I chose Sunrun because of Ruben. I already had panels from another company. Every year my true-up bill kept increasing. One day Ruben knocked on my door and educated me on why I kept seeing my bill go up even though I had solar panels. The problem was that when the sun went down my panels were useless and PGE charged the most per kW once the sun went down. He recommended I purchase more panels from Sunrun and batteries. He made sure I was set up so that I wouldn’t have to owe at the end of the yearly cycle. He educated me and also made sure that everything went smoothly during the set.
