The salesman that came to my home was very thorough and explain all the details and how it works. He was very good which is why I choose SunRun. The instillation went very good. They were very neat and clean. They even laid out tarps when they went in the attic. I've had SunRun for about four years now and my electric bill has gone down, especially the months like spring and summer with air conditioning and stuff. So, I'm really pleased with the money I save.

They've been responsive and anything that's come up on they have taken preemptory action to ensure that the system continues to operate efficiently. Instillation went fine. People showed up when they said they would and they did the installation very quickly and efficiently. There was one minor glitch that they corrected promptly because they were monitoring the system and realized that something that wasn't working right so they came out and fixed it before I even realized there was a problem.

For instillation they sent out their crew supervisor who came they and went very quickly. They were very organized and professional. They completed walking us through and explained what they were going to do. Then after instillation, they explained the whole process once again and how everything works. Our bills have been nonexistent so I mean we're getting a good return on our investment. During the whole process support information was provided and the follow up on on everything has been very good.

We like SunRun because they have been a very good company. Whenever we have had a problem that we needed fixed, they are prompted about coming right out to check our system. The men who come are very polite and listen to what the problem is and are just very good with the customer. The instillaton process went great, they did everything they needed to do and were very good at cleaning up after themselves.

SunRun saves me money on my electricity bills. If I have any questions about my account or anything they handle it professionaly. The installation process was excellent. They went up on the roof and put every solar panel in one by one. Then they did the electricity really well from that from the basement o on up to the top of the roof so it was definitely a professional job.

I chose SunRun because I checked some reviews online and I was impressed they actually offered leasing plans. They we were very clear, forthright, and honest about what the whole process was going to be like. The instillation process was just very professionally done and they were very interested in making it look good on the outside which I really appreciate. They rearranged the panels a different way so it would look more aesthetically pleasing. I thought was great that they really are concerned about how we're actually living with these panels.

Sun Run was recommended to me by my brother. It took a while to see the full effect but now I am starting to see it. Everything is working perfectly. It all went smoothly, they finished installing it in two days and the men were very courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. Every time I call with a question, they answer it quickly and honestly.

We got it because it was offered through Costco. Our representative was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. When we decided to add another panel, he had no issues making the change. They also reached out to me before the end of the year for purposes, to make sure I had the amount I needed to claim my credit on the federal tax return. Everything seems to be working great and installation went very smoothly.

We had it in our last home and it was a pleasant experience so when we bought a new home we called the same man. Anytime I have any question in regards to the sale of my house and getting it set up in the new house, they were very helpful and tell me every step. The sales rep is awesome, anytime we needed anything, we messaged and it was taken care of. We have had no problems with it.

They have done everything they said they would do and I didn't have to do much myself. Everything was installed on the roof and in just a couple of days and the man from the electric company made sure everything was done right. I haven't saved sixty to eighty dollars on month on my electric bill yet but I am hoping I will start saving soon. I have recommend it to some family and friends.

They have a better plan and a better team to put the solar panels up the other companies. It is good equipment and it is all made in the US. Their customer service is persistent and they get right back to you. There were a few glitches but they fixed that immediately. The price could be a bit lower but with the cost of installation and panel it's probably within market value.

They were with Costco and I know that Costco only uses the best and does a lot of research before they have people come in and sell their products so I knew it had to be a good company. Their customer service kept me in the loop about installation, which was done within three to four hours, and if I had any questions they were there to answer. The solar product seems to be working well in my house.

Superb Customer Service and Product! Mike T was so awesome; the way he described the features and the payment options of our new Solar System. The process to install was also quick and easy. Finally, the crew came out, made sure the roof was ready for the installation, and we were good to go very quickly. He followed up to make sure we were enjoying our new system soon after. I'd recommend SunRun to anyone wanting out of paying exhorbitant fees for electricity!

The people were very knowledgeable and professional and stayed out of the way of other people in the house. They were generally very friendly. I have had any technical issues with the equipment.

They offer a lease instead of buying the solar panels. We had a lot of difficulties at the beginning with installation and getting it all set up with the power company but they were very supportive and helpful. Their equipment does not come with fencing to keep the birds away so we had to have somebody come in and put wire around the outside and I think that should be part of the equipment.

I'm satisfied, it seems to be a good investment. The equipment works well. They did a good job with installation, they stayed with it until it worked. There was some delay in getting started but once they started it one or two days for the actual install and there was a problem and then it took two or three day for the tech change and it has been fine ever since.

Everyone from start to finish on the Sunrun team did exactly what they said they would do. All appointments were kept and everyone was so polite it was refreshing. We haven't had the installation long enough for me to recommend them as to savings and apparently I will not know if I am indeed saving money until 1 year has elapsed. I will know more at that time.

The people are great. Problem of reliability. First experience of losing PG&E line power, SunRun system went DEAD, (this is with battery backup). Eric (SunRun) engineer was able to troubleshoot the problem to 9V battery that powers an electronic computer board made by Solar Edge. Solar Edge was suppose to be monitoring our SunRun system but did not catch this problem. It seems the only way to verify that our system is working is via actual power outage and not through simulation (which is done when checking out the system; ie: turn main PG&E power breaker 'off & on'. We will not know if our 'solar system with battery backup' is actually working until we have an actual PG&E area power outage, which would only happen during some disaster, ie; power lines down, flooding, etc. This is not a good time to verify an emergency power backup system. Hopefully SunRun will remedy the design issue with Solar Edge in the near future.

I have 10 years of experience in the solar business. I'm an independent business owner that represents Zoom Solar and they use SunRun to do their installations. We already had a SunRun run facility in Bethlehem and I wanted to talk to them about getting another one installed up in Lake Harmony. It seems like they're not up there yet though. The representative that we talked to was very good. They were very professional and proactive when I called in for information regarding the process. From start to finish that takes about 3 months, with most of the process being related to permits. I feel very good about working with them. Since I work for Zoom Solar, I get a residual income every month for using the system.

When I moved to Phoenix I had a lot of companies come by offering solar. At church I actually talked with someone that turned out to be the manager for SunRun. Since I hadn't been around for too long, I wasn't really eligible for solar but once I hit the one year mark I talked to the SunRun manager and got everything figured out. All around they did a great job, everything was done seamlessly. I met a lot of representatives and they were all very polite and professional. They're extremely busy so sometimes it took them a little while to get back to me, but they always called back. The welder installation team did a fantastic job. There were a lot of things coming onto the roof and they did a very professional job. My electric bills are now lower.

I researched about 10 different companies and they came up with the best deal for me. We signed up for the service and it didn't cost me anything to get it up on the roof. Eric, the representative that I talked to, was absolutely perfect. He came all the way out of town substituting for someone else and did a great job. He came back out a second time because we needed to talk with him some more and he did a nice job.

We installed SUNRUN after being approached in a COSTCO. We thought it was a good investment. Maybe solar panels are a good investment - doing this with SUNRUN is not. Since the install, we have had roof leak issues every single year. It just has to rain, not even rain hard. There will be a leak, and every single time, perhaps multiple times a year, those are directly related to the SOLAR PANELS installed by SUNRUN. They have sent people out to "evaluate" and sometimes (not always) sent a company to "fix". The next rain that comes, we have another leak. We have had a leak in every upstairs bedroom in the last 7 years. My daughters room has been soaked once when we were out on vacation. Damage to the ceiling, floor, rug to be replaced. As of the last few years many of these repairs were then BILLED TO US, even though we saw subsequently things were NOT repaired. We have paid thousands of dollars out of pockets for "repairs" only to find another leak at the next rain. This was the worst decision we made with our home, to install solar panels with SUNRUN. They have not provided the customer service they say they will, and we have spent (on the system and then repairs) $40K. We would have been better off doing nothing as we had NO issues with our roof prior to installing with SUNRUN. I would never recommend this company to anyone, as we've had a terrible experience and continue to do so. Last night it rained a little and now there is a recurring leak in my daughters room again. We are trying to contact SUNRUN again and there has been no answer thus far. Please do your research and find another reputable company if you are looking to install. We have been overly patient trying to get SUNRUN to fix these issues, since 2019. I now feel that I need to let other potential consumers know our real experience, so this can help anyone else from wasting their money and potentially damaging their home.

Very upset with the fact that the representative who sold me the product did not disclose the fact that they charge $200 per panel to be removed if work on your roof needs to be done. They said that they will take care of the panels, but never mentioned it would cost money to remove.

Since I've installed my panels over a year ago I had two more family members move in with me and I'm not getting the savings that I thought I would get. I had requested 14 panel originally but only got 12 panels.
