Sunrun has been pretty reliable in my area for years now. Of course, no business is 100% but we've been pretty lucky with their customer service being easy to get a hold of and also dealing with the different members, such as Jay T, as we do some changes with our system. We did have one period where they weren't monitoring our system as well and didn't catch that there was a little and yes, it was little problem but they did finally catch it after a couple of month and replaced the broken piece quickly and efficiently. Now, if National Grid and the state were as cooperative as Sunrun......

The consultation was easy and taught me a lot about how they would design the system to work best for my situation, and it cut my bill from $700 in the summer to just over $300!
