What a relief to finally find someone who actually wants to solve my problems instead of just selling me something! The original company that installed my solar system went out of business. I reached out to four other solar companies—all of them promised to help, then completely stopped responding once they realized I wasn’t interested in upgrades. Fernando came recommended by one of his previous customers, and I’m so glad I called him. He came to the house, assessed the situation, brought one of his installers out, and just like that—everything was identified and fixed in a single weekend. I highly recommend Fernando. He’s focused on the customer’s needs, results, and satisfaction—not on how much money he can make.

From beginning to end, Qaseem was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. I couldn't be happier with the add-on solar+battery system that was designed specifically around my Tesla Model Y and my home's energy needs. Before the system, my PG&E bill was consistently around $380 and now it's down to about $40. The difference has been night and day. What impressed me the most was how thoroughly everything was handled from start to finish. Every detail that was promised was delivered - the system was sized correctly for both my house and charging my Model Y, the installation went smoothly, and the performance has matched exactly what was outlined. No surprises, no shortfalls. It's rare to deal with someone who actually follows through on everything they say. I'm extremely satisfied with both the results and the entire experience and D. I don't write many reviews, but Fernando definitely earned this one. The entire experience with Fernando and Sunrun has been outstanding from the beginning. He took the time to evaluate our home, explain every option, and answer every question we had. His knowledge of the product is obvious, but what I appreciated most was how he explained everything in plain English. No sales talk, no pressure, just honest answers that made it easy to understand. I had plenty of questions about the installation process, the solar panels, and how the Powerwall system would work with our home. Every time I reached out, Fernando responded quickly and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. He turned what I thought would be a stressful decision into a very comfortable experience. What really stood out was the way he treated my family and our home. He was respectful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. 2015 we had a sales rep knock on our door and politely ask if we knew anything about solar and if we were interested. Lets say a gut feeling and faith had us partner with Sunrun. i went thru Costco they set me up with Sunrun i have had them since 2016 i think. i have only had 2 problems one in 2019/2020 didn't realize it stopped working for 6 moths. They credit me on what average i use in past years. Other time was 5 months in 2023 this time when i called some young kid on the line said they don't reimburse with what i have... but all in all we have been satisfied with what we paid and overall performance.

Every interaction has been awesome. Swapped out a high priced utility company with a low priced one. Total energy costs have gone down by more than half and next time there’s a neighborhood blackout, I’ll still have power. Highly recommend.

The entire process was informative, professional, effortless, painless, and wasted no time. I was always well informed and when I needed to delay installation for personal reasons, Michele B. was very understanding. She even checked on me during the pause which I appreciated as she was NOT by all means required to do so. During the process there was always someone reaching out to not only explain next steps but also what was done in the background. Majority if this was with Michele who was always a pleasure to speak with. This is my second installation with Sunrun and I have no complaints with their service, products, or workmanship. The installation team was very polite, respectful, considerate and again provided step by step information on process, timing, and documentation. At no point during this was I not aware of what was going on. Even when approval was needed from outside third party entities, I was notified of what was being requested, where they were in the approval process, and the end result. Glad to say I've had no issues with my solar panels in the past and currently the newly installed battery seems to be working well so far. 10/10 recommend.

David has been awesome! Every question I had, he had an honest answer for. Not many people will let you know if they cannot properly service your needs and that is one thing David and the rest of the team promised me. I have to admit, I am extremely happy with the outcome. I had 24 solar panels on my roof from another company that were under performing. I met Kase (I hope I spelled that right) in Lowes, then I met David, another gentleman, and Christine (My mom's name) and the team has been super busy making sure we were taken care of. Two homes and many years later, this was the 3rd time I spoke to a Representative and completed an appraisal. I knew it would happen someday, but the offset needed to be just right. Each rep that I worked with over the years was very knowledgeable and patient. If anyone is skeptical about doing this, like I was, please talk to Thiago, and his team, they made it so simple & kept us informed every step of the way, it was the best thing we have done, I haven’t seen a Eversourse bill in months and we actually just got a battery installed in case of power outage we will have power with the new Tesla battery, peace of mind(especially with the winter we just endured)..also you my as well get the solar now, before it’s mandatory and you will have to pay out of pocket, mine was free during the promotion,, they upgraded our electric panel and removed some trees and even added a couple plugs to my husbands work shop area, just because they noticed my husband was using extension cords in that part of the basement.. free of charge!! He was so happy about that… Sunrun is the best solar company and I highly recommend them for all your solar NEEDS!Sunrun was informative & professional throughout the entire process… plus it feels really good knowing we’re doing our part for the environment 🎊🎉☀️

I used Sunrun, as it was being advertised at my local Costco. I know Costco vets its partners because of the volume of customers it services. They came out to design how many panels and where to put them on the roof, gave me an estimate and I thought it was a great offer. They came and installed it. I had to call PGE to have them do their inspection and then they had to connect my panels to their system. I also purchased a battery because when the sun goes down, I still have solar power. On Nextdoor, people will state no electricity, however at my home, No Worries. It is a fantastic investment and my electric bills are great. I do have a true up, but in a year’s worth of electricity, it is not in the $$$. I would recommend Sunrun for solar power.
