The installation went very smoothly including the upgrade of my central electrical panel. I had no cash outlay until my initial monthly payment. Within 18 months, or so, I had a credit in excess of $5000 with my power provider. Sunrun solar power has been a winner for me and for our environment.

Solar is definitely the best way to go! PG&E is getting out of hand and this is the best way to offset their rising prices. I’ve had solar for about 5 years. I plan on adding a few more panels and a battery backup system now!!! Let’s go sun run!!!

One of our neighbors on another block was the first to get solar panels. Made me very curious. I knew nothing of Sun Run. Devan W contacted my neighbor and me to tell us about their product. We ended up agreeing to use Sunrun and the following week he had a crew there at the unbelievable hour of 7 AM to start work. Very knowledgeable, quiet and efficient technicians installed our panels and even cleaned up after themselves completely. The Sun Run administrative staff contacted us to walk us through contracts and timelines for our house to be completed and start using the solar panels. I am very pleased with everyone I have had contact with. There’s a lot of information given to us, but we were able to have all our questions answered. Two reasons for our interest was the fact that our electricity companies cannot guarantee. We have air conditioning or heating during severe weather conditions. That’s the first thing that sold me on Sun Run. The second reason is because I feel our electric bill is just going up up up and no end in sight and this is one way that we can combat High energy cost on a fixed income.I highly recommend them because I think they’re very capable and the product extremely appealing.

I have appreciated how smoothly the process has gone from the start. Patrick (S) provided excellent customer service and explained the process very thoroughly. Then, working with Kip M to coordinate installation, the level of attention to detail provided a profound sense of reassurance that Sunrun has the interest of the customer in mind. Finally, Ringo S remained in frequent communication through the process of working with my electric utility provider all the way until we were "full go." Oh yeah, the savings I have seen have also been remarkable. I can say, that receiving a bill from my electric utility provider for the month of late February until late March for $16.91 was awesome! Thank you Sunrun!

Sunrun staff were very educational regarding all the options for our battery installation on our Sunrun panels. We chose to go through Sunrun itself rather than a large box store as Sunrun was willing to install a battery rather than two batteries and additional panels. The installation crew arrived early and completed the job in one day. They were very thorough and worked hard on a very hot day.

When John T came to explain about Sunrun solar, he took the time to explain everything. When I didn't understand, he explained again. Never rushed us. Was polite and thorough. Made sure all bases were covered. Gave me enough panels so I didn't have to worry about paying electric. Since e I have owned my solar, our house stays so much cooler. Air conditioning runs less. Customer service helped me to figure out why I wasn't getting a savings. I followed their directions and I contacted my energy company since then I've worked with them to correct everything and my solar panels are working great my bills have gone from $400 a month down to 100. I am still working to make them even lower. But what a savings. Thank you to the service people for helping me figure out what was wrong. I am now receiving a substantial savings. I've recommended you over and over again to many people. Overall I am extremely happy with my solar energy.

The technicians who installed the system were friendly and worked quickly. The output of the system and the savings that Tom told us we could expect were spot-on. Robert took the time to not only listen to our needs, but also to ask the probing questions regarding future plans in order to determine what would be the best fit for us. My solar power is optimized by Sunrun. The installation was great and I’m renting the solar system, so any maintenance issues are taken care of by Sunrun. I’m getting credit for power from my solar panels. The costs are much lower over the past year and a half. I was approached at Lowe’s for a consult from Sunrun about solar installation. I was interested already so I set up an appointment. From that point on everything has been very well communicated at each step. The panels were installed promptly and look good! It took a while to get through all of the permitting/inspections/etc but the system has been up & running for almost a month now with no issues. Would highly recommend Sunrun A+

We have gotten many benefits from putting in solar panels. Our electrical bill has gone down I hundreds of dollars and at the end of the year we got reimbursed for the excess solar that we made. This has been a very good experience for us and I am very grateful not to mention the fact that we didn’t pay anything for it initially. We pay a small monthly bill to Sunrun And will sell the house with the solar panels, which will benefit the next homebuyer immensely.

We moved to this location and went about investigating adding solar because it worked for us for some time at our former location. I asked four companies to let us know what they could do for us. Sunrun’s presentation was the best. At every point in the acquisition of solar. Sunrun did not disappoint. Professional is the best way to describe how they approached their interactions with us. Our panels have been active fo a few weeks and there have been no “hiccups.” So far, so good. We have no reason to believe that the panels will not perform as promised.

Program basically leases customers the equipment so zero upfront materials cost. Installation was rapid and quite thorough. Sunrun monitors the system and sends support for any issue. Sunrun has been great and I’ve recommended them to many people. Definitely get the battery option. There was a neighborhood black out and I didn’t notice except for an initial flickering light. Go solar!

From sales to installation to performance of the equipment I give it top notch review. Sales presentation covered what to expect, to what is on the horizon on PG&E increasing billing. Installation was on time covered every step of the upgrade and walked me through the program that monitors the performance of the equipment. The equipment has been operating without issue. And from my understanding I am now working mainly off the battery system with little to no purchase off the grid.

I had a positive experience with the installation, although there were minor concerns about shrubbery protection during roof cleaning. They handled the water cleanup promptly. However, I found transferring to a new homeowner challenging, especially regarding understanding my monthly bill and wattage usage. More clarity on accessing this information would be helpful.

The installation process was concerning due to a lack of communication from the technicians, leaving me unclear about what was happening. However, everything was installed well in the end. I appreciate the updates on their site but would like more long-term information and insurance options. Overall, I would recommend this service, especially with the lease transfer option.

I had a positive experience with the installation; it was completed in a day and the yard was cleaned up nicely. However, there was a delay with the utility hookup that I couldn't figure out. The system has been trouble-free since then, but I did notice my last bill was higher than expected. Overall, I'm happy with the system and how cool my house is!

I recently had an inspection and installation for my solar system, and the process was seamless. The inspection was quick, and I received updates throughout each step. I find it fascinating to see everything come together, and I’m thrilled that I’ve had zero issues since then. Best of all, my electric bill is now nonexistent with our community grid!

I had a good experience with the service; they quickly cleaned up water damage and repaired the air conditioning system. However, I was concerned that they didn't protect the shrubbery during the roof cleaning. I also wish there was clearer information on accessing my monthly bill and understanding my wattage usage—it's a bit difficult to find online.

In home sales was easy. System installation was quick and professional. System was sized correctly with a couple extra panels for insurance. I pay PG&E "0" dollars during early Spring, Summer, and late Fall months. Very small payments for 3-4 months of Winter for natural gas. 10$ for electricity for those months. Over sizing the system I get credited on my natural gas. My true up fees are "0" $ Completely happy with the system.

The initial customer service person indicated that she would be available to guide us through the process on an ongoing basis. This was not the case. Her availability ended after installation and set up. When I had questions about how to proceed to qualify and apply for SRECs, and federal and state rebates, she took a "not my job" attitude. This left us to call customer service reps for help on how to proceed. It took many months, after several calls, to finally get someone to assist us. Since then, the customer service reps and the few needed customer service calls have been addressed very well. The Sunrun product itself is working as expected and we are very satisfied.

I had SunRun install a PPA system over for years ago. Since then there have been no issues and the system has saved me a lot of money. It’s relieving knowing I can run my AC in summer without incurring any of the utility peak usage. The one time I had questions and had to reach out they were also prudent and answered my questions without having to escalate even though they were technical.

Ryan was great. As someone who had been burned by a solar company that went out of business just a year into my 25-year warranty, I was very distrustful of signing another contract. But Ryan took a lot of time with me, broke things down clearly, laying out all the financial details in a way that made sense. And while he was doing so, I never felt pressured to commit. From the very beginning of having solar put on our house it was a great experience. Paul the sales rep was awesome, very helpful and pleasant to work with. The installation team was great. Quick at what they do and left everything clean and tidy. The only negative I have to say, I was told had to be paid off before system could be turned on(was paying in full) then it took Excel Energy almost 8 months to turn it on. Sunrun is a great company to work with.

The salesman, Patrick, was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about solar. The sign up process was easy and we are awaiting installation. What I like most so far is that the company is not pushy when it comes to sales. I had a few other estimates and the sales team was constantly calling or texting me about a decision. Sunrun presented the information and allowed me the time to make my decision.

I haven't had to call Sunrun for any issues, but I'd rate them a 5 because they handled a glitch during installation exceptionally well. Despite a big mistake, they went above and beyond to fix it, showing their dedication to customer care. The whole process took about 9 months, but they kept me informed at every stage and made it smooth. Sunrun's commitment to fixing errors and communicating with customers is why I appreciate their service.
