Thank you for your interest in Brightbox. We're working on a retrofit for existing customers since the invertor would need replacing. Currently, Brightbox is only for new solar customers but you'll be contacted as soon as a retrofit is available. We understand how important this system is to current customers and we are working our hardest to find a solution.

Both myself and my neighbor experieced the same issue. All the 'engineering', permits, etc was completed. Equipment and installation crew arrrived at both of our homes, only to see the crew stand around for 2 hours and eventually leaving and taking the equipment back with them. Zero confidence in this company.
