We have owned our solar from Sunrun for around 5 years. What a great investment this was! We opted to purchase our solar panels outright, which will add to the value of our home when we sell it later this year. Getting solar is one of the best decisions of my life! As I have gotten older and on a fixed income man in the savings are just a lifesaver. The service from SunRun has been extremely good. We are very pleased with the installtion and operation of our Sunrun solar panel system and battery. The Tesla phone app that lets us see the energy generated by the panels, stored by the battery and used by our home is an outstanding way to track our energy consumption and consider ways to reduce it.

The entire process was good from start to finish. Everyone was polite and professional. There was an electrixal issue that occurred and it was handled quickly and appropriately. When I walk past our electric meter and see that it's running in reverse and our electric bill is under $20.00 I'm beyond pleased.

My experience with Sunrun has been outstanding. Their service is complete and dependable, especially when the City of Long Beach arranges for maintenance black outs. Our Sunrun battery kicks in during these periods and produces lighting in our home. Sunrun also performs periodic checkups making sure our system is performing well. We are happy with Sunrun!

Anthony, who was the one who came to explain solar to me, really was great. I felt he wasn’t there just as a salesman but he truly cared. That was three years ago and I’ve never been happier to have solar from Sunrun. They are very responsive and great customer service, which I’ve only needed once in the 3 1/2 years. You won’t be sorry to go with Sunrun. My electric bill in the summer using the AC, about $14 or less.

I was referred to Sunrun by a friend trough Costco friend , and am very satisfied with my solar panels I was paying 225.00 dollars a month for my electricity bills, after Sunrun installed my system of solar panels I only pay 88.00 dollars a month , and I got upgraded my electricity box and got professional installation of solar panels and paid 0 cents for that so I save en electricity 50% and got upgrades on my house , I am extremely satisfied with my savings and I keep my AC on during summer time day and nite before solar panels I only turn my AC only at nite.

I have had great customer service since the day Brooke met with us to consider solar with Sunrun. I have had only 2 issues with my system over the last 3 1/2 years and neither issue affected production. Both issues were solved in a reasonable amount of time and customer service has been top notch all along! I would recommend Sunrun to anyone considering switching to solar energy. From the beginning with Joni our advisor, to the installation crew and the service crew as well. Someone is always asking how they work They are under the impression they do not work when it is cloudy Tell the men/women to explain this when they are out selling them They also think the monthly payments are too high They don’t stop and think even with the payments they are still paying less I love my panels!!!!

I had them over 5 years and they’re an amazing company. Had an issue with my electrical wiring and the agent helped out a lot!!!! Instead of having to pay 5k for upgrading my electrical wiring the agent and their team made it to where I paid only $750. My system has a battery and I can share that when electricity went out on my block due to the snowstorm I was the only one with lights up and running

My experience with Sunrun has been overall very positive. Sales staff was attentive and went into great detail about the system I was getting and potential savings. The energy generated over the 2 years I've had the system has been higher than projected. My Coned electrical bill has been $18-20 USD since Jan 2022 and my home is still running on credit kWh from the first year. Even with the Sunrun bill, I'm still saving a good $2,000 per year in electricity. Support has been good, too.

Would I get solar again? Yes! The only thing is, I wish we got it sooner. The process was so easy from the time of signing the contract to installation. We were so happy with it, we decided to get Solar Batteries a year after our install. We have had SunRun for about 2 years now. From the initial consultation until now we have been extremely happy. Everything was explained clearly and installation was easy. Even when we had a recent issue with a panel they came out quickly and replaced the panel. The app is easy to use to track usage and it’s been amazing when the neighborhood is experiencing an outage we still have our lights on thanks to the backup battery!

Dan went above and beyond to get my panels installed. At one point the electric company wanted me to pay for a transformer which was about $8,000 otherwise I would not be able to get the amount of panels I needed. But after talking with Dan and coming up with some ideas we were able to get all the panels needed installed without having to purchase a transformer. If you’re going to get solar go with SunRun

I love having SunRun installing my solar panel because they do what they promised to do. They even reimbursed me for relocated my pool heater because it is too close to the panel. My solar panels work well, they produce more than expected on the good day. I have enough electricity to use so I don’t need to pay eversource anymore. It’s a relief since eversource’s rate is going up
