Sunrun is an amazing company. My pg&e bill was almost 500$ and now I only pay 125$ a month. They literally kept me in my home. The service has been professional and timely. I could not be happier. And their APP to monitor the system is brilliant.

Sunrun and having solar has been a god sent.
I have an aging AC unit and my bill during the hot summer days will shoot up. Now that I have solar, I barely have to pay Edison above the mandatory connection charges.
Sunrun also made the process easy and simple. Jeff was so patient with our concerns and walked us throughout the process. Techs were very courteous and very careful of property.
I highly recommend going with Sunrun and solar in general. Sunrun's customer service, support, and attention to their customers is above all else.

The entire process was informative, professional, effortless, painless, and wasted no time. I was always well informed and when I needed to delay installation for personal reasons, Michele B. was very understanding. She even checked on me during the pause which I appreciated as she was NOT by all means required to do so.
During the process there was always someone reaching out to not only explain next steps but also what was done in the background. Majority if this was with Michele who was always a pleasure to speak with. This is my second installation with Sunrun and I have no complaints with their service, products, or workmanship. The installation team was very polite, respectful, considerate and again provided step by step information on process, timing, and documentation.
At no point during this was I not aware of what was going on. Even when approval was needed from outside third party entities, I was notified of what was being requested, where they were in the approval process, and the end result. Glad to say I've had no issues with my solar panels in the past and currently the newly installed battery seems to be working well so far. 10/10 recommend.

David has been awesome! Every question I had, he had an honest answer for. Not many people will let you know if they cannot properly service your needs and that is one thing David and the rest of the team promised me. I have to admit, I am extremely happy with the outcome.
I had 24 solar panels on my roof from another company that were under performing. I met Kase (I hope I spelled that right) in Lowes, then I met David, another gentleman, and Christine (My mom's name) and the team has been super busy making sure we were taken care of. I am now a believer in solar whereas the first company let me down.
Go with SunRun for yout solar needs and ask for David Kim!

I had an outstanding experience working with Khelin and Sunrun from start to finish on my home and rental properties in 2024 and 2025! From the very first consultation, Khelin was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I understood every step of the solar process. There was no pressure, just clear, honest guidance tailored to my needs.
The installation process was smooth and efficient. The crew was punctual, respectful of my home, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. Khelin stayed involved the entire time, providing updates and making sure everything was on track, which gave me total peace of mind.
What really stood out was the level of communication and customer care. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly, and I always felt like a priority, not just another customer.
Now that my systems are up and running, I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m already seeing the benefits, and I feel confident knowing I made the right choice.

Two homes and many years later, this was the 3rd time I spoke to a Representative and completed an appraisal. I knew it would happen someday, but the offset needed to be just right. Each rep that I worked with over the years was very knowledgeable and patient. There was never any pressure to commit and they went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide a peace of mind. Since then, the SunRun crew were quick, efficient and willing to hear feedback if you had a question or concern. This is your home after all. The panels are finally running and I'm doing my best to share the great experience we had.

If anyone is skeptical about doing this, like I was, please talk to Thiago, and his team, they made it so simple & kept us informed every step of the way, it was the best thing we have done, I haven’t seen a Eversourse bill in months and we actually just got a battery installed in case of power outage we will have power with the new Tesla battery, peace of mind(especially with the winter we just endured)..also you my as well get the solar now, before it’s mandatory and you will have to pay out of pocket, mine was free during the promotion,, they upgraded our electric panel and removed some trees and even added a couple plugs to my husbands work shop area, just because they noticed my husband was using extension cords in that part of the basement.. free of charge!! He was so happy about that… Sunrun is the best solar company and I highly recommend them for all your solar NEEDS!Sunrun was informative & professional throughout the entire process… plus it feels really good knowing we’re doing our part for the environment 🎊🎉☀️

I used Sunrun, as it was being advertised at my local Costco. I know Costco vets its partners because of the volume of customers it services. They came out to design how many panels and where to put them on the roof, gave me an estimate and I thought it was a great offer. They came and installed it. I had to call PGE to have them do their inspection and then they had to connect my panels to their system. I also purchased a battery because when the sun goes down, I still have solar power. On Nextdoor, people will state no electricity, however at my home, No Worries. It is a fantastic investment and my electric bills are great. I do have a true up, but in a year’s worth of electricity, it is not in the $$$. I would recommend Sunrun for solar power.

Exceptional customer service and products. Mr. Khelin John Y. took his time laying out all options, providing pros and cons of each choice, guiding us steps and what to expect. We are very impressed by his knowledge and his eagerness to provide only the best for his clients. We are so lucky that somehow our case was assigned to Mr. Young ( We didn't know him. We just went Sunrun website to make consultation appointment. We did the same to other solar companies).

Long time customer here! Started under NEM 1. Nervous and untrusting. My rep was so helpful in understanding my options, contract, and, property orientation. Started with no battery but at the close of NEM 2 we decided to add a battery and a few more panels. Again, no hassle and great service. My ‘true up’ was less than $60. This year. Yippee! We now use power like 20 years ago and keep the thermostat at68 summer and 74 winter! Thanks Surun!

My experience with Sunrun has been outstanding. Their service is complete and dependable, especially when the City of Long Beach arranges for maintenance black outs. Our Sunrun battery kicks in during these periods and produces lighting in our home. Sunrun also performs periodic checkups making sure our system is performing well. We are happy with Sunrun!

Anthony, who was the one who came to explain solar to me, really was great. I felt he wasn’t there just as a salesman but he truly cared. That was three years ago and I’ve never been happier to have solar from Sunrun. They are very responsive and great customer service, which I’ve only needed once in the 3 1/2 years. You won’t be sorry to go with Sunrun. My electric bill in the summer using the AC, about $14 or less.

They were able to put panels on my house

There was a recommendation to increase the number of panels because Hawaiian Electric was increasing their charges and there was an offering of a solar battery to be included. Even though my area hasn’t experienced the power outage like the 100,000 customers over the past week during the storm, I am prepared if that should happen. Thank you.

We have had amazing performance from our Sunrun system over the last six years. Our system provides more electric than we need and we provide to the grid a small amount each month. So our cost of electricity is minimal each month. But the service is outstanding.

Choosing Sun Run was the most affordable option compared to purchasing Solar.
SUNRUN was efficient, and very professional in the installation of the solar, and took the time to explain everything.
Since having Solar with SunRun I haven’t had to pay much for air conditioning. Some months my PGE bill was zero in the summer months.
I would definitely recommend Sun Run, especially since PGE rates continues to go up.

He had the wire installed after installed around the panels because I knew people that had problems with the birds and they didn’t charge anything for it. The representative, Mathias, presented the Sunrun information very effectively. He explained the company and what it stood for and how it worked. Most importantly he explained how switching to solar would affect us financially and for our benefit. His presentation made good sense to us and after consideration we chose solar. The installation was completed in one day and there have not been any issues since then and we have been delighted by the $1 monthly bills!

Karina was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. Karina and the Sunrun Crews were great. I did not think I could afford the Sunrun Solar services, but Karina changed my mind and showed me that the system is far superior than any others I have seen. The installation went smoothly and they installed my 52 panel, three battery system in one day! Amazing. I would recommend Karina and Sunrun to everyone I know that is considering solar.

I chose to go with Sunrun because of Khelin expertise in the industry. I’ve talked to multiple companies including So Cal Edison, and nobody was able to explain to me my electric bill, and why my current solar situation wasn’t working. Khelin was able to explain everything in great detail that was super easy to understand how I was being ripped off by Edison. He was able to give me the best deal out there, adding solar panels with 2 Tesla power walls to eliminate my electric bill. I’m so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge in the industry. I highly recommend him helping for your situation. It was the easiest process I’ve ever been through, stress free, and now I’m saving money. This was the best decision I’ve made and I’m so grateful that he reached out.
