I recently had solar panels installed by SunRun on two of my houses in Arizona. The installation process went smoothly and quickly. However, I am still receiving high bills from Tucson Electric, so I can't say for sure if it was worth it. SunRun has moved out of Arizona, so I can't compare my bills to theirs. Overall, it seems like a good deal, but I would advise others to wait and see before making a decision based on my experience.

Have the app so can track my energy amounts and that my panels are working.
Have had no need for customer service since installation.
I like that Sunrun is constantly monitoring their equipment and will take care of it if anything goes wrong.
My rep was super attentive until the system was all turned on and now I struggle to get a response to a question via text.
I have yet to receive the money promised for referring a customer.

they were very engaged during the project and kept me informed of the progress of the installation. They were pretty thorough about providing information on the financial requirements and things like that. It's too early to tell whether the duration of the equipment is going to be good. But so far it's worked fine.
