they were very engaged during the project and kept me informed of the progress of the installation. They were pretty thorough about providing information on the financial requirements and things like that. It's too early to tell whether the duration of the equipment is going to be good. But so far it's worked fine.

They came and told us we had problems and I didn't know that there was something to do with the equipment on my back wall. And they came and fixed it immediately. They came and checked on us to make sure that everything was okay.

The system seems to be working just fine. With the weather’s cooperation we’ve only had electric bills with a balance due, over the past 12 months. We currently have a $375.00 credit. Expecting that to be used up as we go into the winter months. Is there a way to obtain that available credit as a cash payment back to us?

I didn’t like that my system was not working for over a month before Sunrun said something in email. I kept looking online and it said it wasn’t registering but was probably working. However when tech came and checked the breaker had been tripped and not working. So I had to pay monthly Sunrun bill plus Edison took their share also. So double dipping for over a month. Irritating to pay both companies.

They've always been very responsive. The original inverter was not the specifications, but they did come out and replace it and it's worked fine ever since. We don't understand why the SunRun system doesn't have a capability for battery backups.

I have had no problems and when I had I've always got an answer on the phone. It went terrific, no problems. Everything was done in a professional way. The equipment seems to be working very well. I think it was the greatest thing I ever did, drop my electric bill and enjoy them.

they were always there when I needed them to get an answer to my question. it worked and it's saving us money. Everything was took a long time, longer than expected because it was during COVID and, but it was fine. It was a good decision because it has saved us money. Our bills have been much lower and we are saving money on our electricity.

I have trouble getting hold of SunRun. I have had one minor problem with some replacement panels but other than that it has been a consistently smooth operation. They were in and out of the day. It's just a very competent and well run company.

Sometimes it takes a while to get back and the relaying of the information is not always understandable for all customers. It's generating good power. I'm not sure if it's available in the New York City metropolitan area, but you guys should improve on battery storage. I think that would make the service 10 times better and more cost effective for the consumer.

It went very smooth and it was easy, but I'm having problems with my PGE bill. My first bill after my other True bill shows that I have a $500 True bill in this month it's gone to $900 and I don't understand why my True bills are going up and up and up. And I haven't had a chance to call PG&E and SunRun to find out what's going on. I've always had to pay a True bill and I was told originally I wouldn't have to pay one or very minimal.

Sunrun re-mounted our panels after a new roof was installed , an employee told us one panel was not working & they would replace it. After a long wait they came back w/ new panel. When they checked to see if everything was functioning only to discover two cells on another panel were not working after another employee had told us the whole system was functioning. When my husband called Sunrun to find out when they were going to get everything working that we have been paying for over 10 years. Customer service representative told my 68 year old husband to climb a tall ladder to get on the roof & take a picture of the problem & send it to them for consideration. I'm appalled at such a dangerous suggestion for an elderly customer of long standing. We still haven't heard anything even though we know the service employee reported the problem before we called to follow up. Pat Howell

Everything was done on time, the agent that was in charge of everything kept in touch and everything went well. They were very responsive and quick to act. It was just a very good experience with them. My energy production is very good with SunRun. The installation process was very good except there were a few issues. There were bolts going through my my porch area but sunrise came out and fixed the problem within a couple days which I greatly appreciate.

I was really impressed with the installation and then with the follow up. I know that we're already over producing which is what I was hoping for. I'm pretty happy with leasing plan that we have. All my questions were answered in a timely matter, my sales person was great. They did a great job in Installing it, it looks professional and it just went well. I like their customer service. Every time I asked a question they answered it and got back to me. Everything is working good. As far as the installation process, it was pretty easy and they told me when the guys would be there and then they showed up and were in and out pretty quickly and didn't leave a mess. The roof was replaced at cost with someone that SunRun had arranged and then their people came and put everything in a day. The ydid locate the inverter and to ther equipment where I wanted it more so than where the company might put it so by default I was pleased with that. So far I haven't had issues with the equipment. I haven't really had to do a lot with them after installation.

Installing the system was smooth and quick. The SunRun application to monitor the power is very bad. They actually gave me the solar edge monitor instead, which is must better. The application from SunRun themselves is not that good.

Cost of having has worked out well. From the salesman to the installer to the follow up it was good. We have had some issues with the city and they just took care of it all, so they did a really good job just handling the people aspect. The installation process went on without a hitch.

Their pricing is a little confusing especially since they have to partner with a utility provider. You know what your Sunrun lease costs will be, they are pretty straight forward, but what the utility will charge you is unknown. That is at least until you have a year's worth of billing experience with them. In the end you end up paying a little less than what you would have had to pay a straight utility connection. I am not fond of the duel billing program nor that I have to set up automatic withdrawal from my checking account in order to get the Sunrun discount. I would have preferred being able to do so from a credit card.

I haven't had to deal with customer service a whole lot, but in the beginning, they were responsive and courteous. Installation was a little bit of an issue because the plans were not exactly correct in the beginning. They installed it incorrectly and they had to come back with more panels until they realized it was done properly.'
