I chose to work with Sunrun because I approved of the customer reviews that I had read online. Yes, many reviews complain about poor post-installation customer support and long repair times. However, Sunrun representatives were able to provide immediate communication and service during the initial phases to gauge whether I were a candidate for the Sunrun solar program. A representative for Sunrun had approached me while I was shopping at Home Depot and was able to schedule a consultation that same day with an amicable young representative. That kind of immediacy was a giant green flag.

I've had my system since 2023 my sales rep took very good care of informing us if he thought our system needed tweaking or something it was a good thing because it kept me watching how the system was working then he left the company and his replacement never called me to introduce or give me contact information and so over the last 90 days I noticed my electric bill has went up and up and up and I may have gotten comfortable with the system I'm not sure, but when I looked at my SPAN and saw my battery wasn't charging how is it Sunrun didn't know that my original rep made sure I sent him my electric bill to him every month I guess that position doesn't exist anymore because no one at Sunrun has requested them, and now that they do know why am I waiting almost a month for someone to come out ,with the bad weather yesterday my power went out 12 times for a short period of time and we were totally in the dark something we're not use to not very happy with Sunrun right now

We trusted sunrun because they were in costco and costco only works with trusted brands. We told Dylan right away that we wanted the Tesla batteries and he was able to educate us on the batteries and be there every step of the way to answer any questions and keep us updated. SunRun did a great job through the whole process of getting my home on solar. They kept me up to date through the project and everything ran smoothly. The project did take a while to complete, but that was due to a delay on part of existing energy supplier (SCE) to schedule their final system approval.

Austin was spectacular to work with! The additional panels and 4 Tesla backup batteries have been a total game changer for my property. We can run the AC all day without stressing about high Edison rates, which is huge in this heat. I’ve already referred him to two friends and they’re just as happy. Highly recommend!

I was referred by my cousin in 2023 to look into solar with Khelin, because she had only good things to say about her experience. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Khelin took the time to explain everything clearly—how the system works, the expected savings, and what to expect during installation—so I always felt informed and confident in my decision. The installation itself was quick and efficient, and the team was respectful of my home and schedule. They handled all the permits and paperwork, which made things incredibly easy on my end. Since going solar, I’ve already seen a noticeable reduction in my energy bills. I also am grateful for having a Tesla battery that protected me from the many power outages. Every time I see the entire neighborhood go dark from power outages except for my home makes me feel very grateful. What really stood out was Khelin’s customer service. He was very responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Khelin to anyone considering going solar.

The SUNRUN team did an outstanding job of explaining the entire process from Beginning to end . And they were very helpful with any questions we had along the way . The sales rep was especially silly helpful going the second mile to help us log in to our energy app that tracks our usage and the amount of energy credits we have, calling and staying g in the line outside near our new power pack batteries in the unrelenting 2 digit heat. We definitely recommend SUNRUN! They can’t be beat for customer service as well as installation . They came, installed and left without any hassel for our daily routine.
