Thanks for the communication. As you stated, there was an increase, depending on what agreement you are on there can be a yearly escalator. Absolutely horrible service. Have been leasing since 7 years. The system went down earlier this summer. Over 3.5 months and still no news on the replacement system. Meanwhile I am paying the lease every month.

DO NOT GO WITH SUNRUN!!! Sunrun doesn't allow battery back-ups to leased systems, nor do they allow you to add a battery back-up to an already existing system through them. Horrible customer service.

Beware!!! When your panels stop producing power they won’t replace the bad panels. Sunrun will just tell you that your other panels will make up for it. Loss production is loss production!

I have 30 panels and they have underperformed every year and I always have a true up bill of at least $1500 or more. I have called and complained and it gets me nowhere. Going solar with them was the worst mistake ever.
