The salesman, Patrick, was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about solar. The sign up process was easy and we are awaiting installation. What I like most so far is that the company is not pushy when it comes to sales. I had a few other estimates and the sales team was constantly calling or texting me about a decision. Sunrun presented the information and allowed me the time to make my decision.

I suggest investing in the battery backup as it proved valuable during a recent evacuation due to a fire. Very upset with the fact that the representative who sold me the product did not disclose the fact that they charge $200 per panel to be removed if work on your roof needs to be done. They said that they will take care of the panels, but never mentioned it would cost money to remove.
