It took longer than it should have, but to be fair, the LADWP isn't known for being fast or efficient. The required new power panel had to be changed, as well as the placement/layout of the solar panels, which could be blamed on the project manager or coordinator, but the various LADWP inspectors can also be blamed for not communicating these required changes MUCH FASTER! I tried to be fair and considerate that the COVID-19 pandemic wasn't over at the time, but this excuse only goes so far!

I had a mixed experience with Sunrun. While the installation was clean and my electric bill savings are significant, I’m frustrated with the rising costs. I wish I had purchased the system instead of renting, but overall, Sunrun has been great.

The installation process went well, as confirmed by the representative. However, I inquired about further options and was informed that there are currently no additional services available. Overall, my experience was positive, but I would appreciate more options in the future.

Our two year old battery backed-up 19 panel system has performed flawlessly. Worked perfectly through multiple outages. Installed before CA reduced the net metering reimbursement, we enjoy much lower PG&E bills. The electrical installation crew was top notch. Pay close attention to the roof guys. Make sure it isn’t inadvertently compromised. Downsides?: poor communication back in 2022. Project tracking was sparse. Schedule delays left unexplained, but in fairness, some of it due to city inspection delays.

Love everything Jay for being so friendly and helpful plus once the appointment made for solar panels the guys were quick professional plus all take 246. A month instead of 600. A month which was very hard to pay to Edison I love how everything was done ty Lucy Brockman

In home sales was easy. System installation was quick and professional. System was sized correctly with a couple extra panels for insurance. I pay PG&E "0" dollars during early Spring, Summer, and late Fall months. Very small payments for 3-4 months of Winter for natural gas. 10$ for electricity for those months. Over sizing the system I get credited on my natural gas. My true up fees are "0" $ Completely happy with the system.
