The sales representative was very good and very responsive to all questions and came to the house to explain every step. Also the interactions with the install team were very good. The entire process went smooth and Sunrun went the extra mile in a huge way to help get a new roof installed prior to the install of the solar panels. We recommend them very highly to anyone that might be considering solar. Especially if you know nothing about the solar process, the state and federal initiatives and the actual benefits to having solar. They will walk you through and explain every step and answer all questioms

It was the most cost affective solution at the time. I also knew that the install team would not be performed by sub. Also did research on the likelihood of financial maturity. Smaller companies warranties were worthless because the companies life span would be shorter than the warranty.

Bryan has been super helpful and I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering solar. I was initially concerned about service because I had heard that repairs could take a while. Sure enough, one of our panels stopped working, and we thought, “Here we go.” However, Bryan was fast to respond and stayed on top of everything, ensuring the issue was resolved and the panel was replaced quickly. We really appreciate his help!

Sunrun offers good products and options for both panels and batteries. They have good reputation in the area hence I requested a proposal. They are slightly pricey compared to their competitors but I think their service quality might be better

And best of all thanks to the predictable bill our electricity prices have never been lower. I am definitely happy with the leasing solution we selected.
