Our customer rep, Tom, was a very knowledgeable and personable guy who was thorough and patient when explaining the program to us. The technicians who installed the system were friendly and worked quickly. The output of the system and the savings that Tom told us we could expect were spot-on. So far, there have been no issues to correct with the system and customer support is always there if we need it.

Robert took the time to not only listen to our needs, but also to ask the probing questions regarding future plans in order to determine what would be the best fit for us. We were initially on the fence regarding the Tesla back up battery and I am glad we moved forward with it. In the past year we have had at least four power outages. With the first one we didn't even realize it until a neighbor said something to us. Yes it kicked in that smoothly, like a small blip of a power surge. We have already recommended Sunrun to friends

Kate has helped make determination which of the Sunrun programs were the best form my situation. She also helped me through a couple of hurdles. Her knowledge and expertise in her field made my purchase of solar system a complete success. I install Sunrun's panels on 4 of my rentals and and turned on a couple of my friends. My solar power is optimized by Sunrun. The installation was great and I’m renting the solar system, so any maintenance issues are taken care of by Sunrun. I’m getting credit for power from my solar panels. The costs are much lower over the past year and a half. I took time to hear about Sunrun and review my options, and it’s been a great expo for me and my property.

Since then they have checked in with me every few months to make sure all is running well and answer any questions. I was approached at Lowe’s for a consult from Sunrun about solar installation. I was interested already so I set up an appointment. From that point on everything has been very well communicated at each step. The panels were installed promptly and look good! It took a while to get through all of the permitting/inspections/etc but the system has been up & running for almost a month now with no issues. Would highly recommend Sunrun A+

I’ve had Sunrun solar for 3 years. I am happy with the service I received. Jared the salesman was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He answered all my questions and also was available if had any further questions. He made me feel comfortable with the process of getting Solar. I am So happy I went with Sunrun. We have gotten many benefits from putting in solar panels. Our electrical bill has gone down I hundreds of dollars and at the end of the year we got reimbursed for the excess solar that we made. This has been a very good experience for us and I am very grateful not to mention the fact that we didn’t pay anything for it initially. We pay a small monthly bill to Sunrun And will sell the house with the solar panels, which will benefit the next homebuyer immensely.

We moved to this location and went about investigating adding solar because it worked for us for some time at our former location. I asked four companies to let us know what they could do for us. Sunrun’s presentation was the best. At every point in the acquisition of solar. Sunrun did not disappoint. Professional is the best way to describe how they approached their interactions with us. Our panels have been active fo a few weeks and there have been no “hiccups.” So far, so good. We have no reason to believe that the panels will not perform as promised.

Program basically leases customers the equipment so zero upfront materials cost. Installation was rapid and quite thorough. Sunrun monitors the system and sends support for any issue. Sunrun has been great and I’ve recommended them to many people. Definitely get the battery option. There was a neighborhood black out and I didn’t notice except for an initial flickering light. Go solar!

Sunrun has kept true to every thing they said. Devan V has been exceptional and on top of every obstacle to remove it. The whole organization so far has been 100% perfect. If your thinking of going Solar,call Surun ask for Devan, you will be very satisfied with the exceptional service provided from Devan and Sunruns staff. I will be saving over 700.oo dollars a month on electricity cost. Don't know why I waited so long..

From sales to installation to performance of the equipment I give it top notch review. Sales presentation covered what to expect, to what is on the horizon on PG&E increasing billing. Installation was on time covered every step of the upgrade and walked me through the program that monitors the performance of the equipment. The equipment has been operating without issue. And from my understanding I am now working mainly off the battery system with little to no purchase off the grid.

Tony was my sales rep and he made the entire process simple and smooth. He answered all the questions I had and gave me answers to things I didn’t even think to ask. Sunrun took care of everything from permits to cleanup and inspection and took care of everything with ComEd. I didn’t have to do anything. Getting solar installed has been a fantastic decision and cut my summer bills in half. I’m very happy with the decision.

I been with sunrun 2yrs ,and I regret it I have 29 panels and my home is 1700sq ft I still have to pay Edison 883.00 or more a month and a annual bill of $6843.00 I sent sunrun the bill asking why im getting a high bill from Edison, they not concern just trying to sale me more panels and a 15k battery, why would I purchase any more products from . I need out the contract this product is not beneficial to my family .My power got turned off had to take out a loan to get the power turned back on. All I end up with is 29 scrappy panels and a vet in debt because of yours panels.

Reps are very difficult to get a hold of. Once we were powered on, no one noticed even the rep that was assigned to us contacted us to explain how everything will work (apps, setting up our system). The only updates we got was an automated email that said the same thing every time it was generated to email us. There was a guy named Bryce that supposedly our contact person after the installation was complete. We specifically gave Bryce our availability when and if he needs to contact us. He would always reach out to us outside our availability times. Never contacted us to give us instructions on how things was going to work moving forward. I emailed him and asked if he could show us how to use and set up the apps (sunrun, tesla), never heard from him! Up to this day, no one has contacted us to see how things are going and to go over the app and system
