from SunRun. Installation was very smooth and on time. Since January, we've only had to pay a little over $100 for electricity when we were paying about $300 a month.

I really have had only one issue right after it was first installed and someone came out and corrected the problem. The panels are in position and doing what it's supposed to be doing. I wish that the installation part would have been a little quicker but other than that, everything went fine.

From the start of the installaton to the collecting electricity, the Sun Team was very customer friendly. They explained how to operate and maintain the Solar syatem. I have been saving around $100,00 a month on my electric bill. It even collects power during a Full Moon. I would reccommend going solar with SunRun..

I'm extremely happy. They're very responsive and very helpful. There was a foot of snow on the roof when they installed. They shoveled the roof and it took a couple days but they got it done. I leased so Sun Run takes care of the maintenance and the details.

Because of the gap between the roof and the solar panel now pigeons are nesting underneath the solar panels. They should enclosed the perimeter of the solar panel with screens so birds cannot nest. I don't mind my electricity is really low so it does benefit to have the solar panels.

SunRun detected that I had a problem with my generation and sent a technician to check my system before I even received a bill from the Edison company showing that I had a zero generation. The technician determined that I had a faulty inverter and it was replaced at no cost to me. This occurred one year ago and since then I have had no problems.

The instillation went relatively smooth but there was a couple of days that we didn't have any electricty in the middle of the summer because they were working on it. Aside from that everything was good. I did call and and opens a couple of cases for some very minor stuff but there has been no answer to those request.

I like SunRun because the electrical junction boxes are all low profile dark black solar panels, which look better than my neighbors panels. Recently my bill went up and even though it was only a few dollars I didn't get any type of explanation.

The representative was very personable and he explained he whole process to me, which was very helpful and he was very understanding. I am having problems receiving the documentation that I was supposed to receive and that is my only issue with their customer service. I was supposed to receive some visa gift cards and I have got collection calling me about payment, which the gift cards were supposed to go towards. The people who set it up were very professional and they involved me in the entire process, I really appreciated that. I am pleased with how it looks.

The other day I called them because I have a leak and they said they would get back to me and they have yet to, so I am a little disappointed with their customer service.

The panels are working well so far and their customer service is very good. The reason I did not give them a 5 is because we have still had to pay electric bills to Edison every month. They are $20+ each month. I did not expect that based on what we were told by the sales person which was that Edison would be purchasing unused power from us (and we would have unused power for them to purchase) and we would end up getting money back from Edison. Instead, we have been paying every month except the first month since our panels were installed.

Thank you for contacting Sunrun Customer Care. To determine how much the solar system produced, as well as how much energy you used within a given month, you will need to look at both your Sunrun invoice and utility bill.

The Sunrun invoice will have the total amount produced. Your utility bill will show how much excess energy was pushed to the utility grid and stored as a credit. Your utility bill will also detail how much additional energy you needed to purchase from the utility.

The sum of the total production from the system and the additional amount purchased from the utility is your total usage. Unfortunately, Sunrun does not have access to the utility company's internal billing and metering, so we cannot tell you how much energy was stored as a credit with them.

The installation process went pretty smooth, the only thing I didn't like was a couple of panels were not aligned perfectly on the roof. I am getting energy back and it is doing what it is supposed to. They have been responsive to my questions and pretty thorough.

They have qualified staff. There were good sales people working with us all the way through the process. The support has been very good just to follow up with the issues or problems I've had. They're out here pretty quick. I've had some issues with some of the switches and things like that that sometimes don't work as I expected them to.

I choose them because they were at Costco and they are a reputable company in my area. The overall customer support has been good. The coordinators were in close contact with me and checked on the progress and scheduled appropriately. They followed their commitments and time schedule. Some tiles were broken installation but they were later replaced. I am fairly satisfied with the equipment and quality.

All the research that we did indicated that it was a reputable company. The person came out and gave us all the information we requested. We did have them come out and put some screening around the panels because of the birds and they came and there was no issue. Installation went smoothly. The equipment has never given us problems.
