Diane Newell

Sunrun's equipment failed leaving us with a $2,900.00 PG&E bill. They came and repaired the equipment two weeks after reporting the issue, which they could see on their computer. After numerous phone calls to them, they gave us a credit of $349.12. and can't understand why we are not happy with them.

My solar was installed 2021. This May 2024 the metering what they call is not working. It is very difficult to make appointment to repair. From May to October my solar is not working. I don’t recommend this company if you are interested in solar.

David Milas

They sold me a 2G/3G communications module in 2022 when 3G was officially obsoleted. It has now stopped communicating, and they are charging me $300 to upgrade to LTE. They do not warranty any of their equipment if you buy it.

During the initial presentation of their services the representative asked me to sign what he described as just simply authorization to perform the initial site survey to see if the house qualified for solar. In actuality they tried to get me to sign full 25 year lease agreement.

Sunrun is a HORRIBLE company. They have bad customer service, hardly ever follow through on issues or complaints, do not give honest information and are only interested in up selling and stealing your money. Run from Sunrun if they approach you!

SunRun is a joke they have not fixed our ceiling they ruined from last September!!! I am now getting a lawyer this is such bad business!!! Our system has not worked for several months and they keep on saying they will be out to fix well now 7 months later nothing!!!!!!!! Do not do business with this with this company!!!

Sunrun did not install correct equipment specified on agreement and refuses to resolve. They have sent me to 2 outside collection agents who are smart enough to know what was done to me is nothing short of fraud and breach of contract.

Run Run! We live in the desert and when it's 120 degrees outside in the HOT summer, we are supposed to turn off our AC because it's the ONLY plan APS has with solar. If we did that, we'd die! Then on top of having a HIGH electric bill, we have a Sunrun bill for 20 years. Really!!

If I could give zero stars I would . WORST customer service hands down. They never transferred a set of panels to the new home owner - we’ve been paying and it need to stop like yesterday. My system has been down for 8 months and it's only 4 years old. It hasn't been the first time it's been down either. We purchased our system. The service from the company isn't worth the 1 star. They have no clue what good service is. I plan on filing a complaint with the Attorney General.

Definitely not recommend! They say one thing the first week but then they come back after 3 months saying “Sorry but your system hasn’t been approved, you need sign more via docsign” No supervision and customer service at all. Costco must do something!

Took 7 +months to reach out because system was performing way below its norm. Then 4 more weeks to get service crew out now waiting over a week to see where we are on the warranty to make repairs. Poor customer service, not interested, under staffed.

they messed up my account so unknowingly and hearlessly, the deactivated half my system. Their customer service is brutal and they lied to me. One person does not know what the other is doing. So i lost the value of almost 1 month of electeric solar generation.

Marcio And Maritza By far the worst company I've ever done business with, they started the project in my house (Saugus MA) in 2019 and until today 08/09/2022 the project was not finished, they destroyed my entire backyard and I still had to pay to fix it.
