Overall I’m impressed with the service. Last year, though, there was an issue in August showing I wasn’t producing. It wasn’t recognize by you that no one sent the data to the department to fix it. I went 2 months paying the electric company and my solar bill. I thought I might get least a month with no bill from you but nothing. Until I called no one did anything about it. Otherwise pleased with the service.

It is rare when you have a sales person that is very direct, honest, and a good listener. I began looking into Solar through multiple companies, one of which was Sunrun. I don’t remember that rep’s name offhand, but he seemed to be a little on the pushy side the deal done. He was professional, but too persistent for my taste. Harrison showed extreme patience although I had much of the information already, but he clarified many things. Other than added value to the house and being concerned about the environment, he added that if you’re not going to save money, it might be a difficult decision for you. I appreciated his candor. He was always available and even checked in. During the process. The Sunrun app is very easy to use and practical. The only thing I think Sunrun can improve on is streamlining the communication with so many representatives that call you once you commit to getting it done. This was a three month process. And after the first month, I was only dealing with three readily identified Sun Run representatives which reduced my anxiety from scams. Prior to committing with Harrison, I had researched three Solar companies that were referred to me through a Solar consultant. I have not received my first bill yet, but my PG&E bill went from an average of $250-$30 for natural gas. The last thing I will share is that I have a battery with my system. Since my system became active, there have been two PG&E outages and the power stayed on in my home and I have a young child. Harrison is very detailed oriented and patient but not pushy. Not only do I recommend Sun Run Solar over other companies that may still exist, I would highly recommend to request Harrison as your representative to get you started..

Sunrun installed our solar panels 5 years ago. Installation went smoothly. We have not had any issue with panels or service. We added on a front porch two years ago and needed a few panes removed and reinstalled. They came and took the panels off and returned to reinstall as agreed to. Nothing but good things to say an about their service and communication. It’s also good know we are saving and giving solar back to the grid!

When we started with Sun run over 14 years ago, they had the best cost for equipment and the best kilowatt cost. As a matter of fact, we had eight other people on our street purchase after we installed and everything was successful. It’s been a great help on our electric bill. More people ought to have solar. Every time I’m in Home Depot, which I do a lot of outside work for people I talk to your sales rep and I tell him it is the best thing I ever did.

We’ve been with Sunrun for over 12 years and at the end of 10 years we chose to expand the system to 22 panels from 12. In all the years we’ve been with them we haven’t had any issues that I can remember. Our monthly bills have gone down to essentially zero in the intervening years. It is great to be able to run the A/C during the summer and not have to worry about the cost to our electric bill. 😊

From the very beginning, we have not spent one cent to have the solar panels put on our roof, nor will we ever have to pay anything to have them taken off if we so choose. The amount we pay each month has not increased and we have a reserve of energy in times that require because of outages etc. We have been very pleased with the solar panels and with the excellent customer service. If only everything in life was as easy and as reliable as Sunrun and their solar panels.

Everything‘s going smooth besides the install as the technicians who installed the solar panels broke over 10-15ft feet of roof tiles. I was not informed when they were done and left. I inspected the roof the next day and found the issue.

When I first moved into my house in Lemoore ca I was approached by sun run rep At that time I was very new so needless to say I ended up with different contracts due to the fact at the time I didn’t have a pg&e bill to evaluate how many panels I should’ve done that was the down fall
