We are so confident that our fair and transparent ranking algorithm favors the companies who are providing the highest level of service, that we are willing to offer consumers a $200 satisfaction guarantee if they have a poor experience working with any of our Best Guaranteed companies.

How do I redeem the $200 guarantee?

To qualify for the $200 reimbursement, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You requested a quote through BestCompany.com from a company that is covered by the $200 Satisfaction Guarantee
  • You were a paying customer of the company for at least 30 days and then canceled. You will be asked to provide documention to verify the date you became a paying customer and the date you terminated services
  • You leave a review on BestCompany.com about your experience with that company

If you meet these requirements, simply email us at [email protected]. Please include your name and the company with which you were unsatisfied, along with documention to verify the date you became a paying customer and the date you terminated services.

How do businesses earn the guarantee?

To earn the Best Company Satisfaction Guarantee, a business must meet the following requirements:

  • Have an average review score of 3.5 or better over the last 12 months
  • Have at least 20 new consumer reviews over the last 12 months
  • Provide the highest level of service to consumers who are referred to that company from BestCompany.com
  • Provide regular reporting to Best Company regarding the customer status of consumers referred from BestCompany.com (this allows us to verify a consumer's eligibility to redeem the $200 guarantee)

Best Company reserves the right to award or revoke this guaranteed status from companies at its discretion.
