After we started getting extremely high energy bills, we decided to look into it again. We called 3 different solar companies, and Sunrun was the only one who responded promptly. We were also impressed with the thoroughness of the presentation and how clearly the numbers were presented. David was extremely professional but in a relaxed fashion. He spoke to both of us on equal terms and picked up our concerns as needed and had the patience to address all our concerns. I was particularly skeptical because we had a previous experience that did not turn out well. We were thrilled with his thorough presentation and accuracy with total costs each month. Also we were pleased that all the suggested dates and scheduled items worked as planned.

The quickness and efficiency begins and ends with a great representative, and Tanner has been approachable and has set the pace since the first day I’ve met him. My expectations have constantly been exceeded which is rare for a tech company. If a customer is fortunate to have Tanner as their representative, then you will have someone who is capable, smart, and someone I now ould call a friend.

Bailey is very thorough, Mahalo Nui LOA . He took the time to explain some of the questions that I had, and if he did not know, he went the extra mile to find out. You can certainly appreciate that in this day. He is soo pleasant, he reminds me of my son; just very genuine and caring. The guys who set up worked steadily and were very friendly it did help that they were easy on the eyes!😉. They also made sure that my tv for my RAVENS still worked🤣! I would recommend Bailey to set everyone up.
