I was impressed with the knowledge of the product and how professional the crew was. Every process was completed in a timely fashion . When all steps were completed I had a face to face meeting with my representative and received my next steps as well as all completed forms including permits. Every interaction has been awesome. Swapped out a high priced utility company with a low priced one. Total energy costs have gone down by more than half and next time there’s a neighborhood blackout, I’ll still have power. Highly recommend.

I chose Sunrun for my new home because they installed the solar system in my last home in 2016. I was greatly pleased with Sunrun. They are very professional all around. Their customer care and service teams are superb. Why not go solar? While public utility companies continue to ever-increase energy rates, solar energy is the answer to saving money and helping the environment. Why not go Sunrun? I had a great experience with Sunrun for 10 years. As a returning customer, I recommend Sunrun. It's worth at least giving them a chance to win you over. You literally have nothing to lose.

PG&E was killing us. Sunrun gave us the opportunity to get away from PG&E 's high rate with no out-of-pocket expense at a lower kilowatt rate. We have over 20 panels and 2 Tesla power walls. It cut our monthly electric bill by around 40%. Again, this came at no money out-of-pocket. The subscription plan really works. We're extremely happy that we made the switch.

I chose to work with Sunrun for two reasons. For sometime I have been interested in getting solar panels to safe money in energy bills given the soaring increase of energy costs that exist with Pepco. The other reason is a good friend of mine recommended Sunrun after he decided to go with their Solar panels which was a result of his receiving positive reviews from someone else who he was acquainted with who chose to go with Sunrun's solar panels. Now I would like to know how soon the switch will take place going directly from Pepco to utilizing the panels?

The entire process was informative, professional, effortless, painless, and wasted no time. I was always well informed and when I needed to delay installation for personal reasons, Michele B. was very understanding. She even checked on me during the pause which I appreciated as she was NOT by all means required to do so. During the process there was always someone reaching out to not only explain next steps but also what was done in the background. Majority if this was with Michele who was always a pleasure to speak with. This is my second installation with Sunrun and I have no complaints with their service, products, or workmanship. The installation team was very polite, respectful, considerate and again provided step by step information on process, timing, and documentation. At no point during this was I not aware of what was going on. Even when approval was needed from outside third party entities, I was notified of what was being requested, where they were in the approval process, and the end result. Glad to say I've had no issues with my solar panels in the past and currently the newly installed battery seems to be working well so far. 10/10 recommend.

David has been awesome! Every question I had, he had an honest answer for. Not many people will let you know if they cannot properly service your needs and that is one thing David and the rest of the team promised me. I have to admit, I am extremely happy with the outcome. I had 24 solar panels on my roof from another company that were under performing. I met Kase (I hope I spelled that right) in Lowes, then I met David, another gentleman, and Christine (My mom's name) and the team has been super busy making sure we were taken care of. I am now a believer in solar whereas the first company let me down. Go with SunRun for yout solar needs and ask for David Kim!

Two homes and many years later, this was the 3rd time I spoke to a Representative and completed an appraisal. I knew it would happen someday, but the offset needed to be just right. Each rep that I worked with over the years was very knowledgeable and patient. There was never any pressure to commit and they went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide a peace of mind. Since then, the SunRun crew were quick, efficient and willing to hear feedback if you had a question or concern. This is your home after all. If anyone is skeptical about doing this, like I was, please talk to Thiago, and his team, they made it so simple & kept us informed every step of the way, it was the best thing we have done, I haven’t seen a Eversourse bill in months and we actually just got a battery installed in case of power outage we will have power with the new Tesla battery, peace of mind(especially with the winter we just endured)..also you my as well get the solar now, before it’s mandatory and you will have to pay out of pocket, mine was free during the promotion,, they upgraded our electric panel and removed some trees and even added a couple plugs to my husbands work shop area, just because they noticed my husband was using extension cords in that part of the basement.. free of charge!! He was so happy about that… Sunrun is the best solar company and I highly recommend them for all your solar NEEDS!Sunrun was informative & professional throughout the entire process… plus it feels really good knowing we’re doing our part for the environment 🎊🎉☀️

Sunrun and having solar has been a god sent. I have an aging AC unit and my bill during the hot summer days will shoot up. Now that I have solar, I barely have to pay Edison above the mandatory connection charges. Sunrun also made the process easy and simple. Jeff was so patient with our concerns and walked us throughout the process. Techs were very courteous and very careful of property. I highly recommend going with Sunrun and solar in general. Sunrun's customer service, support, and attention to their customers is above all else.

Long time customer here! Started under NEM 1. Nervous and untrusting. My rep was so helpful in understanding my options, contract, and, property orientation. Started with no battery but at the close of NEM 2 we decided to add a battery and a few more panels. Again, no hassle and great service. My ‘true up’ was less than $60. This year. Yippee! We now use power like 20 years ago and keep the thermostat at68 summer and 74 winter! Thanks Surun!

I used Sunrun, as it was being advertised at my local Costco. I know Costco vets its partners because of the volume of customers it services. They came out to design how many panels and where to put them on the roof, gave me an estimate and I thought it was a great offer. They came and installed it. I had to call PGE to have them do their inspection and then they had to connect my panels to their system. I also purchased a battery because when the sun goes down, I still have solar power. On Nextdoor, people will state no electricity, however at my home, No Worries. It is a fantastic investment and my electric bills are great. I do have a true up, but in a year’s worth of electricity, it is not in the $$$. I would recommend Sunrun for solar power.

The installation went smoothly, and Sunrun handled all the paperwork and required permits with the city and SCE, which made the whole process stress-free. Very professional and truly customer-focused. I highly recommend Sunrun to anyone in Los Angeles considering going solar!

Sunrun installed solar panels and a Tesla power wall with a battery back up system for me. I could not be happier with it. The sun provides power during the day & also charges the battery, the battery provides power at night. I highly recommend it!

There was a recommendation to increase the number of panels because Hawaiian Electric was increasing their charges and there was an offering of a solar battery to be included. Even though my area hasn’t experienced the power outage like the 100,000 customers over the past week during the storm, I am prepared if that should happen. Thank you.

When Brian G. came tothe door I was skeptical. But my preconceptions and assumptions were wrong. I never thought to aske the multiple neighbors around me why they have these systems on their homes. Its no surprise the energy crisis is happening with technology advances outpacing new power plant developments. The aging infrastructure is result on my delivery charges being 70% of costs in NY. When Brian showed me the actual fees and sites that explain the funsing and programs it made sense. I talked to neighbors whom showed me their utiloity bills and SunRuns and from my current utility they are paying over 50% lower rate with SunRun. They and I have had no issues with performance, installation, app, or billing wuestions bc Brian has checked in periodically to review and explain the seasonal variations and app features. We've referred other homes and gotten SunRun bill credit as a result, Win WIN!
