Installation was quick and smooth, but the customer service and billing are absolutely terrible. Fixing issues with the solar system has been a nightmare. I'm really frustrated and can't wait to switch providers. I hope they go out of business so I can leave them sooner.

I recently had solar panels installed by SunRun on two of my houses in Arizona. The installation process went smoothly and quickly. However, I am still receiving high bills from Tucson Electric, so I can't say for sure if it was worth it. SunRun has moved out of Arizona, so I can't compare my bills to theirs. Overall, it seems like a good deal, but I would advise others to wait and see before making a decision based on my experience.
