The installation went smoothly, and we got an updated roof for a very cheap, because Sunrun paid for half of it. And now after I think four years, we basically have zero dollar electric bills from April through November. Why are you waiting to sign up?

Super easy process! My solar system went up quick and was turn on in a timely manner. I had an issue with the system right away, but they came out and fixed it immediately. It’s been smooth sailing ever since.. I’ve had the system for about a year and would highly recommended Sunrun if you’re looking for a solar system!!

We moved to this location and went about investigating adding solar because it worked for us for some time at our former location. I asked four companies to let us know what they could do for us. Sunrun’s presentation was the best. At every point in the acquisition of solar. Sunrun did not disappoint. Professional is the best way to describe how they approached their interactions with us. Our panels have been active fo a few weeks and there have been no “hiccups.” So far, so good. We have no reason to believe that the panels will not perform as promised.

Program basically leases customers the equipment so zero upfront materials cost. Installation was rapid and quite thorough. Sunrun monitors the system and sends support for any issue. Sunrun has been great and I’ve recommended them to many people. Definitely get the battery option. There was a neighborhood black out and I didn’t notice except for an initial flickering light. Go solar!

If your thinking of going Solar,call Surun ask for Devan, you will be very satisfied with the exceptional service provided from Devan and Sunruns staff. From sales to installation to performance of the equipment I give it top notch review. Sales presentation covered what to expect, to what is on the horizon on PG&E increasing billing. Installation was on time covered every step of the upgrade and walked me through the program that monitors the performance of the equipment. The equipment has been operating without issue. And from my understanding I am now working mainly off the battery system with little to no purchase off the grid.

Tony was my sales rep and he made the entire process simple and smooth. He answered all the questions I had and gave me answers to things I didn’t even think to ask. Sunrun took care of everything from permits to cleanup and inspection and took care of everything with ComEd. I didn’t have to do anything. Getting solar installed has been a fantastic decision and cut my summer bills in half. I’m very happy with the decision.

However, I was concerned that they didn't protect the shrubbery during the roof cleaning. My solar panels are great! They have the guard around them so pigeons don't stay around. The installation process went well. Every month all I have to pay is the sunrun bill and some monthly connection fee for my local energy company. I'm not happy with the local company, but I'm happy with sunrun, as it is much cheaper than if I were to rely solely upon my local electric company

Before getting solar panel and a battery back-up I was spending $135 on electricity from September-June and spending $350 a month July and August. After getting solar I pay $108 a month September-June and about $108 plus $100 for additional SCE usage during July and August. I’ve saved over $450 for the year on electricity.
